近年来获得的科研成果：我公司从成立之日起，就致力于电力线载波通讯技术的研发和生产，实现水、电、气、热高效节能管理与远程自动控制管理，近年来取得的主要科研成果如下： （1） 独创了将只用于军事通信、电子对抗、导航、测量等各个尖端领域的扩频通信技术与跳频通信技术进行叠加、融合，设计生产出ks3001（跳、扩频）通信芯片。（2） 将ks3001芯片与外围电路二次集成，设计生产出ks3010、ks3020电力载波专用通信模块，彻底解决了国内外众多研发机构至今都无法解决的低压电力线载波信号传输的实时准确性和超强抗干扰性两大难题。（3） 成功研发生产出水、电、气、热高效节能管理与远程自动控制管理系统，经查新，该系统是国内外唯一将载波通信技术全面应用到四大行业（水、电、气、热）和公共设施领域（市政路灯、绿化灌溉、空调控制、供暖调控、公共用水、公共照明、景观照明、行政办公楼、各种场馆等）的节能降耗管理与科学调控管理领域中。（4） 利用电力载波技术成功开发生产出载波（水、电、气、热能）表，完全替代了市场上现有机械式、电子式、ic卡式（水、电、气、热）表。载波水表为国内唯一的载波无源直读式电子水表，具有阶梯式水价计费等功能，可满足国家对水资源贫乏城市实行节约用水的管理需求；载波电表具有12个时段的分时计费功能，载波气表具有实时抄收计费，故障检测等功能；载波热能表可实时抄表计费，完全实现了国家关于供热体制改革所提倡的“分户供暖、按热量收费”的管理需求。（5） ksdc-a型载波采集控制器的研发成功，可对ic卡（水、电、气、热）表进行改造，实现载波远程自动抄表、监控、管理、收费等功能，不用另行布线，不用任何改动，并能随时监控ic卡表的运行状况，及时发现卡表故障、人为损坏和非法窃电（水、气、热能）等行为，并予以排解，消除隐患，达到智能化控制管理和高效节能之目的。（6） 成功研发生产出ksdc-b型电力载波控制终端，全面实现了公共设施领域（各种路灯、办公用电、场馆用电、景观照明、空调控制等）所有用电设备的远程自动控制、实时监测、科学调控等，管理部门只需一台计算机即可根据实际需求、天气状况等因素，对其进行分组、分群、分区、分时段远程自动通断控制、监测维护等，并且管理人员极易在电脑上发现线路、设备故障及具体位置，从而直奔现场进行实时高效的检修维护，大大提高维护人员的工作效率，还可避免人为疏忽遗漏所造成浪费和不安全因素等，是当今倡导节约型和谐社会所需的最佳创新产品。（7） ksdc-c载波电动阀的研发成功，使供热管理部门通过一台计算机，即可根据实际需要对供暖进行分时段、分群、分区域远程自动控制通断、温度调控、实时监测、管理维护等，还可通过远程自动调控暖气流量大小，达到调节室温高低，实现了人力无法实现的智能化高效节能控制管理模式，是当今构建节约型和谐社会所必需的最佳创新产品。（8） ksdc-d载波智控水阀的研发成功，可使公共设施领域绿化灌溉、景观喷泉、公共用水等根据实际需求、季节变化进行分管道、分区域、分群、分时段远程自动送水、断水控制，实时监测等，管理部门只需在计算机上事先设置好程序，即可全自动执行，还可随时设置和更改，实现了靠人力难以实现的自动化、智能化高效节能控制管理模式。（9） ksdc-e型电力调配用电控制系统的研发成功，完全实现了限电的远程自动化管理与控制，使电力调配用电实现自动化、信息化、网络化、科学化。（10） fqd-a型智能防窃电保护器：在实际应用中，防止一切窃电行为，并且在有窃电行为产生时自动断电，当窃电行为取消时，自动恢复通电。为国家和企业减少损失。此产品经科技查新为国内首创（查新报告见附件）。（11） ksdf-b型智能电子式保护器，是由大规模集成电路与电子器件组成的新一代全电子化产品，彻底改变了低压电路中运用机械脱钩控制保护电路电器安全的方法，是机械式断路保护器所无法比拟的。它改变了机械式剩余电流动作保护器必须与断路器组合匹配的应用模式，是低压电路断路器由机械式向电子式智能化改革的创新产品。技术（储备）延伸：公司正在利用电力线载波实时通信技术和电信网络嵌入技术进行矿井瓦斯远程自动检测控制系统的研发，实现矿井瓦斯爆炸的预防、控制、监测、报警，让矿井从此再无人员伤亡。生产及营销能力1. 生产条件（1）研发生产场地：本项目研发生产核心技术产品的场地在西安市高新技术产业开发区内，现有的研发生产场地为550平方米，交通便利，共用工程、辅助设施齐全，水、电、气、热供应充足，可满足研发生产的需要。（2）生产设备：因公司研发并生产的产品具有独创性，所以大多数检测试验设备都由公司自己设计制造生产，现有ks3010/3020载波专用厚膜检测台6台，ks3000载波专用芯片检测台4台，ksxt载波系统测试台3台，kslh水、电、气、热能表测试老化台2台；同时还引进国外先进的检测仪器，hd-6940e66测试系统1台，t5100示波器有4台，qt2晶体管特性测试仪3台等设备，可满足研发产品和检测产品的需要，已具备项目产品的中试生产能力。（3）人员配备：公司目前拥有生产及管理人员8人，其中具有长期从事电子行业生产经验的高级技师1人，技师5人，产品检验测试人员2人，管理、生产人员配备齐全，可满足中试生产的需要。（4）原材料供应：本项目及ks系列节能控制产品的所有元器件均由公司自主选型和设计，表具计量部分及产品壳体部分由表厂和第三方厂家提供。目前国内外市场供源充足，可满足项目生产的需要。2.
