“蓝 领 ”公 寓 建 筑 设 计 研 究以 西 安 印 包 工 业 园 员 工 公 寓 为 例“蓝 领 ”公 寓 建 筑 设 计 研 究以 西 安 印 包 工 业 园 员 工 公 寓 为 例西 安 建 筑 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文“蓝 领 ”公 寓 建 筑 设 计 研 究以 西 安 印 包 工 业 园 员 工 公 寓 为 例专 业 ： 建 筑 学 硕 士硕 士 生 ： 陈 国 华指 导 教 师 ： 周 文 霞 副 教 授摘 要随 着 我 国 社 会 的 发 展 ， 以 及 产 业 格 局 带 来 的 新 的 城 市 格 局 ， 居 民 的 生 活 水 平得 到 了 提 升 ， 产 业 员 工 的 生 活 也 发 生 了 巨 大 的 改 变 ， 暂 时 性 、 过 渡 性 的 居 住 生 活成 为 了 他 们 一 段 时 期 内 的 主 要 生 活 模 式 。 作 为 他 们 工 作 、 生 活 的 主 要 载 体“蓝领 ”公 寓 ， 在 新 形 势 下 应 当 适 应 现 代 社 会 的 发 展 ， 满 足 现 实 生 活 的 要 求 ， 从 而 为“蓝 领 ”工 人 提 供 更 加 灵 活 、 更 加 多 元 化 的 产 品 以 适 应 “蓝 领 ”工 人 对 居 住 舒 适性 和 人 性 化 的 需 求 ， 而 适 合 这 种 生 活 模 式 的 公 寓 建 筑 将 会 是 未 来 居 住 模 式 的 一 种方 向 。本 论 文 主 要 研 究 产 业 园 区 内 的 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 建 筑 设 计 。 作 者 在 现 有 成 熟 理 论的 支 持 下 ， 以 实 践 成 果 为 基 础 ， 通 过 问 卷 、 访 谈 等 调 研 方 式 ， 总 结 了 原 有“蓝 领 ”公 寓 的 特 点 ； 分 析 了 现 代 “蓝 领 ”工 人 心 理 特 点 、 行 为 模 式 的 变 化 以 及 其 生 活 需求 ； 探 讨 了 公 寓 功 能 空 间 组 成 ， 公 共 空 间 的 设 置 和 外 部 形 态 的 设 计 ； 通 过 融 合 心理 学 、 美 学 、 社 会 学 、 经 济 学 等 多 门 学 科 知 识 ， 尝 试 总 结 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 空 间 的 设计 手 法 ， 并 进 行 了 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 的 设 计 。 设 想 了 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 将 来 发 展 的 趋 势 。本 篇 论 文 共 分 为 六 个 章 节 :第 一 章 ， 通 过 对 当 下 社 会 大 环 境 的 分 析 ， 强 调 了 课 题 研 究 的 迫 切 性 ； 在 对“蓝领 ”工 人 的 关 怀 和 他 们 需 求 下 ，“蓝 领 ”公 寓 的 研 究 显 得 迫 切 而 及 时 ； 同 时 章 节 在现 有 理 论 、 成 果 的 支 撑 下 通 过 合 适 的 研 究 方 法 ， 提 出 了 论 文 研 究 的 框 架 。第 二 章 ， 通 过 对 国 内 早 期 建 成 使 用 的 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 的 调 研 ， 了 解 并 掌 握 了 现阶 段 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 的 居 住 状 况 以 及 需 要 解 决 的 问 题 ； 进 而 选 择 国 内 近 期 新 建 的“蓝领 ”公 寓 作 为 比 较 ， 并 探 索 改 进 的 途 径 。第 三 章 ， 是 对 “蓝 领 ”人 群 的 分 析 ， 了 解 他 们 的 身 心 特 点 以 及 现 阶 段 条 件 下生 活 模 式 的 发 展 趋 势 ； 通 过 对 其 行 为 模 式 的 把 握 ， 分 析 其 对 居 住 功 能 空 间 的 需 求 。第 四 章 ， 对 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 组 成 的 各 功 能 空 间 进 行 深 入 的 分 析 ， 从 舒 适 度 的 角西 安 建 筑 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文度 出 发 总 结 了 各 功 能 空 间 的 尺 度 、 家 具 布 置 方 式 等 空 间 的 影 响 因 素 ； 探 讨 了 “蓝领 ”公 寓 平 面 组 合 在 人 性 化 原 则 下 的 设 计 方 式 ， 以 及 对 公 寓 外 部 形 态 的 简 单 考 量 ；最 后 ， 提 出 了 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 设 计 时 应 遵 循 的 原 则 。第 五 章 根 据 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 设 计 的 原 则 指 导 实 践 ， 创 作 了 印 包 工 业 园 区 内 的 职工 公 寓 设 计 。最 后 一 章 是 本 文 的 结 论 ， 是 从 需 求 的 多 样 化 ， 空 间 的 舒 适 性 、 实 用 性 以 及 管理 模 式 对 建 筑 空 间 的 影 响 等 方 面 ， 阐 述 了 作 者 对 “蓝 领 ”公 寓 建 筑 未 来 发 展 的 展望 。关 键 词 ： “蓝 领 ”公 寓 ； 居 住 行 为 ； 单 元 功 能 空 间 ； 功 能 空 间 组 合 ； 外 部 形 态西 安 建 筑 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文Building design research of “Blue Collar“ apartmentXian-to printing and packaging industry park employeesapartment for exampleSpecialty: Architecture for the masters degreeMaster: Chen Guo HuaTeacher: Zhou Wen Xia associate professorAbstractThis paper studies the main content for the industrial park of the “blue collar“apartment building design research.Along with the development of our society, and industrial pattern with new urbanpattern, the living standards of the people has improved, industry staffs life alsochanges greatly, temporary, transitional living life as a period of major life mode, asthey work and life of main carrier-“ blue collar “apartment, in the new situation shouldadapt to the development of modern society, to meet the requirements of the real life,for the“ blue collar “workers must provide more flexible, more diversified products inorder to adapt to the“ blue collar “to live comfortable sex workers and human needs, andsuitable for this kind of life style apartment buildings will be the future of a kind ofhousing pattern direction.This paper studied the industrial park “blue collar“ apartment building design.
