In addition, fixture of high efficiency provides essential condition of mass production.2. 不断提高自己的技术水平，做到图面清晰，设计完美。追求夹具上拉零问题，让生产部门对所设计的夹具 用的放心。跟进设计的夹具，根据生产过程中的实际情况，不断完善夹具设计与制作。 Improve my technical level in order to make perfect design with legible drawing. Make sure no defect would be found when putting into use. Follow up with fixtures designed by myself, and improve the fixture design and manufacture according to the situation in production.2 与同事之间保持友好、信任合作关系，和上级保持良好的沟通。Get on well with colleagues and keep trustable cooperation relationship with each other. Indicate end results not duties or activities.描述这个岗位的关键职责,主要描述结果而不是行为 负责新产品的夹具设计In charge of fixture design for new fixtures. 拉线夹具改善Improve fixtures used in production lines. 设备/夹具自动化改善Make improvement of automated devices/fixtures. 负责夹具制作的技术指导与验证。Responsible for technical guidance and confirmation of fixture design. 负责安排夹具设计与制作计划,分配夹具设计与制作工作。Arrange and implement plans for fixture design and manufacture. 负责外发加工夹具图纸的审核与请购。In charge of reviewing and purchasement applying for fixture drawing which needs to be processed by external supplier. 接受部门经理其它部门经理对所需夹具设计与制作的一切工作。Accept all work required by ME manager and other managers about fixture design and manufacture. 负责工具刀具辅料的请购 、登记 、 保管、 发放与回收。Responsible for purchasement, registration, storage, issuance and recycling for tools, knives, auxiliary materials. 负责周报 月报的制作,技术员加班的管理,工作记录的管理.Prepare for weekly and monthly reports, manage overtime working of technician, and control working records. 负责夹具申请制作单夹具维修单的登记确认保存.In charge of registration, verification and storage of and . 负责对夹具技术的技能培训和安全培训。Providing technical and safety training of fixture. 负责工作场所的5S管理与维持。5S management and maintenance in workplace.3.
