nci 脱硫塔防堵剂在南化氮肥厂的应用肖九高(南化集团研究院殷云飞(南化有限公司210048)210048)摘要 介绍了 nci 防堵剂在脱硫装置上的工业应用情况 。结果表明 ,使用 nci 防堵剂较好地解决了脱硫塔的硫堵问题 。关键词 脱硫 防堵剂 应用我国中小型合成氨厂广泛采用湿式氧化还原法脱除原料气中的硫化氢 ,吸收塔中填料发生堵 塞现象是此类工艺存在的主要缺点之一 。按照堵 塞物的类别分类 ,堵塔形式有杂质堵塔 (原料气中 灰尘 、煤焦油等) 、盐堵 (脱硫液中盐类浓度太高或 溶液温度太低引起盐结晶) 、硫堵 ( 元素硫在吸收 塔填料上结晶和沉积) 3 种 。通过加强管理可以 避免杂质和盐类的堵塔 ,而在不影响生产的前提 下消除硫堵现象则是一个难题 。脱硫塔堵塞会给厂家造成较大的经济损失 , 轻则影响气体净化度 ,迫使厂家降低生产负荷 ,重 则需停车清理 ,致使全厂停车 。造成脱硫装置吸收塔填料发生堵塞现象的原 因很多 ,既有装置设备的原因 ,也有操作管理方面 的问题 ,但主要还是由湿式氧化还原脱硫方法本 身的特点所决定的 。为了防止堵塔影响生产 ,可以采取如下应对 措施 :(1) 设置 2 座吸收塔 ,1 开 1 备 ,交替使用 ;(2) 降低填料高度 ,或使用空塔脱硫 。 第一种方法需添置设备 ,增加了投资 。第二种方法减少了传质接触面积 ,降低了脱硫效率 。 解决硫堵问题的较好措施是在脱硫液中加入 添加剂 ,使脱硫塔阻力尽快降下来或者降低堵塔的速率 。各种添加剂的使用情况已有所报道 ,但效果不一 。nci 防堵剂的工业应用nci 脱硫塔防堵技术是针对硫堵机理研制而 成的 ,该技术采用的 nci 防堵剂具有阻止脱硫液中硫颗粒相互粘结 、防止硫颗粒在填料上长大的 双重功效 。实验室对比试验表明 ,在脱硫液中加 入 (110) 10 - 6的 nci 防堵剂 ,脱硫塔压差的上 升速率就能减缓 70 %以上 。(1) 在裂解气脱硫装置上的应用 南化氮肥厂制氢装置担负着向 6 万 t/ a 己内酰胺装置的供氢任务 。由于裂解气中硫化氢含量 较高 ,用 2 座吸收塔串联吸收硫化氢 ,一塔为空塔 , 二塔 (裂脱塔) 为填料塔 。原采用 ada 脱硫 ,为防 止堵 塔 , 在 脱 硫 液 中 加 入 少 量 栲 胶 , 溶 液 成 份 :na2co3 5 g/ l ,nahco3 75 g/ l ,navo3 3 g/ l ,ada 2g/ l ,栲胶 0. 51. 5 g/ l ,酒石酸钾钠 0. 70. 8 g/ l 。 二塔硫堵现象十分严重 ,曾采用加氨 、pds 等措施 , 都未能阻止硫堵现象 ,影响了正常生产 。2001 年装置开车 3 个月后 ,二塔压差升至 70 kpa ,引起带液 、脱硫效率下降 ,因此决定采用 nci 防堵剂解决二塔阻力过大的问题 ,使用效果见表1 。1表 1 加入 nci 防堵剂后二塔压差与时间的关系时间 ( d)1510151819203040压差 ( kpa)69. 870 . 771. 073 . 969 . 335. 44. 45 . 96 . 5注 :压差为当天记录最大值与最小值的平均值添加 nci 防堵剂后 ,二塔压差上升趋势减缓 , 几天后溶液中悬浮硫含量从1 . 5 g/ l 降至0 . 5 g/ l ,硫磺产量从1 . 1 t/ d 升至1 . 3 t/ d 。18 d 后压差开始下降 ,20 d 后二塔压差降至 5 kpa ,48以后一直维持在 7 kpa 的水平 ,防堵效果令人满意 。(2) 在变换气脱硫装置上的应用 南化氮肥厂变换气脱硫装置运行 3 个月后脱第 29 卷化肥工业第 4 期硫塔压差上升至 13 . 6 kpa ,每月压差依次升高 2 、3 、4 kpa 。随后添加 nci 防堵剂 ,使用 50 d 后 ,压 差为 12 . 2 kpa 。清塔后的使用效果南化氮肥厂 2001 年 12 月全厂停车 , 趁此机 会将裂脱塔和变脱塔 (三塔) 中填料卸出 。与未使 用防堵剂相比 ,填料表面积硫明显减少 ,不存在填 料相互粘结的现象 。2图 2 三塔添加防堵剂前 、后压差对比率明显降低 ,目前二塔压差为 7 kpa ,三塔压差为1 . 5 kpa 。图 1 、图 2 是该厂清塔后 3 个月不加和添加防 堵剂压差与开车时间的关系 ,从图中可清楚地看 到 nci 防堵剂的防堵作用是非常明显的 。结语nci 防堵剂在南化氮肥厂的工业应用表明 : 当脱硫塔堵塞较严重时使用防堵剂 ,可以降低脱 硫塔的压差 ;当脱硫塔未发生堵塞时使用防堵剂 , 可大大降低压差的上升速率 ,延长脱硫装置的正 常运行时间 。(收稿日期2002 - 05 - 24)3图 1 二塔添加防堵剂前后压差对比将填料清洗后重新装塔 ,并使用 nci 防堵剂 ,使用 4 个多月的情况表明 ,二塔 、三塔压差上升速(上接第 47 页)得到澄清 。来自球磨工序含水量约 35 %的磷矿浆与来 自原料车间 98 %的浓硫酸一起加入反应槽 ,同时 过滤工序的一洗液返回反应槽作为返酸 ,在反应 槽内 进 行 萃 取 反 应 。磷 酸 料 浆 由 泵 打 往 9 #ucego 过滤机 , 进行液固分离 , 并经三级逆流洗 涤后 ,磷石膏湿法排渣 。聚丙烯酰胺溶液与料浆要求混合均匀且混合 时间尽可能短 ,故选在料浆管线上加入药液 。萃取工序加入药液的时间为 2001 年 9 月 1日至 9 月 15 日 。投用后 ,稀酸及浓酸产品中的含 固量均有所下降 ,稀酸的颜色明显变绿 、变清 ,过 滤工序及罐区的结垢情况也稍有缓解 。由此可 见 ,聚丙烯酰胺溶液对磷酸装置生产状况的改善及磷酸产品质量的提高均有一定效果 。在加澄清 剂前 、后各取了一个稀酸和浓酸综合样 ,其全分析 数据如表 4 所示 。表 4 澄清剂加入前 、后稀酸和浓酸质量对照表( %)稀 磷 酸浓 磷 酸项目so2 -so2 -
