emotional intelligence training in teaching class. a. the problems of middle school students in teaching class.at present, the emotional problems always happen in middle school. some students become cold, lack of sympathetic, fragile and impetuous. they cant stand frustration. once they fail in an exam, they will get very depressed and may give up themselves and their future. some students cant focus their attention on the class and even cant sit on their seats for several minutes. they look so upset and always try to talk with each other. it seems that they are not interested in english at all. some students just sit there with nothing in their mind and their eyes are slacked off. also, some students regard themselves as god and do whatever they like; even their parents allow them to do so. according to the statistic, the rate of impediment disease of middle school students in behavior and mentality is 16% to 25% and grows gradually. according to the research about the fresh students in high school, about 44.9% students are disturbed by emotion.b. the analysis of the problems in middle school teaching class.there are mainly two reasons. on one hand, the smooth life of some middle school students makes them intolerable of failure. they just cant stand success. once they fail, they will feel depressed and upset and cant calm down, so they cant focus their attention on the class.
