Byintellectualizedon-linestudyandmanagementsystemapplication1networkeducationadministrationsystemapplicationpresentsituationAccordingtoourcountryMinistryofEducationdatastatistics,to2003,ourcountryhadthenearly3tenthousandschoolstoestablishthecampusnet,increasednearly10timestwoyearsago,but,thestatisticaldataalsoindicatedthat90%campusnetworkoccupiedonekindnotyetputtofullusethecondition,theinformationtechnologyeducationtoapplyfarhasnotachievedtheanticipatedtarget.Atpresentourcountryeducationadministrationsystemapplicationpresentsituationunsatisfactoryreasonaremany,speakingofthenetworkeducationadministrationsystemspecificationaspect,itssubjectmatterhasthefollowingseveralspots.1.1lacksthecompletenetworkeducationadministrationsystemspecificationBecauselacksasetofcompletenetworkeducationadministrationsystemstandard,thereforethesystemstandard,incomplete,mutuallyisincompatible,carriesonthesystemexchangewithdifficulty.Alongwiththenationwidenetworkeducationadministrationsystemsgradualestablishment,themassiveinformationsvalueandthefunctionobtainwithdifficultymanifestanddisplay,someevenbecomeinformationtrash.1.2softwaredesignsarenotstandardThesoftwareisanetworkeducationadministrationsystemworkimportantcomponent,becauselacksasetofperfectsoftwaredesignstandard,alllevelsofeducationadministrationdepartmentandschooldevelopsorthesoftwarewhichpurchasesfromthesoftwarecompany,theexistencemanydesignnotstandards,thecompatiblebadquestion.2networkeducationadministrationsystemsystemdesignNationscienceofeducationkeytopicInInformationizationAdvancementEducationaltechniqueDevelopmentResearchsub-topicModernDistancelearningHightechCharacteristicAndIntellectualizedTendencyinitiatingaprojecthasprovidedthedevelopmentnetworkeducationadministrationsystemsrareopportunityandthecomprehensivestrengthcondition.Networkteachingmanagementsystemsresearchimplementation,notonlymayraisetheschoolsystemsmanagementlevel,moreovercanreducethenetworkeducationcostgreatly,isthecountrymakesthemacroscopicplanandthemacro-scientificpolicy-makinginthepersonneltrainingaspectprovidesthesupport2.1designmentality1)Inthenetworkteachingmanagementsystemconsideredthatthenetworkuniversityseachkindofconcreteinternalteachingeducationaladministrationmanagement,theextractiongeneralcharacter,realizehavethestrongrepresentativeadministrationmodule;2)Atthesametimemustconsiderthesenetworkuniversitycomposeseachkindofcrosswiseunifiedbody-universitydynamicalliancecooperationandcooperationrelationsdesign;3)Simultaneouslyprovidesthevisitconnection,sothatthelaterhigherauthorityEducationadministrativedepartmentcanvisittheseconnectionsthroughthehigherauthoritymanagementtool,thusobtainsthesubordinatenetworkeducationalinstitutionpromptlyeffectivelyfastthroughthelongitudinalchanneltherelatedinformation,carriesonthesurveillanceandthecorrectdirectiveinstructionpromptly.2.2technicalsolutionsThenetworkeducationadministrationsystemisreferstotakethenetworkasthemainmedium,usesinsupportingtheteacherteachingandthestudentstudies,canfortheteacher,thestudentprovidetheinformation,thetoolandtheservicesystem,itconstitutesbythesoftwaresystemandthehardwaresystem.Thenetworkeducationadministrationsystembesideshasinthecommoncomputernetworksbasicfunctionlikesharednetworksoftwarehardwarefunction,theemailservice,thefiletransferserviceandsoon,butshouldalsohaveinteractive,theinstantaneity,openness,characteristicsandsoonresourcesharing,aswellascanprovidethericheducationalresources,tocarryonfunctionsautomaticallyandsooneducationinformationmanagement.3networkeducationadministrationsystemsfunctionandarchitecture3.1networkeducationadministrationfunctionNetworkenvironmentsteachingwithstudyisoneinvolveseachkindofpersontoparticipation,bothhascertaintimespan,andtohavestrongly“real-time”therequestdynamicprocess.Teachingbothsidesmaybeinthedifferentplaceinthisactivity.Isoneusesintheteachingmanagementbasedonthenetworkteachingmanagementsystemthesoftwaresystem,itsmanagementobjectisthenetworkteachingactivityentireprocessandallrelatedessentialfactor,ittakesthecommunicationbythenetworktheinfrastructure,providestheservicethroughthenetworktoeachkindofuser.Maysummarizebasedonthenetworkeducationadministrationsystemsfunctionfortheresponse,themonitoring,thedirection,theappraisal.Anetworkeducationadministrationsystem(Net-BasicEducationManagementSystem,NBEMS)hasthefollowingmanagementfunction,thenetworkeducationadministrationsystemalsohasisdifferentwiththetraditionaleducationmanagementcharacteristic:Interactive,personalizationandcontrollability.3.2networkeducationadministrationarchitectureThenetworkeducationadministrationsystemfacestheuserhas6statuses:Theteacher,thestudent,theteachingmanagementpersonnel,theteachingassistant,thesystemadministrationattendantsaswellasotherpersonnel,liketheexteriorbrowsing,havenotchosentheclassstudentandsoon.Lookingfromaservicesystemsangle,itsmajorfunctionacceptstheuserservicerequest,providesthecorrespondingservice;Lookingfromainformationmanagementsystemsangle,itsupportsthenetworkteachingactivityandthemanagemententireprocessinformationacquisition,thereceive,thememory,themanagement,thetransmissionandthedataanalysis.Thenetworkeducationadministrationsystemarchitectureusestheclient/serverpatterngenerally(C/S)orthebrowser/server(B/S)thepattern.Atthesametime,systemsclientsidemanyarethethinclient,likethisisadvantageousinreducesthenetworkload,raisesthetransmissionspeed.Thenetworkeducationadministrationfunctionsexecutionmajorityiscompletes(thiskindofpatternonthenetworkeducationcenterservertoneednetworkdatabanktechnologysupport,likeADO,JSPandsoon).Therefore,thenetworkeducationcenterserveristhenetworkeducationalsystemscore,itall-weathermonitorstheclientsiderequest,providesthepromptserviceforthesystemuser,themanagementanddistributionsystemssoftwareandhardwareresources,thecontrolandthecoordinatedon-linestudycarriesonsmoothly,promoteseachlearnertodecidethestudygoalrealization,simultaneouslyalsopromotessystemeducationalgoalrealization.论智能化的网上学习及管理系统应用1网络教育管理系统应用的现状据我国教育部数据统计,到2003年,我国有近3万学校建立了校园网,比两年前增加了近10倍,但是,统计
