FLPROFig.9-16.ThemetalbearingholdersFuselageassemblyTheinstallationsiteofthefuselageinnerseatisshowninFig.9-17.Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFig.9-17.Installationdiagram然后,把主轴固定座装到侧板上(假组装,先不上胶),要特别注意主轴固定座安装的方向。如图9-16所示,有ALIGN字样要相互朝向内侧。机身内侧固定座的安装位置如图9.17所示。Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFuselageassemblyAfterthedummyassemblyiscomplete,youcanusethespindletotestwhetheritcanbesmoothlyplacedinthespindlemount.Ifthereisacardintothesituation,itmeansthatthebodyhasaskewedincorrectsituation,youcanloosenthescrewstore-lock.Andplaceitontheleveltabletop.AsshowninFig.9-18,thebodymustbeverticaltothedesktop90degrees.Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFig.9-18.InstallationangleFuselageassemblyAllpartsofhelicopterfixedbyscrewsshoulduseblueT43screwglue(astheFig.9-19shows).Attention:donotusetoomuchglue,justabout1mmofareainthread,avoidingthedifficultyofdismantlingscrewsinthefuture.Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFig.9-19T43screwglue假组装完成后,可以使用主轴来测试可否顺畅的放入主轴固定座内。如果有卡顿不好放入的情况,那表示机身有歪斜不正的情况,可以松开螺丝重新锁紧。将它放在桌面上。如图9-18所示,机身必须与桌面为垂直90度。所有由螺钉固定的直升机部件都应使用蓝色T43螺丝胶(如图9-19所示)。注意事项:不要使用过多的胶水,螺纹面积仅为1mm即可,避免以后脱胶的困难。Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFuselageassemblyAfterconfirmingthatthefuselageassemblyiscorrect,youcanlockthescrewagain.Then,asshowninFig.9-20,lockthecanopymountingbolt.Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFig.9-20.CanopymountingboltFuselageassemblyAsshowninFig.9-21,Therelevantpositionoffuselage'sbaseboardandfixedblocks.Part3—Assembly-TakethecaseofALIGHT-REX500EFLPROFig.9-21Thepositionoffuselage’sbaseboardandfuselagefixedblocks确认机身组装正确无误之后,就可以为螺丝重新上胶锁紧。

然后,如图9-20所示,用螺栓把前机头罩固定上。
