LTE网络基于MR和信令数据的弱覆盖评估和识别Title:LTENetworkEvaluationandIdentificationofWeakCoverageBasedonMRandSignalingDataAbstract:Inrecentyears,Long-TermEvolution(LTE)networkshavebecomethedefactostandardforwirelesscommunicationduetotheirhighdataratesandlowlatency.However,ensuringareliablenetworkcoverageremainsachallenge,asitcanbeaffectedbyvariousfactors.ThispaperdiscussestheevaluationandidentificationofweakcoverageinLTEnetworks,usingacombinationofMeasurementReports(MR)andsignalingdata.Theproposedapproachaimstoimprovenetworkperformance,qualityofservice,anduserexperiencethroughproactiveidentificationandresolutionofweakcoverageareas.1.Introduction:1.1Background:Therapiddevelopmentofcellularnetworkshasledtoanincreaseddemandforhigh-speeddatatransmission.LTEnetworksofferfasterspeedsandimprovedperformancecomparedtopreviousgenerationsofmobilenetworks.However,maintainingreliablecoverageacrosstheentirenetworkremainsasignificantchallenge.1.2Objective:TheobjectiveofthispaperistoproposeamethodforevaluatingandidentifyingweakcoverageareasinLTEnetworksusingMRandsignalingdata.Thisapproachenablesnetworkoperatorstoproactivelyidentifyandresolvecoverageissues,leadingtoenhancednetworkperformanceanduserexperience.2.RelatedWork:2.1ExistingCoverageEvaluationMethods:Previousstudieshavefocusedoncoverageevaluationusingdrivetests,whichinvolvemeasuringthesignalstrengthandqualitywhilephysicallydrivingthroughthecoveragearea.However,suchtestsaretime-consuming,expensive,andlimitedintermsofcoverage.2.2UtilizingMRandSignalingData:MRdata,collectedfromuserequipment,providesinformationaboutsignalquality,interference,handovers,andothernetwork-relatedparameters.Signalingdata,ontheotherhand,providesdetailsaboutcallsetuprequests,connectionrequests,andhandoversignaling.Combiningthesedatasetsallowsformorecomprehensivenetworkevaluation.3.Methodology:3.1DataCollection:Alarge-scaledatasetcomprisingbothMRandsignalingdataiscollectedfromvariousLTEnetworks.Thisdatasetcontainsinformationsuchassignalstrength,signal-to-interference-plus-noiseratio(SINR),cellIDs,handoverevents,andmore.3.2Pre-processingandDataAnalysis:Thecollecteddataispre-processedtoeliminatenoiseandinconsistencies.Variousalgorithmsandtechniques,suchasclusteringandanomalydetection,areappliedtoidentifypatternsandanomalieswithinthedataset.Thesepatternsandanomalieshelpinidentifyingweakcoverageareas.3.3WeakCoverageIdentification:Usingtheanalyzeddata,weakcoverageareasareidentifiedbasedonfactorssuchaslowsignalstrength,highinterference,frequenthandovers,andpoorcallquality.Theseareasarethenvisualizedoncoveragemapsforbetterunderstandinganddecision-making.4.ResultsandDiscussion:4.1EvaluationMetrics:Toevaluatetheproposedapproach,variousmetricssuchascoveragesuccessrate,signalstrengthdistribution,andhandoversuccessrateareconsidered.Thesemetricsprovideinsightsintotheeffectivenessofthemethod.4.2CaseStudy:Acasestudyisconductedusingreal-worlddatacollectedfromanLTEnetwork.Theanalysisandidentificationofweakcoverageareasarediscussed,andsolutionsforimprovingnetworkcoverageinthoseareasareproposed.5.Conclusion:Inthispaper,wehaveproposedamethodforevaluatingandidentifyingweakcoverageareasinLTEnetworksusingMRandsignalingdata.Byproactivelyidentifyingandresolvingcoverageissues,networkoperatorscanimprovenetworkperformance,qualityofservice,andusersatisfaction.Thecasestudyandanalysisdemonstratetheeffectivenessandpotentialoftheproposedmethod.Futur
