1范围
本文件规定了海上风力发电场运营期安全性评价的评价项目、评价方法、评定依据和风险等级评
定等内容。
本文件适用于已全容量并网运行的海上风力发电场安全性评价。

3术语和定义
GB/T32128和GB/T51308界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
海底电缆submarinecable
敷设在海底,具有较高机械强度和耐腐蚀能力的电力传输电缆及通信电缆。
注:海底电缆包括送出海底电缆和集电海底电缆。
3.2
安全检查表法methodofsafetychecklist
利用安全检查表,分析海上风力发电场系统及设备、机械装置和操作管理、组织措施中各种风险因
素的方法。
4总则
4.1海上风力发电场首次安全性评价宜在风力发电场全容量并网后1年内进行,后续根据实际运行情
况定期开展安全性评价。
4.2海上风力发电场安全性评价分为海上风力发电场运营单位自查和专家评价。自查由运营单位自
行组织内部管理和技术人员开展评价,专家评价由风力发电场运营单位的上级主管单位组织不少于
