3、视检1.1 Visual inspection should be carried out under below condition：检查应该在下列环境下进行：1.1.1 Illumination: D65 light source -CIE Standard illuminant ISO10526:1999 (E)； 视检应该在D65光源条件下进行；1.1.2 Viewing time for each part: 10 seconds； 每个部品的检查时间：10秒；1.1.3 Inspection distance from products: 30cm；检查产品的距离：30cm；1.2

4、 Painted surfaces quality according Class I； 对于喷涂区域，检查标准按照Class I标准执行Other surfaces according Class III； 其它区域检查标准按照Class III标准执行：Class I : Surfaces which are frequently visible in normal use but require good visual quality .等级I：对于客户在正常使用下经常看的到的表面且需要较好的外观品质的标准，例如：镜片、手机外壳等。Class III : Inner Surfaces w

12、）、 清漆（2228um）；3.Thermal Shock Test温度冲击测试a) Low Tem.:-402;high Tem.:852 ,2hour/2hour per each condition,transfer time:15s (lower than 3min) .total cycle: 5cycles(totally 20hours)；-40 / +85C 各2小时，此为一个循环，共5个循环，（20小时）温度切换时间15s(不大于3分钟)；。 b) No visiable decomposition, No mechanical decomposition,Electrica

13、l value98% isopropyl alcohol for 10seconds, then rub the sample by hand with the wet cloth for about 30 sec. After that, rinse the sample with water (optional), dry it, and inspect that surface of sample and cloth or fabric. Curing time has two methods: For instant inspection: fastened curing in tem

14、perature of 80 degrees centigrade / 12 hours or; final curing place in 7 days temperature of 25 degrees centigrade / 50-60 % RH. 测试要求：用蘸有99.5%浓度异丙醇的软纱布，擦拭样品表面30秒，然后用清水冲洗样品表面，干燥后检查样品和软纱布的表面。干燥方法有以下两种：一种是快速干燥，即在80环境下干燥12小时；另一种是普通干燥，即在温度25/ 湿度50-60 %的环境下干燥7天。b) Acceptance Criteria: No visual changes (r

16、al properties e.g. blistering or cracking samples are ranked using value 3.- If damages are caused by test cleaning procedure rank samples using value 4. 结果判定: 样品和软纱布的表面没有痕迹、粗糙、变色和裂纹，则判定OK.（0级）备注：- 良品等级为0级；- 如果有变色，粗糙之类外观不良，样品等级为1或者2级；- 如果有裂纹之类结构不良，样品等级为3级；- 如果是由于测试清洗造成的不良，样品等级为4级；5. 17、ce 耐化学腐蚀测试(化妆品测试)a) Test requirement: Apply household chemicals(eg,NIVEA Light Moisturizing Day Cream on the painting surface,then expose at normal temperature for 2hr,then put into oven using temperature +80C ,humidity 80% for 24hr,finally check the acceptance after exposed at normal temperature fo

18、r 4hr. 测试要求：使用室内普通化妆品（如妮维娅水分平衡霜）涂抹在样品表面，在室温环境下2小时后放入调温调湿箱，温度设定为80C，湿度设定为80%，24小时后取出在室温下4小时。然后检查样品判断可接受性b) Acceptance criteria : no mark/ gloss/ discolor/crack on the surface and on the cloth or fabric allowed.。 结果判定：没有变色，则判定OK.Additional information: 备注： Faultless samples are ranked using value 0.良品

Salt mist endurance 盐雾测试a) Samples are visually inspected and electrically and mechanically checked, then placed to the salt mist chamber and sprayed with the salt solution (5 % NaCl by weight, PH6.57.2,Spray pressure is 2Kg/cm2) for a p

21、eriod of 2 hours at a temperature of + 35 . after that, samples are transferred to the humidity chamber and stored for a period of 168 hours at a temperature of + 40 and a relative humidity of 93RH %. ,finally placed the samples into normal environment for 2hours and then check. ( The samples shall

22、not be washed after the test unless the relevant specification shall state otherwise)先对样品进行目视检查后，放入352、PH值在6.5-7.2范围内的盐雾试验箱，将喷雾水压力调整为2Kg/cm2一次压力，用51的Nacl溶液连续2h盐水喷雾后，取出样品放入温度+40湿度93%RH的调温调湿箱168小时，在室温下放置2小时后再次进行检查。b) Acceptance criteria：No mechanical decomposition, No oxidation and corrosion.Take pict

23、ures into report.不允许有任何外观不良，如变形，白化，变色，化学分解等8. Adhesion Test 附着力测试a) Place the sample on a flat table (test surface should be also flat), hold the sharp knife with the blades normal to the test sample surface, make 10 parallel lines and rows(100 square grids) at a mutual distance of 1 mm，ensure the c

24、uts penetrate to the base material，brush the sample lightly with soft brush several times backwards and forwards, check the sample immediately after brushing visually under the microscope，apply the 3M610 adhesive tape on the grids, rub the tape firmly with a fingertip to ensure good contact with the

25、 coating. after 4 minutes of applying the tape, remove the tape by grasping the free end of the adhesive tape and pulling it off steadily in one second at an angle of 60,retain the tape for reference purposes and inspect sample immediately under microscope and record down the result with a remark of

26、 “with tape”将样品平放于桌面上（测试区域必需是平面），用锋利刀片（刀锋角度为1530）在测试样本表面划间隔1mm的10行10列（100个正方形小网格）， 每一条划线应深及油漆的底层（若不能深及底层，更换另外一个区域测试，如果没有其他测试区域或者其他测试区域仍然不能深及底层，应立即报告测试不能进行）；用软毛刷将测试区域的碎片刷干净；立即在显微镜下检查，记录结果并标记“未使用胶纸”；然后使用粘附力350 g/cm2400g/cm2的胶带（3M 610号胶纸或等同）粘住被测试小网格，并用指尖用力擦拭胶带，使胶带牢牢. b) Acceptance criteria: 4B is ok. T

27、he criteria grade is as below:5B:No plating layer shall be removed from the substrate,without desquamation 4B:Less than 5% of the coating of each square was removed3B: Less than 15% of the coating of each square was removed2B: 1535of the coating of each square was removed；1B: 3565 of the coating of

28、each square was removed；0B: More than 65of the coating of each square was removed；Remark: The adhesion has to be made before and after: Damp heat cyclic test, thermal shock test and UV test. Put the parts into room temperature for 2hours after adhesion test.结果判定：要求附着力4B时为合格。标准等级如下：5B划线边缘光滑，在划线的边缘及交叉

29、点处均无油漆脱落； 4B在划线的交叉点处有小片的油漆脱落，且脱落总面积小于5；3B在划线的边缘及交叉点处有小片的油漆脱落，且脱落总面积在515之间；2B在划线的边缘及交叉点处有成片的油漆脱落，且脱落总面积在1535之间；1B在划线的边缘及交叉点处有成片的油漆脱落，且脱落总面积在3565之间；0B在划线的边缘及交叉点处有成片的油漆脱落，且脱落总面积大于65。备注：附着力测试需要在以下测试前后都进行：高温高湿测试、温度冲击测试和UV测试，测试后在室温下冷却2小时后进行百格测试。10. Hardness Test 抗划伤测试a)Use Erichsen model 318 rod tester wi

30、th a test tip of 0.75 to find the minimum force that can cause visible scratch. Start with 1N force，scratch the part surface vertically for a line of 5-10mm in 1second.If no scratch occurs then increase force by 1N and repeat. (Continue repeating this sequence until scratch occurs then report result

31、. In additional, continue test by scratch new areas each time using 4N, 10N and 16N forces. Photograph and report all scratches)用德国仪力信318硬度试验棒( 测试头直径为 0.75mm) 测试出能够引起可视划伤的最小力值，通过滑杆先设置1N的压力值, 将试验棒垂直放在测试表面并在一秒钟内划一根10-20mm的直线，然后观察测试表面的划伤程度并进行判定。然后依次加1N的力并重复相同的划动，直到产生划痕/结构划伤为止(另选区域测试4N,10N 和16N作用下的划伤情况，并对这三个值和最小力值的划伤情况拍照和记录入报告中).b)Acceptance crite
