前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备》的第1部分。GB/T30844已经发布了以
下部分:
——第1部分:技术条件;
——第2部分:试验方法;
——第3部分:安全规程。
本文件代替GB/T30844.1—2014《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备第1部分:技术条件》,与
GB/T30844.1—2014相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了文件的适用范围,将额定输入电压改为交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等级及以下(见第
1章,2014年版的第1章);
b)删除了调速设备的分类(见2014年版的第4章);
c)更改了“环境使用条件”有关的规定(见5.1,2014年版的6.1);
d)更改了“正常电气使用条件”有关的规定(见5.2.1,2014年版的6.2.1);
e)更改了“电气间隙和爬电距离的最小值”有关的规定(见6.2.3.3,2014年版的7.3.3.3);
f)更改了“保护功能”有关的规定(见6.5,2014年版的7.14);
g)增加了“高低电压穿越能力”有关的规定(见6.9);
h)更改了“试验项目”有关的规定(见7.5,2014年版的8.5);
i)更改了“调速设备铭牌标志”有关的规定(见8.1.1,2014年版的9.1)。

引言
GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用变频调速设备》旨在规范1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的技术条
件、试验方法、检验规则和安全规程等,拟由3个部分构成。
——第1部分:技术条件。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的额定值、使用条件以及
技术要求。
——第2部分:试验方法。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备的试验方法。
——第3部分:安全规程。目的在于给出1kV及以下通用变频调速设备有关电气、热和能量等除
供电电源以外安全方面的要求。

1kV及以下通用变频调速设备
第1部分:技术条件
1范围
本文件规定了1kV及以下的通用变频调速设备(以下简称“调速设备”)的额定值、使用条件、技术
要求、试验项目要求及标志、包装、运输与贮存。
本文件适用于额定输入电压为交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等级及以下,额定输入频率为50Hz或
60Hz,输出电压不大于1kV,输出频率小于600Hz的调速设备的设计、生产和安装。
注:交流额定输入电压1140V或输出频率大于600Hz的调速设备也通常参照本文件执行。有关的性能等要求由
制造商和用户协商确定。
