2、 Provide CIS including: Company Registration, Signatory PassportCopy, Latest Bank Stateme nt copy, Full Bank Acco unt Coord in ates, Bank Approved Verbiage and Bank letter if available.接证方提供资料包括：商业登记证，法人护照复印件，银行坐标，接证银行760版本(银行盖上章)，有可能的话额度函。3. Provider within 24 hours issue DOA Draft and complete,开证方

3、在24个银行小时内提供已经填好的合同包括开证方基本资料：商业登记证，法人护照，开证银行坐标。4. Buyer in 24 hours complete DOA, sign, stamp and send to Provider,接证方（买方）在24个银行小时内填好合同并且签字，盖章返回给开证方5. Provider in 48 hours Sign, stamp and send back the signed DOA for Buyerfilling.开证方在 48 小时内签字盖章再返回给接证方（买家）做备案6. Receiver will Deposit 1% of the first v

4、alue in to lawyer firm escrowaccount. The lawyer firm will prepare and sign 3 parties escrow serviceagreement.接证方，开证方，与指定律师事务所（可由接证方指定律所）签署三方托管账户协 议。接证方和开证方同时打票面额 1%至律师事务所的托管账户作为开证保证金。7. Provider Bank Issue Pre-advice Via SWIFT MT799 within 5 banking daysaccording to Receiving bank approved Verbiage

5、. The Provider should send theSwift Copy to Receiver via it 's Agent.开证方在5个银行工作日内根据接证银行版本通过MT799开出预开证。开证方通过代理商提供给接证方MT799报文。8. Within 72 Banking Hours upon receipt of MT799, Receiving should reply toSending Bank Via MT799. If Receiving within 72 banking hours fails toreply, Receiver must pay in

6、RMB equivalent 100,000.00 Euro to Provider as compensation. The lawyer should deduct for the deposit amount.接证方收到预开证后在72小时内通过银行SWIFT MT799回复开证方。如果接证银行在 72小时内未能回复， 接证方应该支付人民币等金额的十万欧元。律师事务所直接从已经锁定的 1%里扣除9.
