我是一个乐天派，在内心深处，我一直设想人类的创造力和智慧可以让世界更加美好。

自从能记事起，我就酷爱学习新鲜事物、破解难题。上七年级时第一次坐在计算机前，我即刻被它迷

上了。它也改变了我的生活。

30年前，我和朋友保罗・艾伦创办了微软，当时我们有一个愿望——“让每个家庭、每张办公桌上都有

一台计算机"。这在大多数的计算机还如同冰箱一样笨重的年代，听起来似乎太过乐观。但是我们相信个人

电脑终将改变世界。事情证明果真如此。
