1、第二章 货运业务与单证2-1 装卸准备1 船舶物料单船舶物料申报单SHIPS STORES LIST的格式各港口不同，一般可按各港口的具体格式填写，也可按国际海事组织公布的格式填写。船舶物料申报单常由假设干份申报单组成：甲板物料单(Deck Stores List)这包括甲板部使用的主要工具、油漆、工作服等，一般由大副提供。机舱物料单(Engine Stores List)这指机舱中的备件、工具等，一般由轮机长或大管轮负责提供。伙食物料清单(Kitchen Stores List)这指粮食、蔬菜、鱼、肉、蛋、食用油、罐头、水果等的清单，以前由事务长负责提供，现由大厨或一驾驶员负责提供。烟酒库清

2、单(Bonded Stores List)船上烟酒库(bond)中的烟、酒、饮料及其他物品的清单，以前由事务长负责提供，现多由船长亲自提供。医用药品清单(Doctors Stores List)这提船上药品的清单，由医生或大副负责提供。船上一般存有少量麻醉品，应列入其中但也可另行申报。其他物品清单(Miscellaneous Stores List)这包括不在上述之列的物品，如武器、某些港口的特别违禁品等。生产中，各港口对一般船舶物料申报的要求在降低，所以船舶常将上述各项合并在一份报表中，统一做出申报。甲板物料的内容应由大副提供，但有的船上伙食物料清单或医用药品清单也由大副提供。SHIPS S

10、以注意。有时为了对货物做出确切的说明，而给出货物产地语言的名称。Gross weight总重量。总重量指货物及其包装的重量总和。净重量(net weight)指货物重量。皮重(tare weight)指包装材料的重量。重量的单位用千克(kg)、公吨(M/T)、长吨(L/T)、短吨(S/T)表示，其中后两个单位不是国际标准单位，但在船运生产中仍广泛应用。Measurement 尺码。货物的尺码分为：满尺丈量所得之体积(full measurement)；在舱内堆装时所占舱容(cargo space occupied)，后者一般比前者大020%；视体积(observed measurement)。
