2024事业单位司机聘用合同合同编号：__________driveremploymentcontractThisDriverEmploymentContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasofthedatefirstabovewrittenandbetweenthefollowingparties:PartyA:____________________________(the"Employer")PartyB:____________________________(the"Employee")(Hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties")WITNESSETH:WHEREAS,PartyAisalegalentityengagedinpublicwelfareundertakingsandPartyBisaqualifieddriver;WHEREAS,PartyArequirestheservicesofadrivertooperateitsvehiclesandtransportpassengersandgoods;WHEREAS,PartyBiswillingtoprovidedrivingservicestoPartyAonthetermsandconditionssetforthherein;NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thePartiesagreeasfollows:1.PositionandDuties1.1PartyBshallbeemployedPartyAasadriver(the"Position").1.2PartyBshallperformthefollowingduties(the"Duties"):(a)OperatevehiclesownedorleasedPartyAinasafe,efficient,andlawfulmanner;(b)Ensurethesafetyofpassengersandgoodstransported;(c)MaintainandcleanvehiclesinaccordancewithPartyA'sstandards;(d)Reportanyaccidents,incidents,ormaintenanceissuestoPartyApromptly;(e)Adheretoallapplicabletrafficlaws,regulations,andCompanypolicies;2.TermofEmployment2.2UpontheexpirationoftheTerm,thisContractshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetermsofthesameduration,unlesseitherPartyprovideswrittennoticeofitsintentionnottorenewatleast____________dayspriortotheexpirationofthethencurrentterm.3.CompensationandBenefits3.1PartyAshallpayPartyBamonthlysalaryof____________(the"Salary")lessapplicabletaxesanddeductions.3.2PartyAshallprovidePartyBwiththefollowingbenefits(the"Benefits"):(a)Employer'scontributiontosocialinsuranceinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulations;(b)Annualleaveandpublicholidaysasprovidedforapplicablelawsandregulations;(c)Comprehensivemedical,accident,anddisabilityinsuranceasprovidedforapplicablelawsandregulations;3.3PartyAmayfromtimetotimeadjusttheSalaryandBenefits,providedthatPartyBshallbegivenwrittennoticeofanysuchadjustmentatleast____________dayspriortotheeffectivedatethereof.4.WorkingHoursandOvertime4.1PartyBshallworkastandardweeklyscheduleof____________hours,whichmayincludenights,weekends,andholidaysasrequiredPartyA'soperations.4.2PartyBshallbeendtoovertimepayattheapplicablerateforanyhoursworkedbeyondthestandardworkinghours.5.ConfidentialityandNonDisclosure5.1DuringtheTermandforaperiodof____________yearsfollowingtheterminationofthisContract,PartyBshallmaintainthestrictestconfidencewithrespecttoallconfidentialinformationofPartyA(the"ConfidentialInformation"),whetherwritten,oral,orinanyotherform,andshallnotdisclose,use,orcopysuchConfidentialInformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofPartyB'sdutiesunderthisContract.5.2TheConfidentialInformationshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,tradesecrets,businessplans,customerlists,financialdata,andotherproprietaryinformation.6.Termination6.3ThisContractmaybeterminatedPartyAuponwrittennoticetoPartyBifPartyBisfoundtohaveengagedinconductdetrimentaltoPartyA'sinterestsorinviolationofapplicablelawsandregulations.6.4UpontheterminationofthisContract,PartyBshallreturnallCompanyproperty,includingbutnotlimitedtovehiclekeys,identificationbadges,anddocuments一、附件列表：1.司机个人简历2.驾驶执照副本3.健康证明4.无犯罪记录证明5.车辆行驶证副本6.车辆保险单副本7.工作服及安全装备清单8.岗位职责说明书9.培训记录10.考核结果记录二、违约行为及认定：1.未经许可，未按时完成工作任务2.违反安全规定，造成事故或损害3.未经许可，泄露公司机密信息4.未按时出勤，影响工作正常进行5.驾驶车辆不符合规定标准6.不遵守公司规章制度，违反职业道德三、法律名词及解释：1.用人单位：指依法成立的事业单位，提供劳动条件，支付劳动报酬的法人或其他组织。2.劳动者：指具有劳动能力，为用人单位提供劳动力，获得劳动报酬的个人。3.劳动合同：用人单位与劳动者确立劳动关系，明确双方权利义务的协议。4.工资：劳动者因履行劳动合同所获得的报酬。5.福利：用人单位为劳动者提供的除工资以外的其他待遇。6.工作时间：劳动者在用人单位规定的上下班时间内从事工作的时间。7.加班：劳动者在法定工作时间之外，继续从事工作。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.问题：司机迟到或早退解决办法：按公司规定进行迟到早退扣款，严重者进行警告或纪律处分。2.问题：司机在工作中发生交通事故解决办法：立即报告公司，按保险公司规定和公司应急预案处理。3.问题：司机泄
