module 10 unit 3 language in use课型:revision and application本单元教材内容中对本模块的语法重点一般现在时疑问句型的操练略显不足,教师在step 2对这一不足作了很好的补充。但是教案中没有看到对练习3的处理。其实这是学完一般现在时后一个很好的总结、验收。教师可根据学生情况增加题量或提高难度。方法:interactive practice, games, task-based activity核心内容:key vocabulary-vocabulary about computer and internetkey structures-to consolidate present simple: interrogative, negative and affirmative sentences, wh-questions, frequency words 教具:ppt, handoutteaching process:step 1: vocabulary revisionpart 1: using word map to revise vocabularydraw a word map on the blackboard together with the students, encourage students to memorize new words in groups. (based on exercise 4 on page 64学生学过的和电脑有关的词似乎不多,能否限制在10人以内,或两个小组?)part 2: play a game about vocabulary so everyone in class can be involved(game: students take turns to say one word they know about computers or internet. if they fail to think one in time or say one word that has been said, they will remain standing, then see which line has the most “standing students”. ) 1: explain to students about the game, using “animal” as an example. 2: let students play about the word “computer” 3: as to make the game more challenging, in the second round of the game, each student will stand up and say one thing they can do on a computer (write students answers on the blackboard if they are not from the textbook.)step 2: language practice part 1: after the second round of the game, let students finish exercise 5 on page 65. let students check answers in pairs. and then check answers with the whole class by reading together. part 2: use “download the music” as an example to revise the wh-questions.
