理工大学（聘方）聘用（受聘方）为化学科目任课老师,双方本着友好合作精神特签署本协议,其条款以下:

Polytechnicuniversity(engagingparty)shallengageMr.(engagedparty)asateacherofsubjectofchemistry.Thetwoparties,inthespiritoffriendshipandcooperationherebysigntheContractsubjecttothefollowingtermsandconditions:

一、

聘期THETERMOFSERVICE1．聘期为____年,自起,至止。Thetermofserviceisyearbeginningon,andendingon.

二、受聘方工作任务WORKOFENGAGEDAPARTY受聘方工作任务,经双方协商确定为:Theworkofengagedpartyisdecidedthroughmutualconsultationasfollows:

1、担任化学科目教学工作,指导学生开展化学科目课外活动;ConductingChemistryteachingandadvisingstudentsonextracurricularactivitiesofChemistry.

2、编写化学科目教导教材和补充读物;CompilingChemistrytutorshipbooksandsupplementaryteachingmaterials;

3、每七天讲课8－10课时。Having8to10teachingperiodsaweek.

三、受聘方工资和福利PAYMENTANDWELFARE1．受聘方工作时间每七天五天,天天七小时。受聘方根据政府要求节假日放假,寒暑假按本校校历要求。Engagedpartyworksfivedaysaweekandsevenhoursaday.Theengagedpartywillhavelegalholidaysasprescribedbyrullsofstate.Thesummerandwintervacationsarefixedbytheschoolcalendar.

2．受聘方每个月工资五仟圆（5,000）人民币,并享受本校老师多种福利待遇。2.Theengagingpartypaystheengagedpartyamonthlysalaryoffivethousand(5,000)Yuan(RMB)andprovideshimwithvariouswalfaresasprescribedbythisuniversity.

四、受聘方职责RESPONSIBILITIESEMPLOYEE1、遵守《宪法》、《教育法》、《老师法》等法律、法规,认真推行老师义务。AbidebytheConstitution,EducationLaw,EngagedpartyLaw,andotherrelatedrulesandregulationsissuedbytheChinesegovernment.Conscientiouslyfulfilltheengagedparty’sresponsibilitiesspecifiedbytheSchoolofInternationalEducation.

2、教书育人并重,严格管理讲课班级教学秩序,主动建设优良学习风气,立刻向学院主管部门提出对学生操行表彰与处罚意见。Bothteachandeducatestudentswithstrictclassroommanagementandprovideaqualitylearningenvironmenttoensurethatstudentscanbothimprovetheiracademicknowledgeandgrowtobecomequalitycitizens.Theengagedpartyneedstobringforththesuggestiontotheschooladministrationfortherecognitionorpunishmentofanystudentifrequired,

3、认真备课,合理安排教学,并于开课2周内向学院提交教学计划。教案和教学提要自备、备查。Befullypreparedforlessonsandhaveeachoftheteachingtaskswellorganized.TheclasssyllabusmustbeprintedandsubmittedtotheTeachingandAcademicServicesOfficewithintwoweeksofcoursecommencement.

4、按时上课,不迟到,不早退。不找她人代课和随意调课。因故误课,最少提前一周通知学院,且事后安排补课。Engagedpartyaretobepunctualtoclass.Theswitchingoflessonsorsubstitutionofengagedpartywithoutpermissionisnotallowed.Theschoolneedstobenotifiedatleastoneweekinadvanceforanyabsenceforanyreason.Arequestformwillbefilledinandamake-upclasswillberequired.

5、依据本项目专业教学标准、规律和教学计划组织教学,教学目明确,使用教学方法适当,评价手段合理。注意充足调动学生主动性,提升教学效果,接收学院对教学监督检验。Eachlessonistobedeliveredbasedonthesubjectguidelinesandcoursesyllabus.Theengagedpartyistohaveathoroughunderstandingofhisteachingobjectives,usethepropermeanstoimplementthecontentareaofthesubjecttaught,assessstudentsinawaythatisrightandfairandconstantlymotivatestudentstolearn.Healsoneedstoworkunderthesupervisionandinspectionoftheschool’soverseaspartnersandexecutivepanel.

6、精心选择和组织教学材料,全部使用书籍和音响资料要有利于学生正确价值观和行为方法培养。Itistheresponsibilityoftheengagedpartytocarefullyselectandorganizeappropriateteachingmaterials.Allthetextbooksandaudio-visualresourceschosenshouldnotonlyhelpimprovethestudents’understandingofthesubjectmatter,butalsohelpcultivatetheirvaluesandbehavior.

7、有计划、定时合理地部署作业,认真批改和讲评,除特殊项目特殊专业要求外,每学期要有期中和期末考试,实现教学目标,学生成绩通知学生本人以尊重学生隐私。Studentsaretobegivenassignmentsandwrittenworkonaregularbasis.Engagedpartyaretocorrectandevaluatestudents’workinareasonableandfairmanner.Mid-termandfinalexanimationsaretobegiveneachsemestertotestifstudentshaveachievedcourseobjectives.Examresultsandtermgradesshouldbekeptandeachstudentshouldbeinformedofhisscoreindividuallyforprivacyprotectionpurpose.

8、按项目具体要求,进行学生学业评价。制订合理评价标准。评价方法要能科学表现学生学习过程和结果,严格每个程序操作。有合作方项目专业要立刻催索和呈送合作方要求文本资料。配合学院做好各项内、外审工作。Engagedpartyaretosetreasonablecriteriathathelprevealbothstudents’learningprocessandoutcomefollowingtheprogram’squalityassurancerequirements.

9、安排答疑时间和方法,耐心解答学生问题,认真定时听取、搜集学生对教学工作意见和提议,不停改善教学方法方法。Engagedpartyshouldbewillingtooffertimeandassistancetostudentsexperiencingdifficultiesinlearning.Officehoursshouldbearrangedtotalkwithstudents.Itisexpectedthatengagedpartyaretobeopentolistentostudents’opinionsandsuggestions,especiallywhenregardinghowtoimprovetheirteaching.

10、按要求保留学生原始学习档案,包含作业统计、考试成绩、文字评语等,并于每学期期末交学院立案。Eachstudent’spersonalfiles,whichincludeassignments,examinationresults,writtencommentsandevaluations,shouldberecordedandarchived.Attheendofthesemester,theserecordsshouldbesubmittedtotheschooladministration.

五、受聘方严重违约处理SERIOUSBREACHOFENGAGEDPARTY受聘方有下列情形之一者属于严重违约,学校可给予解聘。3、不认真备课,对教材不熟悉,无讲课计划或不按讲课计划讲课,经劝说仍无改善者。Beingunfamiliarwiththecontentareawhichistaught,nothavingalessonplanordonotfollowthesubjectsyllabuswhileconductingteaching．

4、常常迟到、早退,一学期达十次以上者。Beingpersistentlylateforclassordismissingclassearly,amountingtotentimesinaperiodofonesemester．5、无故缺课、误课,不能按时完成讲课任务者。Beingabsentinclasswithoutgoodreasonand/orfailingtoaccomplishteachingobjectivesonschedule.6、除特殊原因,未能根据要求立刻催要、呈送学生试卷与成绩,造成严重后果者。7、教学效果极差,对学生不负责任,缺乏耐心,对学生合理意见提议充耳不闻,任课班级学生投诉三次以上者。Havingalackofresponsibilityorpatienceinthecourseofinstruction,turningadeafeartostudents’voicesregardingteaching;Receivingmorethanthreestudentcomplaintsinoneclassinaperiodofonesemester．

8、对学生不尊重,伤害学生自尊心、侵害学生声誉权、人格权等权利,造成恶劣影响者。Notshowingrespecttostudents,hurtingstudents'feelings,violatingstudents'personalrights,andinjuringstudents'self-esteem.

9、利用学校课堂,有意丑化学校学院声誉者。Takingadvantageofclassroominstructionordamagingtheschool'simageandreputationintentionally.

10、受聘方有第二条所列情况且情节严重者,学院除给予解聘之外,还能够依据情节及影响,降低其工资标准或者降低其酬劳。Anyemployeewhocommitsanyviolationofprovision2andfailstocorrectthedeficienciesaftertheyarepointedoutmustbedismissed.Inadditiontotheactionstakenhe/shemaybefinedorincurotherfinancialpenaltiesbasedontheconsequencesoftheinfraction.

11、若被解聘老师严重伤害学生、侵犯学院声誉、造成学院重大损失,学校保留依法要求其停止侵害、恢复声誉、赔礼道歉和赔偿损失权利。Ifthedismissedengagedpartyseverelyhurtsthestudent'sfeelings,ruinstheschoo
