西安语风汉教中心2014年汉语课程教师经验交流会顺利举行.doc

西安语风汉教中心2014年对外汉语教师交流会顺利举行为进一步提高教学质量，更好地服务外国学员，西安语风汉教中心于2014年2月16日下午举行了2014年对外汉语教师经验交流会。学校教学部全体教师参加了会议。作为西安语风汉教中心2014年的首次对外汉语教师交流会，学校上下高度重视。交流会上，西安语风汉教中心牛秋鹃老师首先言简意赅地说明了会议主旨：一是希望为西安语风汉教中心全体老师搭建一个相互交流的平台；二是希望通过经验分享、问题查找发现在教学过程中存在的问题，及时解决。会上，老师们就目前教学中的难题与未来如何提升汉语教学质量相互交换了意见，并就如何教授初级阶段语法及如何提高外国学生的汉字认读和书写能力等进行了深入的探讨与交流。针对教师交流环节中提出的问题，大家共同商讨，各位老师献计献策，提出了许多具有建设性的解决方案。同时，西安语风汉教中心邢娜老师组织全体老师进行了Demo课的培训及演练，使全体与会老师深受启迪。“独学则无友，孤陋而寡闻”，本次对外汉语教师交流会为老师们提供了一个互相学习的平台，也表明了西安语风汉教中心将在2014年狠抓教学质量的决心和信心。相信通过此次交流会，每位老师都会备受鼓舞，信心十足，与西安语风汉教中心一起不断进步、不断提高。Successful Convening of the 2014 Exchange Meeting for TCFL (Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language) Teachers of Xian Mandarin Education School The 2014 Exchange Meeting for TCFL (Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language) Teachers was held on February 16th, 2014 by Xian Mandarin Education School in order to improve the teaching quality and to better serve the foreign students. All teachers from the education department of the school attended the meeting.As the first exchange meeting for TCFL teachers of Xian Mandarin Education School in 2014, great importance has been attached to it. During the exchange meeting, Ms. Niu Qiujuang, a teacher of Xian Mandarin Education School emphasized the purpose of the meeting in her opening speech. Firstly, its intended to establish a communicative platform for all teachers in the school. Secondly, its to solve the problems in time through sharing experiences and detecting problems in the process of teaching. During the meeting, the teachers have exchanged their views concerning the problems in teaching and the measures to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching. They also discussed about the method to teach fundamental grammar and to improve the reading and writing ability of foreign students. Suggestions have been proposed by teachers concerning the subjects discussed at the meeting, among which there were many effective solutions. Meanwhile, teachers also had a training and practice of the lessons of Demo guided by Ms. Xing Na. All of the teachers have benefited from the practice.As the Chinese saying goes “He, who learns individually without communicating with others, will end up ignorant”.
