足三里注射新斯的明治疗腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的临床研究

足三里注射新斯的明治疗腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的临床研究摘要：目的：探讨足三里注射新斯的明治疗腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的效果。方法：选择2018年1月至2019年12月期间在我院接受腰椎骨折手术治疗的患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统治疗方法，观察组采用足三里穴注射新斯的明治疗法。对比两组术后腹胀便秘等不良反应发生率，评估疗效。结果：观察组术后腹胀、便秘的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但两组治疗后的效果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：足三里穴注射新斯的明治疗法是一种安全、有效的治疗腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的方法，对提高术后患者生活质量具有一定的帮助。

Abstract:Objective:ToinvestigatetheeffectofDongAoxue'sacupointinjectionofNewStarmeijiintreatingpostoperativeabdominaldistensionandconstipationafterlumbarvertebralfracture.Methods:PatientswhounderwentlumbarvertebralfracturesurgeryinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2019wererandomlydividedintoanobservationgroupandacontrolgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedtraditionaltreatment,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedDongAoxue'sacupointinjectionofNewStarmeijimethod.Theincidenceofadversereactionssuchaspostoperativeabdominaldistensionandconstipationbetweenthetwogroupswascomparedtoassesstheefficacy.Results:Theincidenceofpostoperativeabdominaldistensionandconstipationintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencebetweenthegroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05),buttherewasnostatisticaldifferenceinthetreatmenteffectbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TheacupointinjectionofNewStarmeijiinZusanliisasafeandeffectivemethodfortreatingpostoperativeabdominaldistensionandconstipationafterlumbarvertebralfracture,andithascertainhelptoimprovethequalityoflifeofpostoperativepatients.
