rogressiveassemblymethodwithouterandfullscaffolds”workingprocedure’flowisthat:ionpreparationMaterialsacceptanceFoundationacceptanceankbottomplateslayingoffBottomBottomplatescuttingIntermediateplatelayingAnnularplateslayingtesprefabricationgVacuumleaktestandNDTatesinstallationstingfabricationSecondSecondtoothermorewallsinstallationRoofplateinstallationContractionjointweldingeningringslationccessoriesinstallationWaterfillingtestSettlementobservationnticorrosiontallationWithNDTORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010DOCUMENTNo.:焊焊接工艺评定外脚手架正装法的施工程序如下:施施工准备基础验收材料验收罐底划线罐底划线中幅中幅板铺设边缘板铺设壁板预制底板焊接真空试漏底圈壁板安装大角缝组对大角缝焊接底板切割伞架预制顶板预制第第二圈及其它壁板安装顶板安装抗风圈、加强圈、直梯安装附件安装充水试验无损检测收缩缝焊接沉降观测伞架安装ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010DOCUMENTNo.:7.1CONSTRUCTIONPREPARATION施工准备Thefollowingworkshallbedonepriortothecommencementofconstruction:开始动工前应做以下工作:7.1.1Understanddrawings;writeconstructionprocedureandhandovertechnicalrequirementsconfidetechnicaldisclosuretoconstructionpersonnel.熟悉图纸,编写施工程序和技术要求并向施工人员进行技术交底。7.1.2Prepareconstructiontools,measures,andconsumablematerial;准备施工工具、测量仪器和手段用料;Writetheweldingprocedurespecificationandweldingprocedurespecificationqualification.编写焊接工艺评定和焊接工艺评定卡。7.1.3Thetools,fixtures,andmeasuresforconstructionshallbeallreadyandcalibratedasqualifiedwithinvalidationdate.工具,夹具,和施工机具应该准备好、校验合格且测量数据有效。7.1.4Foundationinspectionandacceptance;基础检查和验收;7.1.4.1Thereshallbesurveyrecordswhenthefoundationishandedover.Elevation,datumline,transversalandlongitudinalcenterlinearemarkedonthefoundationandlingmeasuringpointsaresetfortheinstallationofheavy-dutyequipments.基础交接时应该有测量记录。标高,基准线,水平和纵向中心线应该标识在基础上,零基准点满足于重的安装。7.1.4.2Thefoundationshallbevisuallycheckedtohavenodefectssuchascracks,honeycombs,holes,steel-protrusionsetc.肉眼观察基础不应存在诸如裂纹,窝蜂,孔、钢材凸出等缺陷。7.1.4.3Theconcretefoundationshallnotbesurfacetreateduntilithasbeencompletedfornotlessthan7days.Civilreleasereportshouldbesubmittedbeforestartthemechanicalactivities.混凝土基础结束施工至少7天内不应进行表面处理,机械施工前应提交基础交接报告。Thesurfacevoidsoftheconcreteshallbechisel,andthesundriesintheholeoftheboltedsleevemustberemovedandcleaned.混凝土表面空隙应该铲平,螺栓套筒内的杂物必须清理干净。7.1.4.4Thesizeandpositionofthefoundationshallberecheckedinaccordancewiththefoundationdiagramofcivilworksandthetechnicaldocumentsoftheequipments,especiallythespacebetweentheanchorboltsshallbeuniformedwiththatoftheequipmentbolts.DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010基础尺寸和位置必须重新检查满足民用工程基础图和设备技术文件的要求,特别是地脚螺栓的间距应该与设备上的螺栓间距一致。7.2ACCEPTANCEOFMATERIALS材料验收ThematerialusedtobuildstoragetankshallbecheckedforacceptancestrictlyinaccordancewithAPI650.储罐的施工用料应严格按照与API650检查验收。Theconstructionmaterialsandqualitythereofareoneofkeyfactorsforqualityoftheproject,onekeyfactorofdetermininglong-termandsafeoperationofstoragetanksandalsooneofmaincontentsofdeliveryandacceptance.Therefore,theacceptanceofmaterialsisanimportantindispensablestepinconstructionproduction,andmaincontentsofmaterialacceptanceandmanagementincludethefollowing:工程材料及其有关用材的质量合格与否是决定工程质量好坏的关键因素之一,是决定储罐长期安全运行的一个关键因素,也是交工验收的主要内容之一。所以,材料验收是施工生产不可缺少的一个重要步骤,材料验收及管理主要包括以下几项内容:7.2.1Requirementofmaterialqualityconformitycertificate材料质量合格证书Thematerials(steelplate,steeltubeandothersectionsteels),accessoriesandequipmentforstoragetankmustbeprovidedwithrelevantqualityconformitycertificate.Ifanydoubt,thequalitycertificateshallberechecked,andcanonlybeusedifitisqualified.储罐所选用的材料(钢板、钢管及其它型钢)、附件、设备等必须具有相应的合格证明书。对质量证明书有疑问时,应进行复验,合格后方可使用。7.2.2Inspectionofmaterialsurfacequality材料外观质量的检查Theappearanceinspectionofthesteelplateswillbeexecutedonebyone.Thesurfacequality,surfacerustinessthinningamountandscratchdepthshallconformtotheprovisionsofexistingtankplatestandard.对建造储罐所用的钢板,逐张进行外观检查,其表面质量、表面锈蚀减薄量、划痕深度等应符合现行标准的规定。Thesurfaceofsteelplatesisfreeofcrack,airbubble,scab,folding,includedslag,embeddedironoxideandlayering.ThesurfaceThethinoxidescale,ironrust,unapparentroughness,scratch,reticulatedpatterncausedbyrollerandotherdefectsnothinderinginspectingsurfacedefectsmaybeallowedonthesurfaceofsteelplates,buttheconcaveconvexshallnotexceedthehalfoftolerance.钢板表面不允许存在裂纹、气泡、结疤、折叠、夹渣和压入氧化铁等缺陷,并不得分层。钢板表面允许有不妨碍检查表面缺陷的薄层氧化皮、铁锈,但氧化皮脱落所引起的不显著的粗糙、划痕,轧辊造成的网纹及其他局部缺陷,但凹凸度不得超过公差之半。DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010Thesurfaceofsteelplateisfreeofweldingrepairandjamming,ifany,itshallbeclearedwithchiselorgrindingwheel;theclearedplaceshallbesmoothandfreeofedgeangleandclearingdepthshallnotexceedthenegativedeviationrangeofthicknessofstateplate.钢板表面缺陷不允许焊补和堵塞,应用凿子或砂轮清理,清理处应平缓无棱角,清理深度不得超过钢板厚度负偏差的范围。7.2.3Non-destructiveinspectionofsteelplate钢板的无损检测SteelplatesrequiredNDTshallbetestedbyultrasonicwavesinaccordancewithrelatedstandardandthequalityshallconformtotherequirementsofrelatedstandard.需要无损检测的钢板,应按照标准规定进行超声波检测,其质量应符合相应标准的要求。7.2.4Acceptanceofweldingmaterials焊材的验收Weldingmaterials(weldingrod,weldingwireandweldingflux)shallbeprovidedwithqualityconformitycertificate.Weldingrodqualityconformitycertificateshallcontainthechemicalcompositionandmechanicalpropertyofdepositedmetalandlowhydrogentypeweldingrodqualityconformitycertificateshallalsocontainthediffusiblehydrogencontentofdepositedmetal.焊接材料(焊条、焊丝及焊剂)应具有质量合格证,焊条质量合格证书应包括熔敷金属的化学成分和机械性能,低氢型焊条还应包括熔敷金属的扩散氢含量。7.2.5Materialpurchaseandusemanagement材料的采购和使用管理Thematerialspurchasedbycontractorwhomusthaveanacquaintancewithproductioncertificationofthemanufacturershallbeexaminedandapprovedbytheownerbeforeuse.由乙方采购的材料,必须了解厂家是否有生产资质,并由业主审核、认可后方可使用。BeforethematerialssuppliedbyOWNERareused,thehanding-overproceduremustbegonethrough;unpackinginspectionmustbeexecutedinthepresenceofOWNERandsupervisorandshallbesignedbybothparties.甲方提供的材料在使用前,必须办理交接手续,开箱检查必须有甲方、监理等有关人员在场,且需双方Therecordsofacceptanceanduseofmaterialsandequipmentshallbekeptcarefully.Themachineaccountregistrationandentry-exitwarehousesystemareformulated.Materialsandfittingsshallbeplacedinaccordancewithsortandspecificationandhavespecificmarks.认真做好材料、设备的验收、使用记录。建立台帐登记,制定进出库制度,材料、配件应按类别规格摆放,并有明确的标记。7.3STORAGETANKPREFABRICATION储罐预制Inconstructionproduction,manycomponentpartsandmaterialsoftankmustbeprefabricated,suchastankbottomplategrooveprocessing,wallplategrooveprocessing,radianmouldandvariousarcDOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010componentparts(stiffeningring,windring,edge-platedanglesteel),etc.Inordertonormalizemould,reducealoftwork,improveworkingefficiencyandguaranteeprojectquality,somecomponentpartsalsoneedtobeprefabricatedonspecial-purposeplatforms,suchasfloatingroofdrainagesystem,laborplatform,spiralstaircaseandwindproofringetc.Theprefabricationisakeyprocessinconstructionproduction,andincreasingprefabricationdepthisoneofimportantwaysofeffectivelyadvancingconstructionperiodundercurrentconstructionconditions.在施工生产中,对罐体的许多构件和材料安装前必须进行预制加工,如罐底板坡口加工、罐壁板坡口加工及弧度成型以及各种弧型构件(加强圈、抗风圈、包边角钢等)等。有些构件为了成型规范、减少高空作业、提高工效、保证工程质量也需要在专用平台上进行预制加工,如罐顶系统、劳动平台、盘梯、以及抗风圈的组对等。预制是施工生产中的一个关键环节,加大预制深度是目前施工条件下有效提前工期的重要手段之一。7.3.1Qualificationofwelders焊工资质WPSandPQRshallbedoneduringthewelderqualificationsbutitisnotmentionedinthissection.ThissectionshouldbedetailedforWPSandPQR.焊工资格应包含WPS和PQR的,,但它不会在本节中提到,详细内容请见WPS和PQR部分。Theweldersandweldingoperatorswhoweldpressurepartsandjoinnon-pressureparts,suchasallpermanentandtemporaryclipsandlugs,topressurepartsshallbequalifiedinaccordancewithSectionIXoftheASMECode.对于焊接压力部件和连接非压力部件比如所有固定和临时的管卡和吊耳的焊工和焊接操作者,焊接压力部件时必须符合ASME规范的章节IX的规定。Therecordsofthetestsforqualifyingweldersandweldingoperatorsshallincludethefollowing:对于焊工和焊接实施者的资格测试的记录必须包含以下内容:a)Eachwelderoroperatorshallbeassignedanidentifyingnumber,letter,orsymbolbythefabricationorerectioncontractor.每一个焊工或操作者必须由施工方或建造方指定一个可被识别的数字,字母或者符号。b)Thefabricationorerectioncontractorshallmaintainarecordoftheweldersorweldingoperatoremployedthatshowsthedateandresultsofthetestforeachwelderoroperatorandtheidentifyingmarkassignedtoeachwelderoroperator.Thisrecordshallbecertifiedbythefabricationorerectioncontractorandshallbeaccessibletotheinspector.施工方或建造方必须保持有每一名雇佣的焊工和焊接操作者的记录,该记录中包含每一名焊工或焊接实施者参加测试的日期和结果以及指派给其的识别标识。这记录必须得到施工方或建造方的的认可并对监理有效。7.3.2Prefabrication预制DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010Accordingtothespecification,theplatesshallbearrangedcarefullypriortoconstruction.Atthesametime,weshallensurethatabutmentseamdistancebetweenlongitudinalseamofbottomtankwallandedgeplateoftankbottomshallaccordwithrelatedspecifications,(notlessthan300mmiftherearenospecialrequirements)(refertotheclause5.1.5.4oftheAPI650).Allopeningsoftankwallshallbefreefromtheweldingseam,andthedistancebetweenopeningconnectionpipeortheedgeofstiffeningringandweldingseamoftankwallshallaccordwithrelatedspecifications,(notlessthan250mmiftherearenospecialrequirements.)(refertotheclause5.7.3oftheAPI650).Andmoreover,thestiffeningringshallhavenotailorwelding.施工前根据板材到货情况按照规范要求进行认真排版,保证底层罐壁纵缝与罐底边缘板对接缝距离符合相关标准规范要求(无特殊说明时不小于300mm),所有罐壁开口应避开焊缝,开口接管或补强圈边缘距罐壁焊缝符合相关标准规范要求(无特殊说明时应大于250mm),补强圈不得拼焊。Theprefabricationsitetousefortheprefabricatingworkofstoragetankandaccessoryshallbesetupatworksite,andatthesametime,theprefabricationshouldsatisfytheneedsofinstallationconstruction.现场组建预制场用于储罐及附件的预制工作,预制必须满足安装施工需要。Cutmaterialstrictlyaccordingtotheplatearrangementplantoensurethequalityoftheprefabricationandexamineintimeandmaketherecordoftheprefabricationandthemarkofphysicalgoods.严格按照排版图下料,确保预制质量,及时检查并作好预制记录和实物标记。Thestiffeningplateofcleaningholeshallbemadeofcompleteplateandshallalsonotailorwelding.Thebottomstiffeningplateofcleaningholeshallhaveintegralconsiderationwhenarrangingbottomplates.清扫孔加强底板由整板制作,不得拼焊。清扫孔加强底板应在底板排版时统一考虑。Circleedgeoftankbottomplateshalladoptmanualflamecuttingforlayoff,andthereststraightedgesarecutbyplateshearerorsemiautomaticflame.Alltheplateedgescutbytheflameshallbepolishedandcorrectedbypolishingmachine.罐底板的圆周边缘采用手工火焰切割下料,其余直边采用剪板机剪切或半自动火焰切割。所有火焰切割的板边用磨光机打磨修正。Tankwallplateshalladoptportalcutterforprocessingthegroove,andplaterollerandcamberedpositionershallbecombinedforroundingfabrication.罐壁板采用龙门切割机加工坡口,滚板机和弧形胎具配合进行滚圆预制。Tankrooffanplateisprefabricatedonarcpositionerbythecombinedcuttingmethodofmachineandmanualflame.罐顶扇形板采用机械剪切和手工火焰切割相结合,扇形板的预制在弧形胎具上进行。DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010Afterroundingoftankwallplateandmouldingoffanroofplate,horizontalsweepboardshallbeappliedtoinspectcurvature.Storageandtransportationshallbeconductedonthespecialcamberedpositioner,andalsoeffectivemeasuresshallbetakenintheprocessofliftingtopreventthedeformation.罐壁板滚圆后及扇形顶板成型后,均须用弧形样板检查曲率,在专用弧形胎具上存放和运输,并在起吊过程中采取有效措施,以防变形。7.4ASSEMBLY组装Theassemblyofthemethodof“flipchipwithhydraulicdeviceorchainhoists”液压千斤顶或倒链倒装法施工程序如下:7.4.1Theassemblyoftankbottom罐底板组装Afterfoundationacceptance,loftinglineonthefoundationshallbeconductedaccordingtothemagnifyingsizeofthebottomplate.Also,crosscenterlineshall,inaccordancewithtankbottompositionspecifiedinthedesign,bemarkedonthefoundation.基础检查验收合格后,在基础上按底板放大尺寸放样划线,并按设计给定的罐底方位在基础上划出十字Edgeplatesoftankbottomshallbelaidtowardsbothsidesfromstiffeningbottomplateofcleaninghole.Atthesametime,beforelaying,thebaseplateshallbeweldedonedgeplateofonesideinorder.罐底边缘板从清扫孔加强底板开始向两边铺设,铺设前将垫板顺次点焊在一侧的边缘板上。Intermediateplateshallbelaidtowardsbothsidesfromthecenter.Themiddleflitchplatesshallbelaidfirstly.Also,thecentrallinemustbemarkedonflitchplatewhilelayinginordertoguaranteecoincidingwithfoundationcenterline.中幅板从中心开始向两侧铺设,先铺设中间条板,铺设时必须在条板上划出中心线,保证其与基础中心Allthebottomplatesshallbeliftedinplace.Beforeweldingbottomplates,edgesverifiedtobenotsharp,andaftertheyarealigned,weldedandpasstheinspection,theweldingcanbeconducted(contractionjointsaren’tweldedtemporarily).所有底板吊装就位,全部组对点焊后,经检查合格,进行焊接(收缩缝暂不焊接)。7.4.2Assemblyoftopringwallplateandtankroof顶圈壁板和罐顶板的组装Marktankwallassemblylineontankbottomplate.Astofacilitatetheconstructionandmaterialshandling,distributethe500mmheightH-shapedsteelalongthecircleevenlywithaintervalof1m,andthenweldtheH-shapedsteeltothebottomplateofthetankfirmlywhichasafoundationoftheinstallationofthetank.thenmakeleveloftheH-shapedsteel、marktankwallassemblylineonthetankshellandsetinternalstopplatestoassembletopringwallplate,strictlycontrolitsverticality,roundness,diameterdeviationandupperlevelnesswithinerrorscope.DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010在罐底板上划出罐壁组装线,沿组装线一周每隔1m均匀设置一根500mm高的H型钢,把H型钢和罐底板焊接牢固,H型钢上划出罐壁板的安装基准线并在内侧设置档板,在H型钢上进行顶圈壁板的组对,其垂直度、圆度、直径偏差及上端水平度严格控制在误差范围内。Afterassemblingedge-platedanglesteel,suspendexpansionring,hydraulicdeviceorchainsintostoragetank,atthesametime,settankroofassemblypositionerlikecentralpostandumbrellastand,andlaytankroofplatefromthetwosymmetricalstartingpositionsalongthesamedirection.包边角钢组装后,悬挂膨胀环,液压装置和电动倒链进罐,同时,设置中心柱、伞架等罐顶组装胎具,从对称的两个起点位置沿同一方向铺设罐顶板。7.4.3Storagetankwallassembly壁板组装7.4.3.1Methodstatement方法说明Adoptthemethodthat“flipchipwithhydraulicdeviceorchainhoists”.采用液压千斤顶或倒链倒装法施工Theprincipleofthismethodisthat:Itsclimbingforcecanbeconductedtoexpansionringthroughsliderandcouplerbody,thenpassthroughfixture(bearingblock)ofexpansionringandclimbingtankwalltohoisttankbodyup,weldthelowerringwallplate,loosenexpansionringtothelowerpartofweldingwallplate,thenexpandandhoistagainuntiltothelowestwallplate.该方法主要原理是:将倒链拉力通过吊耳传到胀圈,再通过胀圈与待提升罐壁的卡(承重块),将罐体提升起来,进行下圈壁板的组焊,然后将胀圈松开,降至已组焊壁的下部,再次胀紧、顶升,如此反复,直到最底一节壁板。DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010ixturesFixedblockAdoptthemethodthat“theprogressiveassemblymethodwithouterandfullscaffolds”.采用外脚手架正装法施工:Theperpendicularitydegreeandmoldingsizeoftankshouldbecontrolledstrictly,anditsworkingprocedure’flowisthat:preparation→bottomwainscotalignment→bottomwainscotassemblyredress,welding→filletweldassemblyandwelding→thesecondwainscotassemblyandwelding→wainscotweldingupwardsthreefloors→relevantcomponentassembly.应严格控制垂直度和成型尺寸,其工作程序的流程是:准备→底圈壁板围板→底部壁板组对、焊接→大角缝组对、焊接→第二壁板组对、焊接→第三圈及以上壁板组对、焊接→相关部件组装。7.4.3.2Constructionkeypoints:施工要点a)Distributehydraulicdeviceorchainsevenlyalongtheinternaltankwallscalculateanddeterminetheamountsaccordingtothemaximumweightoftankbodyaswellasitsstructure.Openthepreparedholeonthetopofthetankwhererightabovethepillarofeachhydraulicdeviceorelectricchainhoistsystem,thepreparedholecanbeclosedafterthetankproofupgraded.罐内壁均匀分布设置液压装置或电动倒链提升系统,提升系统数量根据需要提升的罐体最大重量计算,并根据储罐结构确定,在每个提升柱正上方的罐顶板上预留一张板不安装,待罐顶提升后再安DOCUMENTTITLE:DOCUMENTNo.:ORTANKABUDHABICRUDEOILPIPELINEPROJECT99-90-1703Rev.4DATE:25/11/2010b)Alignexpansionringatthebottomoftopringtankwall,determinechannelsteelmodelofexpansionringaccordingtocantilevertheory.在顶圈罐壁底部组对胀圈,胀圈槽钢型号按悬臂梁理论确定。c)Assembleandadjustthehydraulicdeviceorchainssystem.组装并调整电动倒链提升系统。d)Weldtheboardingandlongitudinalseamofthesecondupperwallplate,settwoshiftinggroovesattheboardingoftankwall,andpre-tightentheshiftinggroovewithchains.进行上数第二圈壁板的围板和纵缝组焊,罐壁围板设两道活口,活口处用导链预紧。e)Afterweldingexternaltopofthesecondupperwallplateatcollarextensionoflongitudinalseam,setstopplateonbothsidesat1.5mintervalalongthecircle,soastoaligncircumferentialweld.Starthoistsystemandmaketankroofandtopringwallplatecometoproperposition.Pre-tightenthesecondwallplategradually,alignspotweldingbypassingqualifiedcircumferentialweldadjustment,andthentakecircumferentialweldweldingaftersealing.在焊完纵缝外口的上数第二圈壁板外侧顶部,沿圆周每隔1.5m左右设置档板,用于组对环缝。启动电动提升系统,使罐顶及顶圈壁板提升到位,逐渐将第二圈壁板活口收紧,调整环缝合格后组对点焊,封口完毕,进行环缝焊接。f)Enclosethethirdringofwallplatebythesamemethod,weldtheexternalapertureoflongitudinalseam,setstopplateontheoutsideroof,fullyliftupthetankroofandthefirstandsecondringwallplates,alignandweldringseam.Also,repeatlikethisuntilthelastlayerofwallplate.按同样方法围上数第三圈壁板,焊接纵缝外口,外侧顶部设置档板,提升罐顶及上数一、二圈壁板,环缝组对焊接。如此反复,直至最底一层壁板。g)AllH-shapedsteelshouldberemovedafterfinishingweldingallthetankshellandallthetoolsinsidethetankshouldbetakenawaythroughthemanhole.ifthetoolsaretoolargetobetakenawaythroughthemanhole,thenonepieceofthesteelboardofthebottomlayerofthewallplatesshouldnotbewelded,takeawaythetoolsthroughhere,afterthetoolsar
