Partial supervision mode (PS) and cab signal mode (CS) are only applied to CTCS-2. 1.1.1 完全监控模式( FS) Full Supervision Mode (FS) 当车载设备具备列控所需的全部基本数据 (包括列车数据、行车许可和线路数据) 时,列控车载设备生成目标距离 连续速度控制 模式曲线,并能通过 DMI显示列车运行速度、允 许速度、目标速度和目标距离等,监控列车安全运行。 When all the basic data required by train control are available for the onboard equipment(including train data,MA and track data), the onboard equipment will generate a target distance continuous speed control profile; Meanwhile its able to supervise the safety of train operation by displaying the train speed, the permitted speed, the target speed and the target distance on DMI. 1.1.2 部分监控模式( PS) Partial Supervision Mode (PS) 该模式仅用于 CTCS-2级控车。 在 CTCS-2级 ,当车载设备 接收到轨道电路允许行车信息,线路数据缺损时,列控车载设备产生一定范 围内的固定限制速度,监控列车运行。 This mode is only applied to CTCS-2. When it operates in CTCS-2 and onboard equipment is CTCS-3 级列控系统运营需求 - 6 - able to receive the information of train operation permission from track circuit, but there is a lack of line data from the balises, then the onboard equipment will supervise the safety of train operation by generating a fixed speed restriction within a certain scope. 1.1.3 调车模式 (SH) Shunting Mode (SH) 进行调车作业时,司机按压调车按钮, 列控 车载设备 按固定限制速度 40km/h(顶棚),监控列车前进 或 折返运行。 When the shunting operation is implemented, the driver will press the shunting button, and the onboard equipment will supervise forward and backward train movements according to the fixed speed restriction of 40km/h (ceiling speed). 当工作在 CTCS-3级下, 经 RBC同意,列控车载设备 转入调车模式后与 RBC断开连接,退出调车模式后重新 与 RBC进行连接。 When in CTCS-3, after shunting mode is turned to with the permission of RBC, the train control onboard equipment will close the communication session with RBC, and it will attempt to connect with RBC again after exiting the shunting mode. 1.1.4 引导模式 (OS) On-sightMode (OS) 引导信号 开放或出站信号开放且列车前端距离出站信号机较远(大于 250米)发车时,列控 车载设备生成目标距离 连续 速度 控制模式 曲线,并通过 DMI显示列车运行速度 、 当司机请求时也显示 允许速度 、目标速度和目标距离等,车载设备按固定限制速度 40km/h监控列车运行,司机负责在列车运行时检查轨道占用情况。 When the calling-on signal or starting signal is cleared and the train departs with its train rather far away (more than 250m) from the starting signal,the tain control onboard equipment will generate a target distance continuous speed control profile and display the train speed, and on request from the driver also the permitted speed,target speed and target distance, etc. on DMI. The onboard equipment will supervise the train operation according to fixed speed restriction of 40km/h. The driver is responsible for checking the track occupancy during train operation. 1.1.5 目视行车模式 (OS) Staff Responsible Mode(OS) 地面设备故障、 列控车载设备显示禁止信号 且 列车停车后需继续运行时,根据行车管理CTCS-3 级列控系统运营需求 - 7 - 办法,经司机操作,列控车载设备按固定限制速度 40km/h监控列车运行 , 列车 每 运行 一定距离( 300米)或一定时间( 60秒 )司机需确认一次 。 If wayside equipment fails,the onboard equipment displays forbidden signal and the train needs to be operated again after it stops, according to Administration Measures on Train Operation,the onboard equipment will supervise the train operation with a fixed speed restriction of 40km/h with operation by the driver. The driver needs to acknowledge it once the train runs a certain distance (300m) or a certain time (60s). 1.1.6 待机模式 (SB) Standby Mode (SB) 列控车载设备被上电 后 ,执行自检和 外部 设备测试正确后自动处于待机模式, 车载 设备禁止 列车移动。 After the onboard equipment is powered, it will be in standby mode automatically after self-inspection is executed and the system equipment is tested as normal, meanwhile the onboard equipment will not allow the train to move. 当司机开启驾驶台时,列控车载设备中 DMI投入正常工作。 After a driver opens the driving console, the DMI of the onboard equipment will be switched to normal operating status. 1.1.7 隔离模式 (IS) Isolation Mode (IS) 列控车载设备停用时,需在停车情况下,经操作隔离列控车载设备的制 动功能。在该模式下,车载设备不 具备 安全监控功能。列控车载设备应能够监测隔离开关状态。 When the train control onboard equipment is out of use, the braking function of the onboard equipment is isolated by the operations with the standstill of the train. Under this mode, the onboard equipment is not provided with safety supervision function. The onboard equipment shall be able to monitor the status of isolation switch. 1.1.8 机车信号模式( CS) Cab Signal Mode (CS) 该 模式 仅用于 CTCS-2级 控车 。 列车运行到地面 设备配置未装备 CTCS-3/CTCS-2列控系统的区段,根据行车管理办法(含调度命令),经司机操作后,列控车载设备 按 固定限制速度CTCS-3 级列控系统运营需求 - 8 - 80km/h监控列车运行 ,并显 示机车信号 。 Cab signal mode is provided in CTCS-2. When the train moves to the sections where the wayside equipment is without CTCS-3/CTCS-2 train control system, according to Administration Measures on Train Operation(including dispatching order),the onboard equipment will supervise the train operation with a fixed speed restriction of 80km/h with operation by the driver and display the cab signal. 列车越过禁止信号时触发紧急制动。 When the train passes the forbidden signal, the emergency brake will be triggered. 1.1.9 休眠模式( SL) Sleeping Mode (SL) 该模式用于 非本务端 列控 车载设备 。在该模式下,列控 车载设备 仍 执行列车定位、测速测距、 记录 级间转换 及 RBC切换信息 等功能。 Sleeping mode is applied to the train control onboard equipment in the inactive cab.In this mode, the onboard equipment can still implements the functions such as train positioning, speed & distance measurement and recording information of level transition and RBC transition. 立折升为本务端后,车载设备可自动进入正常工作状态。 After the train performs the return operation, this inactive cab will become active cab, and then the onboard equipment will enter normal operation status automatically. CTCS-3 级列控系统运营需求 - 15 - 2 主要运营场景 Main operation Scenario 运营场景是对运营中系统工作方式的简要描述。 The operation scenario is the brief description for the operating ways for the system in the operation. CTCS-3级列控系统主要运营场景包括注册与启动、注销、进出动 车段、级间转换、行车许可、 RBC切换、自动过分相、重联与摘解、临时限速、降级情况、灾害防护、调车作业、人工解锁进路、特殊进路共十四个主要场景文件。 The main operation scenarios for train control system in CTCS-3 include 14 main scenario documents, such as registration and start-up, logout, into/out EMU section, level transition, movement authority, RBC switching-over, passing a powerless section automatically, joining and splitting, TSR, degraded operation, disaster protection, shunting operation, manual route release and specific route. 2.1 注册与启动 Registration and Start-up 注册与启动 描述 停在 车站股道或线路上的列车,从 车载设备 上电 、 司机开启驾驶台 、 具备发车条件 至列车启动时 信号系统的工作过程。 Registration and start-up describes the working process of the signal system for a train standing in a track in a station or in an open-line from train power-on driver opening desk and the condition ready for train departure until the train is started. 2.1.1 设备上电 Equipment Powered 动车组机械师或司机闭合动车组为车载设备 (含非本务端) 提供电源的供电开关,车载设备将进入待机状态并开始自检。 完成自检后,列控车载设备自动进入待机模式( SB) 。 A machinist or a driver of EMU closes the switch of power supply provided by EMU for the onboard equipment (including the inactive cab), and the onboard equipment will be in standby mode and initiate self-test. After the self-test, the train control onboard equipment will enter standby mode automatically 当车载设备上电,但没有打开驾驶台时,车载设备处于待机或休眠模式,此时均由 E2CTCS-3 级列控系统运营需求 - 16 - 单元控制 ATP 系统 。 When the onboard equipment is powered but the desk is not open, the onboard equipment is in standby mode or sleeping mode. Under these conditions C3 module controls the ATP system. 2.1.2 列车唤醒 Train Activated 司机开启关闭的驾驶台,处于待机状态的列控车载设备将被唤醒,其操作过程如下: After a driver opens the desk, the onboard equipment in standby mode will be activated and the operation procedures are as follows: 1) 司机开启驾驶台, 列控车载设备的 DMI开始投入正常工作。 A driver opens the desk, the DMI of the train control onboard equipment will switched to normal operating status. 2) 列控车载设备提示司机进行制动功能测试,司机按压测试按钮,车载设备触发制动,动车组给出反馈信息 。 ATP 确认正常则继续 操作 。如果最后一次制动试验是在最近的 36 小时之内完成的,则司机可以拒绝 制动检查请 求。 When the driver opens the desk and normal operation is started, the onboard equipment will give the driver a prompt to test the brake function. After the driver presses the testing button, the onboard equipment will trigger the brake and EMU will send response information. ATP will confirm that it is correct and operations will be continued. If the last brake test is completed in the recent 36h, the driver can reject request for brake test. 3) DMI显示要求司机输入其 ID号码,司机通过 DIM输入其 ID号码, DMI验证 ID号码是有效后,启动将会进入下一操作。 The driver inputs his ID number based on the prompt of the DMI.
