it to a laboratory. they also found something which the x-ray of the god duamutef. this god which has the head of a cow was normally placedinside a mummy. the doctors have not yet decided how the woman died. they feared that the mummy would fall to pieces when they cut it open, but fortunately this has not happened. the mummy successfully survived the operation. lesson78 the last one? 最后一枝吗?after reading an article entitled cigarette smoking and your health i lit a cigarette to calm my nerves. i smoked with concentration and pleasure as i was sure that this would be my last cigarette. for a whole week i did not smoke at all and during this time, my wife suffered terribly. i had all the usual symptoms of someone giving up smoking: a bad temper and an enormous appetite. my friends kept on offering me cigarettes and cigars. they made no effort to hide their amusement whenever i produced a packet of sweets from my pocket. after seven days of this i went to a party. everybody around me was smoking and i felt extremely uncomfortable. when my old friend brian urged me to accept a cigarette, it was more than i could bear. i took one guiltily, lit it and smoked with satisfaction. my wife was delighted that things had returned to normal once more. anyway, as brian pointed out, it is the easiest thing in the world to give up smoking. he himself has done it lots of times! lesson79 by air 乘飞机i used to travel by air a great deal when i was a boy. my parents, used to live in south america and i used to fly there from europe in the holidays. an airhostess would take charge of me and i never had an unpleasant experience. i am used to travelling by air and only on one occasion have i ever felt frightened. after taking off, we were flying low over the city and slowly gaining height, when the plane suddenly turned round and flew back to the airport. while we were waiting to land, an air-hostess told us to keep calm and to get off the plane quietly as soon as it had touched down. everybody on board was worried and we were curious to find out what had happened. later we learnt that there was a very important person on board. the police had been told that a bomb had been planted on the plane. after we had landed, the plane was searched thoroughly. fortunately, nothing was found and five hours later we were able to take off again.lesson80 the crystal 研究工作的依据、原则和范围1.2.1 研究工作依据按照中共某省委、某省人民政府关于加快建立和完善城乡卫生体系的决定(川委发200752号)文件,以及xx市规划和建设局宜规建函20075139号关于xx市xx区人民医院申请门诊大楼改建的复函,20072年xx市建设工程质量监督站关于xx市xx区人民医院门诊楼工程结构安全性鉴定报告作为项目的编制依据。1.2.2 研究工作原则根据客观条件和医院发展总体目标,按照国家二级综合性医院建设标准、国家基本建设项目程序及项目可行性研究必要的内容开展本项目的可行性研究。1.2.3 研究工作范围本报告着重对项目建设的背景和必要性、建设条件、建设内容及规模、工程设计方案、环境保护、项目组织管理等进行可行性研究;按照国家现行的设计规范、规定、定额,估算项目总投资。根据国家的财税制度和有关政策、建设项目经济评价方法与参数对项目进行财务效益分析、评价,并提出结论性意见,供建设业主和有关部门决策。1.3 可行性研究概要1.3.1 项目建设背景和必要性xx市是正在实施跨越式发展的区域性二级中心城市,但医疗卫生条件发展较为滞后。中心城区现有的三家主要医院医疗现状为门诊拥挤、住院床位严重不足、医疗设备设施需更新、医疗技术尚需进一步提高,随着人民生活的提高,用于医疗保健方面的支出必将大大提高,全市医疗卫生的总体水平还有待于提高,才能满足全市人民对医疗卫生保健的总体需求。xx市xx区人民医院作为xx区属唯一的一家综合性医院,承担全区70多万人的医疗卫生工作,但落后的医疗设备设施条件更显突出,特别是现有门诊大楼已被鉴定为危房,需尽快拆除重建。本项目的实施,将在一定程度上改善xx区人民医院的医疗设施条件,更好地服务于全区群众,并为xx区人民医院“升三院、创二甲”创造重要条件。项目的建设是必要的和迫切的。医疗服务需求分析xx市xx区人民医院为一所二级乙等综合医院,项目建成后,医院医疗条件将有较大的提高,以满足xx市人民、日益增长的旅游客人及周边邻近市、县广大人民群众对优质医疗服务的需求。项目建成后,预计日门诊量可达300人次,年住院医疗量5853人次,病床利用率达到85%以上。1.3.3 项目地址及建设条件项目选址在xx区人民医院原门诊大楼地址基础上向内退后5米建设。场址建设条件具备,交通便利,利于病员就诊,场址环境现状、周边区域的城市功能分区等条件符合国家综合医院建设标准选址条件。1.3.4 建设规模规划日门诊量300人次,床位数240张。1.3.5 项目提出1、xx市医疗卫生情况xx市医疗卫生事业在党和国家有关方针、政策的指导下,已形成了比较完善的卫生保障体系,20075年,全市已有各类卫生机构412个(含村卫生所、个体诊所),医院、卫生院床位数达到10348张,每万人拥有20张床位,县级医院床位约18张。20074年以来,为了实现xx市一级中心城市的总体目标,xx市加大了医疗卫生方面的投入,目前xx区辖区内的三家主要医院,市一医院床位700张,年门诊人次33万,住院人次1.9万人次,年收入达到0.95亿元;二医院床位1000张,年门诊人次36万,住院2.7万人次,年收入1.4亿元。xx区人民医院床位2007张,年门诊人次9.5万人次、住院0.43万人次,年收入2861万元。城镇人口用于医疗保健方面的资金为2.85亿元,占总支出的5.77%。随着人民生活的提高,用于医疗保健方面的支出必将大大提高,全市医疗卫生的总体水平还有待于提高,才能满足全市人民对医疗卫生保健的总体需求。2、xx市xx区人民医院门诊用房现状xx市xx区人民医院位于老城区aa街口,门诊大楼建于60年代初,系砖木混结构,防火等级极低,历次消防安全检查中均被视为达不到防火要求而应立即整改,甚至停业整顿的通知,主体工程未贴面砖,墙体砌体已出现严重的风化、侵蚀、剥落,屋面、楼面渗漏严重。因渗漏使水侵入本楼盖内,使本楼盖长期处于潮湿环境,木楼盖支承系统木材腐蚀严重,部分木梁已开始腐朽、断裂,存在安全隐患,不能满足正常使用要求。该楼于20072年初被鉴定为du级危房,根据市建筑质量监督的权威意见“医院门诊大楼已无维修加固的必要,应尽快拆除。”(附件1:工程鉴定报告)3、xx市xx区人民医院实施“升三院、创二甲”的需要根据xx市、xx区城市发展和医疗卫生发展规划,在xx区委、区政府的高度重视和领导下,xx市xx区人民医院即将在20079年底升级为xx市第三人民医院,全院上下正着力实施“升三院、创二甲”硬件建设,而xx区人民医院改扩建项目的实施,将改善xx区人民医院的现状条件,完善医院医疗设备、设施,提高医疗业务技术水平,为医院升格为xx市第三人民医院创造重要条件,以崭新的面貌出现在宜宾人民面前。2.1.2
