I1.Themolddesigningandmanufacturfoundation,inourcountry,themldmanufacturebelongstothespecialpurposeequipmentmanufacturingindustry.Chinaalthoughveryalreadystartstomakethemoldandtheusemold,butlong-temperiods,theChinesemoldindustryonlythendrivesintothedevelopmentspeedway.Recentyears,notonlythestate-ownedmoldenterprisehadtheverybigdevelopment,thethreeinvestmentsenterprise,thevillagesandenterprise'sdevelopmentalsorapidquietly.AlthoughtheChinesemoldindustrialdevelopmentrapid,butcompareswiththedemand,obviouslyfallsshortofdemand,itsmaingapconcentratespreciselyto,large-scale,iscomplex,thelongabiggerdisparity,therefore,neededmassivelytoimportthemoldTheChinesemoldindustryproductivity,fromnowonwillhaveemphaticallytotheprofessinternalstructureadjustmentandthestate-of-artenhancement.Thestructureadjustmentaspect,mainlyistheenterprisestructuretothespecializedadjustment,theproductstructuretocentertheupscalemolddevelopment,totheimportandexportstructureimprovement,centertheupscaleautomobilecovermoldfominganalysisandthestructureimprovement,themulti-purposecompoundmoldandthecompoundprocessingandthelasertechnologyinthemolddesignmanufactureapplication,thehigh-speedcutting,thesuperfinishingandpolishedthetechnology,theinfomationdirectiondevelops.Therecentyears,themoldprofessionstructureadjustmentandtheorganizationalrefomstepenlarges,mainlydisplayedin,large-scale,precise,wascomplex,thelonglife,centertheupscalemoldandthemoldstandardletterdevelopmentspeedishigherthantheconmonmoldproduct;Theplasticmoldandthecompressioncastingmoldproportionincreases;Specializedmoldfactoryquantityanditsproductivityincrease;"Thethreeinvestments"andtheprivateenterprisedevelopsrapidly;Thejointstocksystemtransfomationstepspeedsupandsoon.Distributesfromthearealooked,takeZhejiangDeltaandYangtzeRiverdeltaascentralsoutheastcoastalareadevelopmentquicklytomid-westarea,southdevtonorth.Atpresentdevelopsquickest,themoldproducesthemostcentralizedprovinceisGuangdongandZhejiang,placessuchas Jiangsu,Shanghai,AnhuiandShandongalsohasabiggerdevelopmentinrecentyears.TechnicallevelofChina'smoldindustrycurrentlyuneven,withwidedisparitiesgenerallyspeaking,withthedevelopedindustrialcountries,HongKongandTaiwanadvancedlevel,thereisalargegap.TheuseofCAD/CAM/CAE/CAPPandothertechnicaldesignandthereisabiggapbetweenboth.IntheapplicationofCADtechnologydesignmolds,onldesignofCAD,asidefromdrawingboardintheapplicationofCAEdesignandanalysisofmoldcalculation,itwasjuststarted,mostofthegameisstillintrialstagesandanimation;intheapplicationofCAMtechnologymanufacturingmolds,first,thelackofadvancedmanufacturingequipment,andsecond,theexistingprocessequipment(includingthelast10yearsthecompatibles,HPworkstations,etc.)different,orbecauseofdifferencesinbytes,processingspeeddifferences,differencesinresistancetoelectromagneticinterference,networkingislow,onlyabout5%ofthemoldmanufacturingequipmentofrecentworkinthistask;intheapplicationprocessplanningCAPPtechnology,basicallyablankstate,basedontheneedforalotofstandardizationwork;inthemoldcommontechnology,suchasmoldrapidprototypingtechnology,polishing,electrofomingtechnologies,surfatreatmenttechnologyaspectsofCAD/CAMtechnologyinChinahasjuststarted.Cmputer-aidedtechnology,softwaredevelopment,isstillatlowlevel,theaccumulationofknowledgeandexperiencerequired.Mbstofourmoldfactory,moldprocessingequipmentshopold,longinthelengthofcivilianservice,accuracy,lowefficiency,stillusetheordinaryforging,turning,milling,planning,drilling,grindingandprocessingequipment,mold,heattreatmentisstillinusesaltbath,box-typefurnace,operatingwiththeexperienceofworkers,poorlyequipped,highenergyinrecentyearsintroducedmanyadvancedmoldprocbutaretooscattered,ornotcomplete,onlyabout25%utilization,equipment,someoftheadvancedfunctionsarenotgivenfullplay.(1)MbldsoftwarefeaturesintegratedDiesoftwarefeaturesofintegratedsoftwaremodulesrequiredrelativelycomplete,whilethefunctionmduleusingthesamedatamodel,inordertoachieveSyndicatednewsmanagementandsharingofinfomationtosupportthemolddesign,manufacture,assembly,inspection,testingandproductionmanagementoftheentireprocesstoachieveoptimalbenefits.SeriessuchastheUKDelcam'ssoftwarewillincludeasurface/solidgeometricmodeling,engineeringdrawingcomplexgeametry,advancedrenderingindustrialdesign,plasticmolddesignexpertsystem,complexphysicalCAM,artisticdesignandsculptureautomaticprogrammingsystem,reverseengineeringandcomplexsystemsphysicallinemeasurementsystems.Ahigherdegreeofintegrationofthesoftwareincludes:Pro/withfiniteelementanalysisofmetalplasticfomingsystemsandDieCAD/CAMsystems;BeijingBeihangHaierSoftwareLSeriessoftware;JilinGoldGridEngineeringResearchCenterofthestampingdiemoldCAD/CAE/CAMsystems.(2)Mblddesign,analysisandmanufactureofthree-dimensionalTwo-dimensionalmoldoftraditionalstructuraldesigncannolongermeetmoderntechnicalrequirementsofproductionandintegration.Molddesign,analysis,manufacturingthree-dimensionaltechnology,paperlesssoftwarerequiredtomoldanewgenerationofthree-dimensional,intuitivesensetodesignthemold,usingthree-dimensionaldigitalmdelcanbeeasilyusedintheproductstructureofCAEanalysis,toolingmanufacturabilityevaluationandNCmachining,fomingprocesssimulationandinfomationmanagementandsharing.SuchasPro/E,UGandCATIAsoftwaresuchaswithparametric,feature-based,allrelevantcharacteristics,sothatmoldconcurrentengineeringpossible.Inaddition,CimarroncompanyMoldexpert,Delcam'sPs-moldandHitachiShipbuildingofSpace-VandtypicalstructureAustraliancompathree-dimensionalflowsimulationsoftwareMbldflowAdvisersbeenofSciencehasdevelopedsimilarsoftwareHSC3D4.5FandZhengzhouUniversity,Z-moldsoftware.Formanufacturing,knowledge-basedintelligentsoftwarefunctionisameasureofdieimportantsignofbasedpartinglineandpartingsurface,gecorrespondingtothecoreandcavity,implementationofallrelevantpartsmold,andforautomaticallygeneratedBMFomNCdrillingprocess,andcanintelligentlyprocessparametersetting,calibrationandotherprocessingresults.Withthemoldintheenterprisecompetition,cooperation,productionandmanagement,globalization,internationalization,andtherapiddevelopmentofcomputerhardwareandsoftwaretechnology,agilemanufacturingtechnologybothnecessaryandpossible.experience,isisolatedfrommanufacturingprocess.Beforethedesignisfinalized,theschemeofdieandmouldisusuallymodifiedtimeandagain,thussomedisadvantagescomeintobeing,suchaslongdevelopmentperiod,highcostanduncertainpracticaleffect.Duetostrongdesiresforprecision,servicelife,developmentperiodandcost,moderndieandmouldshouldbedesignedandmanufacturedperfectly.Thereforemoreandmoreadvancedconcurrentengineering,agilemanufacturingvirtualmanufacturing,collaborativedesign,etc.Heattreatmentofdieandmouldisasimportantasdesign,manufactureandassemblybecauseithasavitaleffectonmanufacture,assemblyandservicelife.Designandmanufactureofdieandmouldhaveprogressedrapidly,butheattreatmentlaggedseriouslybehindthemAsdiedevelops,heattreatmentmustensuredieandmouldtherearegoodstateofmanufacture,assemblyandwear—resistantpropertiesbyrequest.Impertinentheattreatmentcaninfluencedieandmouldmanufacturin
