真空吸尘器非正常运行的泄漏电流测试修订日期修订单号修订内容摘要页次版次修订审核批准2011/03/30/系统文件新制定2A/0/批准:审核:编制:真空吸尘器非正常运行的泄漏电流测试1.0 Purpose / 目的To evaluate if the sample under abnormal operation conditions can comply with the safety requirements about leakage current in UL1017评估样机在非正常运行状况下的泄漏电流是否符合U L1017的泄漏电流要求.2.0 Definition/概念:2.1 Leakage current limits(泄漏电流限制): Not more than 5.0 MIU for an ungrounded, 2-wire, portable sample; 对不接地的2线制便携式器具,不超过5 MIU Not more than 5.0 MIU for a grounded, 3-wire, portable sample对接地3线制便携式器具,不超过5 MIU.2.2 Clear airflow -The air through the filter into motor wanes. 干净进气 - 进气经过Filter后, 再经过 motor风叶, 此类吸尘器为干净进气.2.3 Dirty airflow - the air directly into motor vanes then through the filter. 脏的进气 - 进气直接经过 motor风叶 (或者水经过马达风叶)后再经过 Filter, 此类吸尘器为脏的进气2.4 Leakage current - All currents measured between the (dead-metal parts)/(metal foil with an area of 10 by 20 cm in contact with the thermoplastic surfaces of the sample) and the grounded side of the supply source. (变频电源)4.2 Leakage current tester(泄漏测试仪)4.3 Stop watch(秒表)4.4 Leakage test switching box (made per the circuit shown in Figure 2) 泄漏测试盒(按图2原理制作)5.0 General Instructions/说明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100).测试可在10-40(50-100)之内的环境温度下进行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外注明, 否则所有样机都将连接在120V/60Hz电源下进行测试.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Calibration stickers with last calibration and calibration due date must be affixed to each instrument. 使用的所有设备都必须以一年的基准进行调校, 其调校日期和调校周期必须用黏纸黏固在每一个仪表上. 5.4 The leakage current is to be measured between the (dead-metal parts)/(metal foil with an area of 10 by 20 cm in contact with the thermoplastic surfaces of the sample) and the grounded side of the supply source, and the control switch of the sample in “ON” position. 泄漏电流将在不带电金属零部件/马达壳表面和地线之间测量, 在整个过程中, 样机之开关应保持在 “ON”位.连线及测试电气原理见图1&2.5.5 Before the test, leakage test switching boxs all switches must be in “OFF” position. 测试前,检查测试盒的所有开关应是在OFF檔. 5.6 For this test, the sample must be isolated from the ground. 本测试,样机必须于地板绝缘.6.0 Procedure/步骤:6.1 Obtain relevant number of samples of the appliance to be tested. 依据样机适用条件准备有代表性的样机数量来进行测试.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1006 and completely fill in the information describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test. 用TTR1006测试结果的表格, 在测试操作前完整地填入样机和使用的设备的情况.6.3 Abnormal condition 1: Blocked inlet. 非正常运行状况1:堵进气口.6.3.1 Prepare one sample by sealing its inlet completely without impeding the operation of brush. 准备1台样机堵住其进气口,确保不要影响毛刷转动.6.3.2 Perform 6.3-6.8 described in TAREGW1004, but the test duration is 1 minute and toggle the SW2 every 5 seconds, then record the maximum leakage current. 重复TAREGW1004中的步骤6.3-6.8, 但在6.7中样机只运行1分钟,每5秒上下拔动SW2 ( 开关开 ),记录下观测到的最大值.6.4 Abnormal condition 2: Locked the agitator. (Applicable to samples with rotating brush) 非正常运行状况2:锁转动毛刷(适用于带有转动毛刷的样机)6.4.1 Prepare three samples by locking the agitators in place.准备3台样机锁住其毛刷.6.4.2 Perform 6.3-6.8 described in TAREGW1004, but the test duration is 30 seconds and toggle the SW2 every 5 seconds, then record the maximum leakage current. 重复TAREGW1004中6.3-6.8,但在6.7中样机只运行30秒,每5秒上下拔动SW2 ( 开关开 ),记录下观测到的最大值.6.5 Abnormal condition 3: Locked the dirty-air-fan.(applicable to samples with dirty-air-fan system) 非正常运行状况3:锁马达(适用于采用脏空气式马达的样机)6.5.1 Prepare three samples by locking the dirty-air-fan in place. 准备3台样机锁住其风叶.6.5.2 Perform 6.3-6.8 described in TAREGW1004, but the test duration is 30 seconds and toggle the SW2 every 5 seconds, then record the maximum leakage current. 重复TAREGW1004中6.3-6.8,但在6.7中样机只运行30秒,每5秒上下拔动SW2 ( 开关开 ),记录下观测到的最大值.7.0 Results/结果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1006 to report all numerical results as the information described below. 使用TTR1006测试结果的表格, 除报告所有数字结果外, 还有下列描述的数据.7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are part of this evaluation.
