8、iee-Fla-ee-is-e-塑料管材。在一定的时间内，自己通过向厂家技术人员请 教和收集相关技术资料，迅速掌握了包括：PE管热熔对接 的技术要求、与金属管道连接时必须采用彼止推碳、管道 安装碰口时应尽量选择在低温下进行等工程技术知识，弁懂得了为何如此处理、操作的原因，积累了 PE管道安装 的最初经验。两年后，公司在市政管网改造工程中大面积 推广使用PE管道。二、市场调研与策划员及营销科长期间的工作2002年6月至2008年1月，本人应聘担任供排水分 公司营销调研与策划员，组织制定分公司中长期供水营销 战略规划及年度、季度营销计划、供水管网延伸发展规划 等工作，2008年1月至今担任营销科科

22、伸发展规划工作。除供水管网延伸发展规划的这项主要工作内容外，我还受领导安排多次参与了公司实施的各项工程，具体见以下工程实例。三、工程实例 （一）广安城市供水管网配套工程2004 年 2 月 -4 月期间，与分公司其他人员一起参与了广安城市供水管网配套工程的实施，该工程是由四川省发展计划委员会川计投资2002796 号文件批准的国债工程， 工程投资530万元。 工程安装dn110-dn500 聚乙烯 （PE）管道长约11.23KM,包括城南、城北片区的多条道路，其 中城北片区由于系旧城区，所属路段多为市政给水管网改造，而又以渠江北路、建设路管网改造难度最大。管网改造的一般流程都是，首先将旧管线拆

23、除，新建大口径管道，然后再将原有的用户支管与新管道逐一并网连通。但是在并网过程中需要在一定范围内停水施工，这意味着在施工过程中将影响部分用户正常用水，同时供水企业在一定时间内要减少部分供水量，从这个意义上讲，并网施工是整个管网改造过程中最关键的一环。通过总结以往小范围内的改造工程经验，同时在该工ectificationand strengtheningthemanageme ntofdailye ducation,the spiritofreformshortofthe completesystem,paycloseattentiontosystem implementation,really

31、工经验。主要包括以下几点：1、新管线定位问题。新管线定位前一定要摸清旧管线的具体位置，弁尽量 不占据旧管线的原有位置（最好能保证新旧管线净距在1.5m以上）。这样在新管线敷设过程中不至于必须事先拆 除旧有管线，从而保证旧管线能正常供水，直至弁网施工 全部完成以后，再彻底废除旧管线。但在旧城区中，如果 由于规划位置已被各类地下管线占满，布置新管线已无其他合适位置，不得不占据旧管线原有位置时，则必须采取 临时供水措施，如敷设临时管线来解决当地居民的临时用 水问题。2、弁网施工过程中尽量采取双干管同时供水方式。在新旧管线弁网施工中，由于原有用户支线一般较 多，加之管径、管材不一，个别支线位置不详等，

44、新DN400干管敷设完成以后，制定了以下并网施工方案： (1) 首先将新旧干管连通，打开新旧干管连接处阀门，使新干管通水，同时保持原DN200旧干管仍然正常供水。(2) 开始各用户支线并网施工，以一条用户支线为例：首先关闭旧干管与用户支线连接处阀门。在用户支线与原旧干管连接处阀门后的适当位置断开，再与新干管上预留的该用户支线阀门连通，安装完成后，打开新干管上预留的该用户支线阀门即可恢复该条用户支线供水，整个过程只需一天左右便可完成，其余用户支线并网施工方法与此类同。 (3) 待全部用户支线并网完成之后，在新旧干管连接处阀门后合适位置将原旧干管断开， 至此原DN20皓线全部废除，并网施工结束。3
