(J型温度线)4.7 Sicomet99 & Parsec Activator.( UL胶水和催化剂)5.0 General Instructions/说明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100). 测试可在1040(50100)之内的环境温度下进行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外标注,否则所有样机都将连接在120V/60Hz电源下进行测试.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Calibration stickers with last calibration and calibration due date must be affixed to each instrument. 使用的所有设备都必须以一年为周期进行调校.载有最后调校日期和调校周期的调校粘纸必须被粘固在该仪表上.5.4 The sample is started from the chamber temperature under all test conditions. 所有测试中样机必须从室温状态起动.5.5 If the sample has “High” and “Low” speeds, the temperatures under two speeds are all measured. 如果样板有“高”“低”两种可调马达转速,须在两种转速下分别测试。5.6 If the overload protective device is not recognized as described in UL1017.20.5.5, short-circuit it out. 如果样机装有的超载保护装置诸如马达保护器,温控器未经UL1017.20.5.5所述认证,将其短接掉.6.0 Procedure/步骤:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested. 准备一台有代表性的样机用于测试.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1010 and completely fill in the information describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test. 用TTR1010测试结果的表格, 在测试前完整地填入样板和使用的设备的情况.6.3 Thermocouple wire is affixed to the motor enclosure: top, bottom and two sides total of four points as described in TAREGW1003. Prior to testing and after testing, the sample is connected to a 120 V, 60 Hz source of supply and operated with no load until well heated when the input to the sample is noted. 按TAREGW1003温度点接好马达胶壳上,下和两侧四个点. 测试前和测试后分别记下在120V/60Hz空载热稳定后样板的电流和功率.6.4 Adjust the test voltage to 127V. 调节测试电压为127V.6.5 Choose applicable test conditions to test the sample per the method noted in TAREGW1003. 测试方法按TAREGW1003正常温升测试进行, 不过只选取其最严酷测试状况.6.6 Adjust the test voltage to 104V, repeat 6.5. 调节测试电压为104V,重复步骤6.5.6.7 As a result of this test, there is no ignition of the thermoplastic enclosure materials. There is no warping or cracking of the thermoplastic enclosure to expose uninsulated current carrying parts, internal wiring or moving parts. 检查样机马达热塑性胶壳是否起火, 变形, 破裂以致曝露未绝缘带电零件, 内部导线和移动部件。 7.0 Results/结果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1010 to report all numerical results as the information described below. 使用TTR1010测试结果的表格, 除报告所有数字结果外, 还有下列描述的数据.7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are part of this evaluation.
