通风空调安装方案Heat ventilation air-conditioning installation solution1概况 Brief introduction2目的和范围 Purpose and scope:本施工技术方案叙述了通风、空调系统设备、风管等施工步骤,以示保证施工质量和工程进度,指导工程施工顺利完成。This construction technical plan describes the installation process of ventilation, air-conditioning system equipment and air duct; guarantee the construction quality and schedule.3编制依据Planning basis通风与空调工程施工及验收规范 GB502342002工业设备及管道绝热工程施工及验收规范 GBJ12689通风与空调工程质量检验评定标准GBJ30498组合式空调组 GB/T1429493GMP药品生产质量管理规范对洁净室的有关要求4施工准备 Construction preparation 41 技术准备 Technical preparation4.1.1 熟悉施工技术和相应的施工验收规范Familiar with construction technique and installation inspection standard 4.1.2 编制施工方案并进行技术交底Working out the installation plan and processing the technical intension4.2 人员配备 Personnel appointing 施工人员应具备熟练的专业技能,确保本项目的通风空调安装质量达到技术规范的要求The installation workers should have professional skill and insure the quality of ventilation air-conditioning installation to meet the standard requirements.4.3 工机具配备 Tools preparation 必须满足现场施工的需要主要是:小型卷扳机、压边机 、电动剪刀、手动拉铆枪机必须的施工工具The tools will answer site workers needs. Majority will be curling machine, flanging press,power shears,hand rivet, etc, installation tools.4.4 材料配备 Material preparation 通风与空调制作安装的使用的材料、设备,必须有出厂合格证和质量鉴定文件,对制作风管机部件的镀锌钢板材料的表面应光滑、洁净、平整、无锈蚀、无锌层剥落,镀锌层厚度不小于0.02mm,制作角钢圈的材料应等型、均匀不应有裂纹、气泡、凹凸等质量缺陷Ventilation air-conditioning installation materials and equipment should be certified and quality inspection license. The surface of the zinc-plate steel sheet of air duct unit components should be smooth, clean, flat, dirust and without zinc layer peeling off. The thin ckness of zinc-plate layer should be more than 0.02mm. The material for L bar should be at same size and equal. It should not have default such as crack, air bubble, unevenness, etc环境要求Environment requirement4.4.1 施工现场设有制作通风管道的加工车间,具备构成加工制作风管、法兰及其附件的能力 There is no processing workshop for air duct piping on the site. There is also not allowed to make air duct piping, flinch 4.4.2 车间内备有加工设备、足够的动力和堆场 There is processing equipment, enough power and storage yard inside workshop.4.4.3 暖通设备基础、风管 托架基础以及加工制作的风管必须经过验收确认合格后方可安装 In order to install the base of heat air-conditioning and air duct, all the materials needs to be inspected. 4.4.4 风管安装现场必须具备安装条件 The installation condition should be qualified on the air duct installation site.机械成形管件部件下料加工板材机械剪切风管板材划线下料5操作步骤 Operating process 中间交工填写交工记录工程结束系统调试漏风量测试安装成品检验防腐油漆法兰与风管组装组对焊接(咬接)6详细说明Detailed description61板材划线下料Panel lineation and cutting风管在划线下料前,应根据设计要求,图纸会审记录、施工验收规范等技术文件,结合现场实测的数据进行核对,以保证尺寸的准确性。Before the duct is lined and cut, we should check the site data according to requirement of designing, record of drawing checking up, construction inspection standard, etc, technical documents.62板材机械剪切Panel mechanical cutting板材机械剪切时,应精心操作,避免剪切歪料现象,剪后的板件,应做好明显标记。When the panel is under cutting, we should work carefully, be avoid askew block. We should make a remarkable sign on the done panel.63管件、部件下料加工The pipe block and parts producing631管件的加工Pipe producing 通风空调的管路系统中,采用的弯头、三通、异径管及来回弯等管件加工的使用材料规格、板材厚度及连接方法等与风管相同。因各类管件展开下料较为复杂,应认真仔细施工,不得马虎从事。管件制作对于圆形弯管的弯曲半径(以中心线计)和量少节数应符合设计规定,圆形风管的三通、四通,其夹角为1560夹角允许偏差小于3。风管法兰加工时,其内径比内管外径略大于23 mm,法兰表面应平整,以防止漏风现象。The material size of L bar, tee, reducing fitting, back and forth curved metal tube, the thickness of the panel and connection method inside ventilation air-conditioning piping system should be the same way as air duct. There is big complex when working on the pipe surplus materials, we should be very carefully, do not slack off in the construction. When we making the pipe, we should confirm the radius of the curved circle air duct with e designing requirements. The inclination between three way piece and four way piece of circle air duct is 1560 degree, error allowance should be less than 3 degree. When we producing the air duct flange, the inside diameter is bigger 23mm outside diameter. The surface of the flange should be smooth in order to prevent leaking problem.632通风部件的加工Air duct parts producing通风空调工程中的部件包括各种风口、风阀、罩类、风帽及柔性短管等部件、制作加工时,应达到以下优良标准:Air duct units part include air vent, air valve, cover, hood, flexible short tube, etc, parts. They should meet the standard.6321在打磨成型、包装、二次包装机装袋区域送风口采用可调节风量大小和出风方向的妥思VDL漩流风口,水平园管的回风口采用DGSELF格栅风口。During the process of rubbing, packing, double packing, we can use the VDL(Tuosi) air vent for adjusting the wind to entrance and exit of the pipe. For horizontal circle pipe, we can use DGSELF air vent.6322部件组装,连接应严密紧固,活动应灵活可靠,松紧适度;风口的外观光滑、美观To assemble parts, the connection should be tightening, the movement should be functional safe agility. The elasticity should be suitable, the appearance of the air vent should be smooth and artistic.6323风阀制作,阀柄与手柄方向一致,启闭方向明确,多叶阀片叶片贴合,搭接一致,轴距偏差不小于1MM。To make the air valve, the direction of the valve handle and handle should be same. The opening and closing direction should be clear. To integrate multi valve vane, the joint should be identical. Error allowance should be less than 1mm.6334罩类制作:罩口尺寸偏差每米2MM/M,连接处应牢固,无尖锐边缘。To make the cover: the error allowance of the entry should be equal or less than 2mm/m,joint should be tight without rough edge.6335风帽制作:尺寸偏差2mm/m,形状规整,旋转风帽重心应平衡。Hood producing: size error allowance should be less than 2mm/m, shape should be clear and neat, the center of rotation should be balanced.64机械成形和组对Machine forming and combination风管的成形、组对应达到以下标准:To form and combine air duct, it should reach the requirements as follows:641风管的外观,应折角平直,圆弧均匀,两端平行,无翘角,表面凹凸不大于5 mm,风管与法兰连接牢固,翻边平整,宽度不小于6 mm,紧贴法兰。The appearance of the air duct should be an angle of refraction and flat, the arc should be even, double end should be parallel without warped angle.The unevenness of the surface should not excess 5mm The joint between air duct and flange should be tight. The edge should be flat. The width should be more than 6mm, and close to the flange. 642风管法兰的孔距符合设计要求和规范规定,焊接牢固,焊缝处不得设置螺孔,螺孔具备互换性。 The distance between the air duct and flange should meet the designing requirements, welding tightly. And we cant set the screw on the welding seam. All the screws can be switched each other.643风管与配件表面不得有划伤缺陷,不锈钢风管与配件加工和堆放时应避 免与锈蚀的碳素钢构件在一起。The surface of air duct and accessories should not have any cutting default. When producing and piling up the stainless steel air duct and accessories, should separate with the rust carbon steel.65咬接 Joint本工程风管连接均采用镀锌钢板咬接,咬口缝结合应紧密,不应有半咬口或张裂现象,进直管拼接的纵向咬缝应错开,咬缝宽度应均匀。To connect the air duct in this project, the joint should use zinc-plate steel sheet. The seam should be connected tightly. Without tensional fracture., Vertical and horizontal joint should be set alternatively and width should be even either. . 66风管与法兰组装连接Air duct and flange assembling and contecting风管和法兰制作时,应充分考虑组装连接的配合,为避免与法兰的尺寸产生误差,造成风管与法兰的组困难,风管制作的尺寸应以外径或外边长为准,这样可提高风管和法兰的利用率。To assemble the air duct and flange, we should consider connecting fit. In order to void size error of the flange to make the difficulty of assembly, the size of the air duct should be based on outside radius or the length of outside. It can raise the ;rate of exploitation.67防腐油漆Painting corrosion protection根据设计要求,对风管的部件进行防腐油漆,刷漆前,应消除表面的灰尘,污垢与锈斑,并保持干燥。刷漆应使膜均匀,不得有堆积、漏涂、皱纹、气泡、掺杂等现象,支、吊架的防腐处理与风管相一致,其明装部分必须刷面漆,明装系统的最后一遍面漆,宜在安装后涂刷。According to the designing requirements, we should put painting corrosion protection on the air duct part. Before painting, we should get rid of the surface dust, dirt, rust, and need to be keeping dry. During the painting process, the film should be even, without stack, painting omission, wrinkle, bubble, etc ,such phenomenon. To deal with the corrosion protection, the bracket and hanging bracket should have the same method as air duct. We should paint the final coating in the obvious part. The last coat should be better painted after installation.68安装 Installation681支、吊架安装 Lifting bracket installation风管支、吊架安装是风管系统安装的第一道工序,支、吊架的形式和设置应根据现场支持构件的具体情况、风管的重量,截面大小,施工图纸和规范要求,本着即要保证支架的强度,防止变形支架,又要节约钢材的原则,合理选材设置。在本项目中,全螺纹螺杆的支吊架形式是不可接受的,端头的螺纹长度应减少到最低限度。The bracket and lifting bracket installation is the first working procedure. The form and setting of bracket should be based of supporting fixture on the site. The principle should be satisfied of both sustaining the strength to prevent distortion and steel saving when we select the materials and set it. In this project, full thread screw is not acceptable. The length of head point of the thread should be reducing to the minimum.对安装好的支吊架的质量要求:Quality controlling of the bracket installation.预埋件或膨胀螺栓,位置正确,牢固可靠,埋入部分不应刷油漆,并应清除油污;When we conceal built-in fitting or expansion bolt, the position should be accurate and the screw should be fastened. Dont need to paint the concealing part, but need to clean up the dirt. 悬吊风管应在适当处设置防止摆动的固定点;We should the set the fixed point to prevent shaking in proper place when hanging the air duct.支、吊、托架不得设置在风口、阀门、检查孔处,吊架不得直接吊在法兰上;The bracket, lifting bracket and base are not allowed to set in front of the vent, valve, and inspection hole. The lifting bracket is not allowed to hang on the flange.安装在支架上的圆形风管,宜设托座,托架用扁钢弯成,风管有保温层的支、吊、托架宜设在保温层外部,不得损坏保温层。The circle air duct which is installed in the bracket, is suitable to set the base. The base should be bent of flat steel sheet. The bracket of air duct with heat prevention course is suitable to install outside the course., dont be damaged. 682风管安装 Air duct installation6821风管安装前核实及部件的位置、标高,应与设计图纸相符,并检查土建预留孔洞,预埋件位置符合要求。We should confirm the position and height of any parts with the designing requirements before installation.The position of concealing hole and parts should meet the standard.6822风管的连接长度,应根据风管的壁厚、法兰与风管的连接方法、安装的结构部位和吊装方法等因素决定。为了安装方便,在可能条件下,尽量在地面上进行连接,一般可接至10-12m左右。在风管连接时不允许将可拆卸的接口处,装设在墙或楼板内。The length of the connection for the air duct, should be based on the thickness of the air duct, the connection method between flange and air duct, installed position, hanging method. For installation convenience, we should try best to connect it on the ground., and the length around 10-12m. Connecting the air duct, we can put disassemble joint inside wall or floor slab.6823风管在安装前,对安装好的支、吊、托架再进一步检查其位置是否正确,是否牢靠。然后根据预先确定的吊装方法,按照先主管,后支管的安装We should inspect the correct position and fastness of the bracket installation before the air duct is installed. Then according to the hanging method, first installed main pipe, then follow up the additional pipe.程序进行吊装。The hanging procedure: 风客安装的质量要求:Air duct installation qualificationrequirement: 水平安装的风管,水平度的允许偏差3mm/m,总偏差20mm;Horizontal piping installation, the horizontal degree error allowance should be equal and less than 3mm/m, total error allowance is equal or less than 20mm垂直安装的风管,垂直度的允许偏差2mm/m,总偏差20mm。Vertical piping installation, the vertical degree error allowance should be equal and less than 2mm/m, total error allowance is equal or less than 20mm6824在本项目的施工过程中,风管安装距离墙体的距离应不小于150mm,以保证生产车间内的清洁和便于清扫In this construction process, the distance between air duct and wall should be more than 150mm in order to keep the clean in the workshop. Moreover, its easy to clean up.6825对于尺寸小于450mm的风管,其可拆卸部分应采用快速卡扣或 螺纹连接The size of the air duct which is less than 450mm, the disassemble parts could use fast card or screw thread6826本工程项目的风管施工不采用吸音忖里We dont use sound insulating layer683部件安装 Accessories assembling 6831阀门的制作应牢固,调节和制动装置应准确、灵活、可靠,并标明阀门启闭方向。Valve producing should be tight. Adjusting and automatic device should be flexible, quality insured and mark down the direction of valve opening and closing.6832风口安装,应注意风口与所在房间内线条的协调一致。风口与总管的连接应牢固可靠。To install the air vent, we should pay attention to the harmony of the vent and room, be sure on the straight line. 684设备的安装Equipment installation: 通风空调主要设备有空调机组、通风机、排风机组等,设备的安装根据设计图纸,按照安装顺序进行,并应符合质量要求。 设备安装前,开箱检验设备完好情况,并验收设备基础,应符合施工图纸和规范要求。6841组合式空调机组的安装:各功能段的组装,应符合设计规定的顺序和要求。 机组应清理干净,箱体内应无杂物。 机组应放置在平整的基础上,基础应高于机房地平面。 组合式空调机组各功能段之间的连接应严密,整体应平直。 检查门开启应灵活,水路应畅通。6842空气处理室的安装:金属空气处理室壁板及各段的组装,应平整牢固,连接严密,位置正确。 喷水段不得渗水,检查门不得漏水,冷凝水的引流管或槽应畅通,冷凝水不得外溢。 预埋在砖、混凝土空气处理室构体内的供、回水短管应焊防渗肋板,管端应配置法兰或螺纹,距处理室墙面应为100150 mm。 表面换热器的散热面应保持清洁、完好,用于冷却空气时,在下部应设排水装置。表面换热器应具有合格证明,外观检查无损伤,无特殊要求时,安装前可不做水压试验。但安装后应做水压试验,试验压力等于系统工作压力的1.5倍,且不得小于0.4Mpa,观测时间为3分钟,压力不得下降。 水压试验后换热器与围护结构间的缝隙,以及换热器之间的缝隙,应用耐热材料堵严。6843现场组装的空调机组,应做漏风量测试,空调 机组静压应为700 Mpa,漏风率不应大于3%,用于空气净化系统的机组静压就为1000Pa,当室内洁净度低于10000级时,漏风率不应大于2%,洁净度高于或等于10000级时,漏风率不应大于1%。6844对于通风机,排风机组等其它通风空调、设备的安装,从设备的搬运、 开箱、吊装、组装安装都应按设计要求和规定施工,并符合技术文件和规范要求。设备与风管连接处应严密、牢固。69漏风量测试 通风、空调系统的设备、风管安装完成后,应进行漏风量的测试。正压或负压系统风管与设备的漏风量测试分正压和负压两类,通常可彩正压条件下的测试来检验。 系统漏风量测试可以整体或分段进行,测试时,被测系统的所有开口均应封闭,不得漏风。 被测系统的漏风量超过标准时,应查出漏风部位(用听、摸、看或烟),做好标记。修补完工后,从新测试直到合格。 漏风量测定值通常应为规定压力值下的实测数值,特殊条件下,不同工作压力下的漏风可按下式换算:Q=Qo(P/Po)0.65式中: Po规定试验压力,500Pa; Qo规定试验压力下漏风量(m3/h.m2); P风管工作压力(Pa); Q工作压力下的漏风量(m3/h.m2)。610单机调试 安装结束应对设备进行单机调试,评定其启动运行是否正常,然后分别对其转速、余压、振动、噪声、电流进行测试,并调整其总风量,以满足设计要求。A 在额定电压下启动,稳定运转5 mim,停止运转 ,重复三次无异常现象;B 风量实测不低于额定值的95%;C 机组噪声,机组额定风量20005000 m3/h,机组噪声声压级不超过65dB(A);机组额定风量1500025000 m3/h,机组噪声压级不超过80dB(A);机组额定风量3000060000 m3/h,机组噪声声压级不超过85dB(A);D 机组振动,风机转速大于800r/min,其振动速度不大于4mm/s;E 各风口风机量实测值与设计值允差15%。611空调系统调试 空调系统能否象设计预计的那样达到使用单位的要求是调试的主要目的之故在空调系统建成后,要由设计、施工和使用单位联合组成一个调试班子,对空调系统进行全面的测定高速和试庋转,这是一项非常重要而又繁杂的工作,它包括:空调系统各环节以及电气线路检查、风机性能测定系统风量的测定调整、空调箱性能测定和调整,自动控制系统各环节的测定调整,消声性能的测定以及内空气参数测定和高速等等,要达到的目的是使各环节的风量、风压、温度、冷热量指标以及自动控制系统的调节性能符合设计和使用要求。6111系统和风机风量的测定调整6112风机风量、风压的测定调整 风机风量、风压的测定,一般用毕托管微压计测定,风速小的系统可用热球风速仪测定风速,测定时,把所有的风量调节阀全部打开,把三通调节阀调到中间位置,分类测量然后平均。通风机的风量为出入口的所得风量的平均值,一般空调
