本文件规定了电化学储能电站应急物资的配备、应用、维护、存储、报废等要求。

本文件适用于锂离子电池、液流电池、铅酸(炭)电池、钠离子电池、水电解制氢/燃料电池等类型电

化学储能电站应急物资的管理。
