1、团队合作的真正意义是什么?在许多求职面试中,最普遍的问题就是应试者是否是善于合作的人,通常 面试者都会回答“是”,除非这个应试者非常愚蠢或者特别诚实又或者不需要这 份工作,但是一个善于团队合作的人真正意味着什么呢?最基本的,有团队合作精神的人就是能与其他人一起工作,而且这个群体 的人数要大于一个,哪怕仅仅只有两个人,他们也可以称为团队,因此在任何 求职中,那些潜在的雇员是否具有具有团队精神,至关重要。从更深一层说,有团队合作精神的人就是可以在团队中可以扮演一定的角 色,帮助目标的制定和完成同时也能得到团队的认可。合作团队最简单的类比 可以说是体育团队。足球队有两个主要目标,一个是进球得分,另一

2、个是阻止 对方得分。足球队中每队各有11个人,后备的人数也是一样多。同时在幕后也 有其他非常重要的人员,如教练,医护人员等团队中的每一个人都有明确的角色,如队长,守门员,前锋,中场防守队 员,团队中每一个人对团队的成功都至关重要。如果有一个人掉队,这个团队 就是不完整的,如果这些成员不能尽他们最大的努力,这个团队也是不完整的。队长在战略,积极性和精神上给予团队指挥,但是他仍然是团队的一份子, 自我主义在团队中没有立足之地,例如一个球员想进球得分自己变成英雄,他 就会只顾自己进球得分而不是让其他人得分或者帮助别人创造机会得分。企业 界也是如此,每一个公司都有明确的目标,通常情况下,并不像足球比赛

3、中那 么分工明确,每一个员工的工作就是保证这些目标的实现,考虑到达成这些目 标,企业团队中的每一个人都应该有明确的角色和责任。每个公司只有一个首领,而且对团队的领导和管理负有责任,领导除了要 和团队不断的交流全面的业务发展战略,同时也要给团队激励和鼓励。领导要 有要有领导者的忠诚,如果这个团队不忠诚或者对领导不尊重,团队的成员就 不会按领导说的去做,那么公司的目标也很难达成。团队的每一次行动,公司的每一个目标,或者是业务战略都是至关重要的, 团队的成功完全依靠每一位成员能否完成自己的角色任务和责任,能否与领导 的指挥保持一致。企业文化中有一致性,对那些没有共同目标的人这里并没有他们的容身之地作

4、为团队的一名成员并不是意味着你不能有自己的主见,或者总要和其他 成员观点保持一致,也不是说你要随波逐流。有时当你的观点和公司,领导甚 至团队的其他成员都不同时,也许值得一试。如果你的观点有充分的依据而且 你也非常肯定,你应该和团队的其他成员分享,你的观点或许会对公司目标的 实现有所帮助,也或许没有。如果公司的领导是一个称职的领导,他或她会看 到它的优点而不会让自负蒙蔽双眼。然而,即使团队并不认可你的观点,也不 要觉得是人身攻击。他们也许认为这个观点不合适,并不是针对你个人,不要把它看成别人对 你的拒绝。一个好的领导会和团队成员交流这些,如果他没有,而是断然拒绝 你,也不要灰心。如果其他人发现你

5、不适合团队,你应该第一个知道,如果你 的领导或者伙伴看到你能很成熟的处理别人对你的反对意见,那只能对你有好 处。不要害怕表达新的观点,即使它看起来很疯狂,团队中的每一个人都应该 有自由表达的权利而且不用担心被拒绝,通常如果一个观点不被采纳,人们就 会把它当成个人的拒绝,不要这样,接受它继续前进,工作总是要做的。在这样一种团队中的每一个人都有团队精神的环境中工作,那种快乐是前 所未有的。如果你不喜欢你的工作环境,那么你们团队不能很好合作的几率也 会很大,问问自己:你是具有团队精神的人吗?你的目标和其他成员保持一致吗?你们团队的目标和公司保持一致吗?如果没有,为什么?What Does Teamw

8、er.On a deeperlevel, a team player is some on ewho can play a role in the team,to achieve and support the goals set and agreedupon by the team.The simplest analogy to the corporateteamwould be a sportsteam.There aretwo main aims of the football team. One is to score goals and the other is to prevent

In football, thereareeleve n players per side, a nd almost the same nu mberof players in reserve.There are also other vital membersof theteamin the background, such asthe coach, the doctor, etc.Every member of the team hasa very specific role as a captain, goalkee

10、per, striker, midfielder or defender.Every memberof theteamis vital to the successof the team. If there is one player missi ng, the team is han dicapped .If one player does not perform to the bestof his or her ability, theteamis han dicapped.The capta in is there to give direct ion to the team, in s

11、trategy, motivatio n and inspiration. But he or she also has to play as part of the team. Egos do not play any part i n teamwork. 12、lping to createtheopportunity to score.Similarly in the corporate world, each company has its clearly defined goals. Usually these are not as easily specified as in a football match. And it is the job of every employee to ensurethat these goals are met. Every member of the corporate team should have

13、 specific roles andresponsibilitiesin view of achievingthesegoals.There can only be one captain of the company, and he or she should be responsible for giving leadership and guidanee to the team members. The leader should also con ti nu ously com muni cate the overall bus in ess strategy, as well as

14、 providing motivation andinspiration to the team.The leaderhasto havethe loyalty of the team. If the team is not loyal or has no respectfor the leader,the membersof the team will not listen to the captain and the objectives of the company would not beachieved.In every acti on of the team, the object

15、ives of the compa ny, and or, bus in ess strategy,MUST be first and foremost. The successof the team relies completely on every memberof theteamcarrying out their roles andresponsibilitiesin line with the directi on of the leader.There has to be a “ oneness” the corporate culture. There is no room i

16、n the companyfor anyonewho does not sharethe samecorporate goals or objectives.Bein g a team player does not mean that you do no t have a ny ideas of your own.It does not mean you should always agreewith the rest of the team. It does not mean that you should merely follow the herd. There are times w

17、hen your vision may differ from thevision of the company,the leaderorthe restof team.It may be a valid vision and if you believe in it strongly enough,you should shareit with the restof the team. Your idea may complement the corporate objectives and goals. Or it may not. If the leaderis a competento

18、ne, he or shewill assesst on its merit and not let ego get in the way. However, shouldthe tea mn ot agreewith your visi on, don take it pers on ally.They may find the idea in appropriate, not YOU pers on ally. Don take it as a sig n of pers on al rejectio n. A good leadershould be able to com mun ic

19、atethisto a team member,but if he or shedoes n and it tur ns out as appeari ngto be a rebuff, dont lose heart. If the team fo und YOU in appropriate, you would be the first to kno w. If your leader or team members see that you can han dle reject ion of your ideas i n a maturemanner,it is only to your own credit.Don be afraid to offer new idease
