34、成新课改的理念与现实行为的人为割裂的尴尬。除此， 长期以来的惯性思维与惰性也抑制了教师创新思维的发展，屏蔽了问题解决的新角度与新出路，使得“无效低效”这一重大问题的实际研究与解决始终停留在口头上，处于一种应付的状态。课堂是教与学的统一体，不是教的单一体，也不是学的单一体，也还是单纯的一加一等于二。教师在教学活动中的主导地位，决定了教的改变才能带来学的改变，教的优化才能导致学的优化。但同时必须认识到，教毕竟是为了学，教与学是两个可以不同侧重的角度。新课程理念下的教育教学，对学生的了解与学情的调研是教师教学的核心基本功。 对于教学研究更是如此，没有调查没有发言权。在平时的观察感觉的基础上， 进一步

50、； 收益可看作学习结果（收获） 产出； 安全可看作学习体验（苦乐）体验。从教师的角度来讲，教学的有效性依赖于教师有效的“教”，并克服无效的“教”。有效的“教”指的是促进学生“学”的“教”，它表现在两个方面：一是直接的促进，即通过教师的教，学生学得更多、更快、更好、更深；二是间接促进，即通过教师的教，学生学会了学习，掌握了学习方法，提升了学习能力，达到了不需要教。从学生的角度来讲，时间、 结果、 体验是考量学生有效学习的三个重要指标。学习时间指学习特定内容所花费的时间，学习特定内容所花费的时间越少，效率就越高。它包含两层意思：一是不能浪费时间；二是要提高单位时间学习质量。学习结果，指学生经过学习
