2、筑抗震设计规范 (GB50011-2010) 建筑地基基础设计规范 (GB50007-2011) 钢结构焊接规范 (GB50661-2011) 钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程 (JGJ82-2011)三、连廊的移动桁架施工方案1、基本结构考虑到本工程遮阳系统工作面积较大,工期较紧,结合现场四层楼面比五层楼顶女儿墙伸出的距离多出800mm左右,而连廊两侧距离只有10米左右。所以连廊处我司的方案是在连廊两侧4层楼面设置可移动的钢结构焊接移动桁架。 钢结构焊接移动桁架的支撑柱采用80*80*3毫米厚的方钢,横梁用80*80*3毫米厚的方钢焊成立体状,工作平面焊接50*50*3的角铁,上面放木板组成,工

3、作人员可以直接在平台上作业,四脚焊脚轮方便移动,工作时用角铁固定四个脚轮,在两边四楼墙体与桁架之间加焊限位点,以保证桁架不会横向移动。 桁架制作要求:桁架竖向全部是用80*80*3毫米厚的方钢进行满焊,以保证桁架的整体受力,横向中间横杆用12*80螺丝固定,并且两端用角铁满焊。桁架上模反全部用螺丝固定在横杆上,使它不会进行移动,并且中间全部铺设双层模板,使上面受力均衡。具体搭设方案如附图:2、施工工艺1)、焊前准备A、钢管:桁架是钢管构件,主梁为80*80*3.0mm,次梁为50*50*3.0mm;检查钢管变形情况,检查其规格材质是否符合质量要求;在分断位置进行抛光处理后,进行划线和放样,并做

4、好钢管编号及记录工作。实施相贯线线的切割坡口处理剂打磨。B、准备好一定数量的32mm焊条。C、产地及工具准备:在四层屋面准备一个10平米左右的空地作为桁架梁的定位平台;分别锯好主次梁的定位夹具。主次梁定位夹具用硬质木锲;同时准备两台交流电焊机及一台切割机。2)、部件装焊A、分段装焊:按照统筹兼顾、焊缝错开的原则,先对2根上弦梁和两根下弦梁进行分段及焊接,将两根定长为6米的80*80*3.0mm钢管进行对接装焊完毕后,依据长廊横跨距离,切割成一根整体为9.6米的长条行钢梁,作为桁架主梁中的上弦梁和下弦梁。计算好桁架主梁立体矩形面的立面高度,使用80*80*3.0mm钢管进行竖腹杆进行切割并打磨,

5、竖腹杆长度为800mm,其中四根竖腹杆下方焊接好脚轮;切割完毕后放在附件备用;使用50*50*3.0mm钢管进行平面拉杆的切割,平面拉杆的长度为1500mm,切割完毕后放在附件备用;将上弦梁和下弦梁通过竖腹杆连接,两个焊工同时在两头进行焊接,焊接完毕后,必须检查两根主梁是否完全平行;B、整体装焊:将焊接好的上下玄梁抬入女儿墙内部,安放在女儿墙上,女儿墙两头,将组装好的主玄梁横跨在女儿墙,两套主玄梁间距1.5米,作为桁架平台的宽度,开始将平面拉杆在两套主玄梁上焊接,最终装焊成一个整体的宽假矩形桁架。C、工作面焊接:主桁架焊接完毕后,开始焊接工作面,使用50*50*3.0mm的角铁在桁架上向上延伸
