最佳宜家托盘Unitloadscontainingmulti-packsandconsumerpackages.Whenconstructingapackagingsolution,itisessentialtoconsiderthetotalsolutionanditsfunctionintheSupplychain.

当制定包装方案时，即销售包装、多件包装和单元货物，必须考虑总的解决方案及其供应链的作用，来最优化多件包装尺寸并以最佳方法来匹配单元货物尺寸。Thefirstpreferredis1200x760MM

最佳宜家托盘Thepreferredunitloadwidthshallbewithin540mmto860mm.Withthiswidth,allhandlingandstoringcanbedoneinanefficientandsafeway.

优先选用的单元货物宽度是540mm到860mm之间。在这个宽度范围内，所有搬运和储存都可高效安全的进行。540mmcomesfromnarrowunitloadshandlingwithstandardequipments.Exceptionstothisshallbehandledifproductsrequiresthis.SeeFigure58.可以用标准设备搬运的最窄单元货物的宽度为540mm的，如果产品需要超出这个尺寸范围，也应能被搬运。
