文档简介

yes, yes, yes, its a new day, its a different day, and its a bright day! and most importantly, it is a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented level!in your minds eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire to reach.you can hear your laughters of joy and happineon the day when everything happens as you dream.you can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. you can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being!smilingi think smiling is as important as sunshine. smiling is like sunshine because it can make people happy and have a good day. if you aren?t happy, you can smile, and then you will feel happy. someone may say, but i don?t feel happy. then i would say, please smile as you do when you are happy or play with your friends happily. you will really be happy again.smiling can let you have more friends.so i say, smiling is like a flower. it will give you happiness. how to get happiness there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. without it, life will be empty and meaningless. if you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points. first, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life. secondly, happiness consists in contentment. a man who is dissatisfied with hispresent condition is always in distress. industry (diligence) it is a matter of course that industry will bring us success, wealth and good luck. i am sure that a hard-working person can always succeed in the work which he wants to do. this is unchangeable truth. idleness is the opposite of industry. it is the source of all evil. an idle man only enjoys playing and making pleasures. that he is doomed to failure is of no doubt. we should not follow his example. whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human beings heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living. in the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long are you young. 6016friendsa true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart.theres always going to be people that hurt you, so what you have to do is keep on trusting and just be more careful about who you trust next time around.make yourself a better person and know who you are before you try and know someone else and expectthem to know you.remember: whatever happens, happens for a reason.how many people actually have 8 true friends? hardly anyone i know. but some of us have all right friends and good friends.love your lifehey david thoreau/.however mean your life is, meet it and live it; do not shun it and call it hard names. it is not so bad as you are. it looks poorest when you are richest. the faultfinder will find faults in paradise. love your life, poor as it is. you may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorious hours, even in a poorhouse. the setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as brightly as from the rich mans abode; the snow melts before its door as early in the spring. i do not see but a quiet mind may live ascontentedly there, and have as cheering thoughts, as in a palace. the towns poor seem to me often to live the most independent lives of any. may be they are simply great enough to receive withoutmisgiving. most think that they are above being supported by the town; but it often happens that they are not above supporting themselves by dishonest means. which should be more disreputable. cultivate poverty like a garden herb, like sage. do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends, turn the old, return to them. things do not change; we change. sell your clothes and keep your thoughts.love your lifehowever mean your life is,meet it and love it ;do not call it hard names.it is not so bad as you are.it looks poorest when you are richest.love yourlife, poor as it is.you may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling, glorioushours, even in a poor-house.the setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as brightly as from the rich mans abode;the snow meltsbefore its door as early in the spring.i do not see but a quiet mind may live as contentedly there, and have as cheering thoughts,as in a palace.most thinkthat they are above being supported by the town;but it often happens that they are not above supporting themselves by dishonest means.do not troubleyourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends, turn the old, return to them.things do not change;we change.sell your clothes and keep your thoughts. the life i desired./william somerset maughamthat must be the story of innumerable couples, and the pattern of life of life it offers has ahomely grace. it reminds you of a placid rivulet, meandering smoothly through green pasturesand shaded by pleasant trees, till at last it falls into the vastly sea; but the sea is so calm, sosilent, so indifferent, that you are troubled suddenly by a vague uneasiness. perhaps it is onlyby a kink in my nature, strong in me even in those days, that i felt in such an existence, theshare of the great majority, something amiss. i recognized its social value. i saw its orderedhappiness, but a fever in my blood asked for a wilder course. there seemed to me somethingalarming in such easy delights. in my heart was desire to live more dangerously. i was notunprepared for jagged rocks and treacherous, shoals it i could only have change-change andthe excitement of unforeseen.just a little bit more()lots of people lose hope at the so-called 11th hour1. in sports terms, we say that they loselife, but the truth is they can.,the 11th hour is the point when most people feel the pain. it is an important moment thatand succeed. those who dont put in extra effort leave the race with nothing. all they need towin the race is a little extra effort at that last point. this is the difference between winners andlosers.i know you have the ability to be a champion. the race will not be easy, but it can be won. youneed to put in extra effort when trying to achieve your goal. just do a little bit more. this iswhat will separate you from others who seek to be where you are. when you want to give upor slow down because you feel tired, try to keep on going until you reach the finishing line. youcan do it because you still have strength within you.,its a new dayyes, its a new day, its a different day, and its a bright day! in your mind, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the places you intend to go, the relationships1 yo
