项目背景及建设的必要性2.1背景十二道沟现有生态猪42头，母猪2头，占地面积4000平方米，其中：建筑面积1080平方米。生态猪是一个跨学科行业，涉及到养猪学、动物营养学、生物学与土壤肥料学等学科。它是以微生物技术为核心，通过对猪排泄物的科学处理，实行农牧结合、互相促进、低投入、高产出、少污染的良性循环的生态养猪系统工程。它是集约化养猪发展到一定阶段而形成的又一个亮点，是生猪养殖可持续发展的需要，也是落实党的十七大精神，建设生态文明的集中体现。2.2建设的必要性长白朝鲜族自治县位于吉林省东南部，长白山南麓，鸭绿江上游，面积2497平方公里，边境线长260.5公里，森林覆盖率92，生态猪具有成本低、抵抗力强、适应性强等特点。生态猪屠宰后肉色红润，纹理清晰，优于一般猪肉。经提取里脊肉、后腿肉检验，其氨基酸及其它营养含量分别提高了10%至15%，完全达到无公害猪肉标准。在饲养过程中，由于猪只恢复了拱食的自然习性，猪只应激少，又采食益生菌和垫料中的菌体蛋白，抗病力明显增强，发病率减少。特别是呼吸道疾病和消化道疾病较传统集约饲养有大幅下降。生态养猪省水、省料、省劳力，提高生猪免疫力，提高猪肉品质，实现粪污零排放，达到环保要求。该技术的菌种发酵功能强，适用范围广，在制作发酵垫床时可使用玉米秸、玉米棒核、豆秸、稻草、稻谷壳、锯末等各种农业废弃物，达到循环作用。科学调整菌种配伍和垫料的结构，使得发酵床温度夏天不会过高，冬天圈舍达到20度左右。项目抗风险能力强，建设是非常必要的。第三章
