5、钢卷尺、开槽器、抹刀、滚筒、剪刀、等。2.3 施工设施利用脚手架以及已有的提升设备。2.4 施工作业条件1）、外墙墙体平整度达到要求（水泥砂浆找平），外门窗口安装完毕，经有关部门检查验收合格。2）、门窗边框与墙体连接应预留出保温层厚度，缝隙之间分层填塞严密，做好门窗表面防护。3）、外墙外表面的雨水管卡、预埋铁件、设备穿墙管道等提前安装完毕，并预留出保温层的厚度。4）、施工用吊蓝或脚手架搭设牢固，安全检验合格。5）、预制混凝土外墙板缝处应提前处理好。2.5 施工要求气候条件环境温度不得低于5，风力不应大于5级，风速不得大于10m/s。雨季施工时应做好防雨措施。3. 施工过程3.1 基面处理（结构

6、基层处理） 除去所有基面松动空壳部分，填补所有裂缝、凹洞等。基面必须平整清洁，使用水平靠尺以确保平整（每2米内至多5mm的起伏）对于局部平整度较差的基面，应锉去过高的突出物，平整基面，局部使用水泥砂浆找平3.2 外墙饰面为涂料面层的无机保温施工技术方案及工艺流程：成品保护外墙面基层清理 抹1：2.5水泥砂浆找平层 打耙涂刷界面剂 抹无机砂浆保温层（15mm时，可以一遍成活；15mm，至少两遍成活） 抹抗裂砂浆层（抹第一遍抗裂时，同时铺压玻纤网，再抹第二遍抗裂）外墙饰面3.3保温施工工艺流程图：（涂料饰面）基层墙体处理门窗洞口堵缝、穿墙套管、卡处理吊垂直、套方、弹控制线涂刮界面砂浆用保温浆料作灰

7、饼、冲筋作口抹第一遍保温浆料，厚度15抹第二遍保温浆料, 压实刮平弹分格线、分格槽涂料饰面施工抹抗裂砂浆、压耐碱网格布、压实刮平检验平整度验收4. 施工要点：4.1 材料配制无机保温砂浆以及相应的保温砂浆材料现场配制必须严格执行相关的配制工艺（必须按照我公司技术人员提供的比例进行配置），做到专人定岗、集中搅拌。4.2 基层墙面处理墙面应清理干净无油渍、浮尘等，旧墙面松动、风化部分应剔凿干净。墙表面凸起物10mm应铲平。4.3 保温层施工吊垂直、套方、弹控制线、水平通线，套方作口，用无机保温浆料作标准厚度灰饼冲筋。4.4 涂刷界面剂在墙体表面涂刷界面剂，4.5 无机保温浆料的施工A.抹无机保温浆

8、料应每遍施工不应超过15mm，每两遍间隔应在24h以上。B.后一遍施工厚度要比前一遍施工厚度小。最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右为宜。C.最后一遍操作时应达到冲筋厚度并用大杠搓平，墙面门窗口平整度达到要求。D.保温层固化干燥后，方可进行抗裂保护层施工。4.6 抹抗裂砂浆，铺贴网网格布按墙体尺寸事先裁好。抹抗裂砂浆第一遍时同时铺压网格布，要求压实、平整，随后抹第二遍抗裂砂浆，以仅覆盖网格布为宜。抗裂层总厚度3-mm。4.7 平整度检查抹完抗裂砂浆后，应检查平整、垂直及阴阳角方正，对于不符合要求的进行修补，使完成面达到垂直平整。5. 施工特殊工艺和部位及注意事项5.1 *无机保温系统抹灰施工中如何吊

9、垂直、套方、弹控制线1）、在顶部墙面固定膨胀螺栓，作为挂先的垂挂点；2）、根据室内三线向室外返出外保温抹灰厚度控制点，然后固定垂直控制线两端；3）、复测每层三线到垂直控制通线的距离是否一致，偏差超过20mm找出原因做出相应处理。4）、根据垂直控制通线作垂直方向的灰饼，在根据两垂直方向灰饼之间的通线，作墙面保温层厚度控制灰饼，灰饼之间的距离不得超出2m。5.2 *界面剂（SZ601）的使用要求现浇混凝土外墙外表面及即有建筑物外墙外表面必须涂刷界面剂。5.3 *无机保温砂浆施工的一般做法1）、抹无机保温浆料应至少分两次施工,当厚度不超过15mm时，可一遍成活，超过15mm时，至少两遍成活。2）、后

10、一遍施工厚度要比前一遍厚度薄，最后一遍厚度控制在10mm左右为宜。3）、最后一遍操作时应达到冲筋厚度并用大杠刮平，墙面门窗口平整度应达到验收标准。4）、保温层充分固化后方可进行下一步施工。5.4 *无机保温抹灰体系施工时注意事项1）、管道、槽盒上残存砂浆，应及时清理干净。2）、翻拆架子应防止破坏以抹好的墙面，其它工种作业时不得污染或损坏墙面，严禁踩踏窗口。3）、各构造层在凝结前应防止水冲、撞击、振动。4）、应遵守有关安全操作规程。新工人必须经过技术培训和安全教育方可上岗。脚手架经安全检查验收合格后，方可上人施工，施工时应有防止工具、用具、材料坠落的措施。5.5 特殊部位的处理：1）阴阳角的翻包

11、处理：单层网格布系统应在阴阳角处设加强网，延两侧墙面大于20。加强网格布的接缝为对接，接缝应对齐平整；其翻包包边宽度不小于1O；6 质量保证措施6.1 质量目标：创建优质工程质量方针：遵循建筑业法律法规,视产品质量为企业的生命,对施工全过程实施质量控制,持续改进质量管理体系,为顾客提供满意的产品和服务,努力把每一项工程建立成同行业一流产品.6.2 基础工作按设立专职质检员和成品保护管理员岗位，建立岗位责任制。6.3 物资检验规定对所有进场的材料组织检查验收，建立台帐。所有进场物资必须随材料进场提供合格的材质证明、出厂合格证和试验报告。对进场的物资必须进行标识，按照已经经过检验、未经检验和经检验

12、不合格等三种状态进行分各类堆放，严格保管，避免用不合格的材料。对不合格物资，坚决要求不准进场，同时要注明处理结果和材料去向。对不合格材料的处理，应建立台帐。7. 安全保证措施7.1 操作人员上下架子，要有保证人员安全的吊笼、扶梯、爬梯或斜道。7.2 吊、挂脚手架使用的挑梁、梁、吊架、钢丝绳和其他绳索，使用前要作荷载检验，均必须满足规定安全系数，升降设备必须有可靠的制动装置。7.3 必须有良好的防电、避雷装置，钢脚手架等均应可靠接地，高于四周建筑物的脚手架应架设避雷装置。7.4 必须按规定设剪刀撑和支撑，高于7m的架子必须和建筑物连接牢固，保证架子不摇晃。脚手架上要满铺跳板，不得铺单块跳板且不得
