specifications and datasheets for the valves please refer to addendum。各阀门有以下公共要求：common requirements for all the valves are specified as follows:（1） 运行状态下切断阀以及连续运行的控制阀的最大噪音不得高于85分贝（离阀门和地面1m）。（1）maximum noise of the block valves under operating status and the control valves under continuous operation shall not exceed 85db (1m from valve and ground).（2） 阀体上采用不锈钢铭牌上打印阀门位号和有关参数等内容。 （2）the valve body shall be furnished with stainless steel name plates showing the valves item number and other information.（3） 阀门上有清晰醒目阀门位置指示。（3）the valves shall be furnished with clear and obvious valve position indication.（4） 除管道接管和法兰尺寸用英制外，其它皆用公制（si）单位。（4）all dimensions are in si system except the pipe connection and flange dimensions (in bs courier service.6. 卖方技术服务 6. sellers service6.1 项目管理 6.1 project manageing 为了便于买卖方双方之间的合作和协调，要求卖方指派一名项目经理，全面负责项目的各项工作以及与用户的联系。他将作为与买方进行通讯的联系人。to facilitate better cooperation and coordination between buyer and seller, seller is required to assign a project manager with an overall responsibility of all activities of the project and liaison with user. he will be the contact person for communication with buyer.卖方在技术投标书中应指明项目经理的名单及联系方法。seller shall specify the name and contact method of the project manager in the proposal.卖方应提交一份从订货之日起硬件和软件的计划进度表，在表中列出重要的控制点，如设计进度、外购件的订货周期、工厂加工及检验的时间、在制造厂所在地进行出厂验收的时间等。seller shall provide a hardware and software matrix schedule from the day of order showing key milestones, for example, design schedule, lead time of subcontracted parts, shop fabrication and inspection date and ex-work inspection date at the manufacturers facility.6.2 检验和试验6.2 inspection and test卖方所供阀门必须完成质量检验和相关试验，验收合格后方可出厂。seller shall finish all necessary quality inspection and related tests and the results shall be acceptable before the delivery of the valves.卖方在技术投标书中应提供制造厂进行检验和试验的详细内容和步骤。seller shall provide in his proposal the details and procedures for the inspection and testing at manufacturers facility .阀门的检验和试验以技术规格书和检查数据表为基础，卖方负责提供有关检验和试验的书面文件供双方讨论确认。the inspection and testing of valves shall be based on the specifications and datasheets. seller shall submit related inspection and test documents for confirmation by both parties.测试验收包括工厂测试验收和现埸测试验收。the tests shall include factory acceptance test (fat) and site acceptance test.6.2.1 工厂测试验收（）6.2.1 factory acceptance test (fat)买方将派工程技术人员去制造厂参加阀门的出厂检验和功能试验。卖方应在出厂检验前2个月通知买方，以便进行安排。the buyer intents to send his inspectors to perform the ex-work inspection and function test at manufacturers facility. seller shall notify purchaser two (2) months prior to the ex-work inspection so as to make early arrangement.卖方应同时向买方提供阀门检验所使用的标准和规范以及检验大纲，并提供主要设备及其重要部件的参考图纸。检验大纲的评分内容包括：seller shall also provide purchaser with the codes and standards for the valve inspection as well as the inspection guideline, and shall provide reference drawings for main equipment and key components. the evaluation criteria for the inspection guideline include:（1） 阀门名称、位号及技术规格.（1） valve name, tag number and specification.（2） 检验项目.（1） inspection items.（3） 检验方法.（3） inspection methods;（4） 所采用的标准编号.（4）the applicable standard number。（5） 文件资料。（5） documentation。（6） 问题处理方法（6） method of dealing with the problems。在出厂验收期间，卖方应提供检验必要的图纸资料（一式两份）。检验完成后，卖方应将双方签字的检验记录（一式两份）交买方备案。seller shall provide necessary drawings and documents (two sets) for the inspection during the ex-work acceptance. after inspection, seller shall submit the inspection records (two sets) signed by both parties to buyer for record.买方检验人员在制造厂参加的任何检验不能代替阀门运抵现场后所进行的现场检验，也不因此而免除卖方按合同有关规定所承担的保证责任。any inspection participated by buyers inspectors at the manufacturers facility shall not replace the site inspections to be performed after the valves are delivered to site, or shall not relief any of sellers responsibilities for guarantee as set forth in the contract.出厂检验的项目，原则上按检验大纲中附表所列的检验项目进行。in principle, the ex-work inspection items shall cover those listed in the attached table of the inspection guideline.出厂试验包括一般性常规试验（低压和高压泄漏试验等）和功能试验（环境温度下的循环试验和指定操作温度下的循环试验，仅要求对锁渣阀和冲洗水阀进行）。试验后应对阀门进行解体，对主要阀件进行测量和检查。the ex-work tests shall include normal routine tests (lp and hp leakage tests, etc.) and function test (cycle test under ambient temperature and cycle test under specified operating temperature, only for lockhopper valve and flush water valve). after testing, the valve shall be disassembled for measurement and inspection of main valve components.低压泄漏试验遵循的标准为ansi/fci 70-2 1998。高压泄漏试验遵循的标准为mss sp-61。the lp leakage test shall be done in accordance with ansi/fci 70-2 1998. the hp leakage test shall be done in accordance with mss sp-61.买方有权根据需要提出额外的检查内容。在双方协商一致后可以增加相应的检验项目。the buyer has the right to request additional inspection items when deemed necessary. the inspection items should be added upon discussion and agreement by both parties.在审查通过卖方最终图纸和文件，并成功通过所有检查试验项目后，阀门完成最终工厂验收，可以装箱出厂。the final shop acceptance is finished and the valves are ready for packing and delivery only after sellers final drawings and documents are reviewed and acceptable and all necessary inspections and tests have been performed and are successful.6.2.2 现埸验收试验（）6.2.2 site acceptance test（）阀门运抵现埸后要检查它的完整性，然后进行现场试验。the valves, when delivered to site, shall be checked for their integrity before the site tests.卖方应提供现埸试验的方法和步骤，并负责指导用户进行试验。seller shall provide site test methods and procedures and shall provide instructions for user to perform such tests.试验检查合格后，由双方代表签字确认验收。但并不因此而免除卖方按合同有关规定所承担的保证责任upon success of the tests and check, the results shall be confirmed by representatives of both parties with signature, however, this shall not relief any responsibilities to be borne by seller under the contract.6.3 现场服务6.3 site service卖方的现场服务将包括以下内容：sellers site service shall include the following:（） 现场安装指导及开车支持 （1） instructions for site installation and startup support.（） 最终用户培训 （2） training end user；卖方应提供阀门检查、拆卸所需的专用工具（若有）。seller shall furnish any special tools, if any, required for the inspection and dismantling of the valves.卖方负责提供培训所必须的全部手册和教材。seller shall furnish all necessary manuals and training materials for the training7备品备件 7. spare parts 7.1 预开车和开车用消耗品及备件 7.1 consumables and spare parts卖方负责提供用于阀门试验、预开车和开车阶段的消耗品及备件，如垫片、填料等。具体项目和数量由卖方根据自己的经验给出。消耗品及开车备件包括在合同总价内。seller shall supply consumables and spare parts (e.g. gaskets, etc.) for the testing, pre-startup and startup of the valves. seller shall provide the type and quantity based on his experiences. the consumables and startup spare parts shall be included in the total price of the contract.7.2 两年正常操作备件7.2 spare parts for two-year normal operation卖方保证自合同签订之日起提供至少年所供阀门的备件和更换件。seller shall guarantee to provide spare parts and replacement parts for the supplied items for at least 10 years as of the date of contract.卖方应给出离用户最近的备件供应点地址及联系方法。seller shall specify the address and contact of the spare part supply shop all supplied valves and accessories meet all technical requirements specified by purchaser, and the supplied valves and accessories are all original import products with mature running experiences. the material of construction, design, fabrication and acceptance of the products shall meet the applicable codes and standards specified in the specifications.在质保期内，凡因设计、材料和制造上的缺陷而造成损坏的，卖方将保证按供货合同的规定对有缺陷的设备或部件进行免费更换或修复。for any damage happened within the guarantee period caused by defects in terms of design, material or fabrication, seller shall guarantee replacement or repair of the defective equipment or components free of charge in accordance with the stipulations set forth in the contract.质保期内出现问题，卖方应保证在接到通知后24小时内赶到现场for problems occurred within the guarantee period, seller shall guarantee arrival to site within 24h upon receipt of notification.9包装及运输9. packing and transportation阀门采用国际标准的坚固合格的海运包装方式。solid and acceptable
