If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price that is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, the unit price shall prevail, and the total price shall be corrected. If the Bidder does not accept the correction of the errors, its Bid will be rejected, and its Bid security may be forfeited. The sum of the Tender Deposit is no less than twenty-five thousand RMB, or Three thousand US dollars. 投标人在提交投标书时应提交不少于2.5万人民币或3千美元的投标保证金。 3.9.2The Bid Security is required to protect the Bidder against the risk of Bidders conduct which would warrant the securitys forfeiture. 投标保证金是为了保护招标人免遭因投标人的行为而蒙受的损失，招标人在因投标 人的行为受到损害时将没收投标人的投标保证金。 3.9.3The Bid Security shall be denominated in the currency of the Bid , and shall be in the form of Cash or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank located in PRC or abroad. The Bid shall remain open for acceptance and no Bidder shall withdraw their Bid within such period. 投标书应在截标后2个月内保持有效。投标有效期比规定的短，将被视为不响应而 予以拒绝。 3.10.2 In exceptional circumstances, prior to the expiry of the original Bid Validity Period, the Bidder may request the Bidders consent to an extension of the Period of Validity. A Bidder agreeing to the request will not be required nor permitted to modify its Bid, but will be required to extend the validity of its Bid Security correspondingly. The provisions regarding discharge and forfeiture of Bid Security shall continue to apply during the extended Period of Bid Validity.
