( HG/T20679-90 ); 化工设备和管道外防腐的设计规范 ( HG/T20679-90 )Construction and inspection code of anticorrosion for industrial equipment and pipe. ( HGJ 229-91); 工业设备和管道防腐施工及检验规范。( HGJ 229-91 )4.0 Scope of Painting涂漆范围 4.1 Items to be painted 以下项内容需涂漆 1). All of surface of low alloy steel, cast iron, carbon steel, including buried pipe, the equipment made in site, steel structure ( such as steel ladders, cages, handrails, platforms, operating deck, support steel, pipe rack, etc.). 所有低合金钢, 铸铁, 碳钢包括埋地管、现场制造的设备、钢结构(如钢梯、围栏、扶手、平台、操作台、支撑钢架、管架等)的表面。2). The field touch up is required for equipment and valves that have painted in the manufactory. 在制造厂已涂漆的设备及阀门现场需补涂的表面。 4.2 Items not to be painted 以下项内容不需涂漆 1). The equipment that have painted in the manufactory ( see sec. 4.3 )制造厂已涂漆的设备 ( 见4.3节 ) 2). Stainless steel pipe and equipment. 不锈钢管道和设备 3). Surfaces of galvanized carbon steel except that underground piping & sec.13.0镀锌碳钢表面(不包括地下镀锌碳钢表面及第13.0节的规定) 4). Motors and other electrical /electronic equipment 电机和其他电气或电子设备 5). Nonmetallic surfaces非金属表面 4.3 The painting application for equipment which provided by vendor should be meet with the following reqiurements:采购设备的油漆使用应符合下列要求: 1). Instruments, motors, transformers and enclosures for switchgear may be coated with the manufacturers standard paint. The manufacturer shall, however, be advised of the environment.仪表、电机、变压器及开关柜的外壳可以使用厂家标准的油漆, 但制造厂应考虑到使用环境。 2). Purchased equipment, limited to: machinery drivers and auxiliaries supplied by the equipment vendor and valves, shall have the surface preparation and prime coats completed at the manufacturers shop. At the option of the purchaser, finish coats may also be shop-applied.限定于由设备厂商供货的机械转动设备和附件及阀门应在制造厂车间进行表面处理并完成底漆,根据采购商的要求面漆也可在车间完成。 3). Damaged coatings shall be repaired using the prescribed surface preparation and paint system. 对于损坏的涂层应按上述说明的表面处理和涂漆系统要求进行修复。 5.0 Surface Preparation表面处理 5.1 All steel surfaces shall be prepared using procedures that comply with the standard “The design code of external anticorrosion for chemical equipment and pipe”( HG/T20679-90 ), unless otherwise stated in this standard. 所有钢表面处理使用的步骤应符合“化工设备和管道外防腐的设计规范 (HG/T20679-90)”,除非该标准另有规定。 5.2 Additional requirements for preparation of steel surface: 钢表面处理的其他要求: 1). Blast cleaned surfaces shall be painted before any visible rusting occurs. If rusting occurs, the surface shall be blast cleaned again.在可见锈形成之前对已喷砂的表面涂漆,如果有锈形成,表面应再次进行喷砂处理。 2). Sand-blasting preparation shall be up to HG/T20679-90, Sa2.5.喷砂处理应达到HG/T20679-90 Sa2.5级。 3). After sand-blasting, any contaminants shall be removed and keep CLEAN and DRY before painting. 喷砂后,清除所有污物,在涂漆前保持清洁干燥。 4). For the surface that cannot be cleaned by sand blasting, must be cleaned with grinding wheel or brush.对于喷砂无法清理的表面, 必须用电动砂轮或钢丝刷进行清理。 6.0 Painting Application涂漆应用 6.1 Application of the primer shall be done immediately after the prepared surface has been inspected and approved by Contractor Inspector.表面处理后经承包商检验员检查并认可应立即涂底漆。 6.2 Application of paint shall comply with HG/T20679-90, unless otherwise stated in this standard. 涂漆的使用应符合HG/T20679-90的要求,除非该标准另有规定。 6.3 All work shall be done by skilled craftsmen who are qualified to perform the required work.所有的工作应由合格的技工完成。 6.4 All coats shall be thoroughly DRY before the succeeding coat is applied. The minimum and maximum overcoating intervals for all paints, provided in the paint Vendors data sheet shall be strictly complied with.在涂下一层之前必须使所有的漆层彻底干燥,涂漆厂商数据表中提供的所有涂漆的最小和最大涂装间隔时间应严格遵守。6.5 Painting must be performed within 4 hours after sand blasting, otherwise painting surface must be re-prepared.管道外表面涂漆必须在喷砂处理后4小时内进行,否则管道外表面需要重新处理。 6.6Before painting, it is necessary to check the valid period of the paint, overdue paint cant be used. And paint instruction must be read and understood to ensure the correct usage.涂漆之前必须检查油漆的有效期,对于过期的油漆不得使用,并应详细阅读油漆说明书,以保证正确使用。 7.0 Painting Requirements涂漆要求7.1 The painting quality can guarantee at least keep 5 years anti-corrosive protection. If possible, a sample or a photo shall be provided to show status of 5 years old painting by painting supplier.油漆质量应能够保证只有至少5年的防腐蚀能力。如果可能,油漆供货商应提供一个五年的油漆样板或照片,以说明其防腐蚀能力。7.2 The paint supplier must be SIGMA COATINGS except underground piping paints and fireproofing paints.除地下管道及防火涂料外,涂料供货商必须是式玛涂料。 7.3The selection of paints see attached table. 涂漆品种选用见附表。8.0 Steel Structure Used Between -40C to 150C with Fireproof Coating Requirement在环境温度为-40C至150C中使用的有防火要求的钢结构外表面 8.1Supplier shall do one-layer coat in shop which is polyamide zinc epoxy primer (7402 Sigmacover zinc primer) with thickness of 50 mm.供货商只涂一道双组份聚酰胺固化富锌环氧底漆(7402环氧富锌底漆),其厚度为50mm。8.2 After installation and proper touch up, Fire-fighting Bureau will paint the fireproof coating up to required thickness.安装就位且适当补漆后,由消防局涂防火涂料达到需要的厚度。8.3 Then Construction Company shall paint the last topcoat. The coating is aliphatic recoatable polyurethane finish (7528 Sigmadur gloss) with the thickness 60mm, and the color is blue (Ral 5019).然后由安装公司涂最后一道面漆,油漆品种为双组份脂肪族可覆涂聚氨酯面漆(7528 可覆涂聚氨酯面漆),其厚度为60mm,颜色为蓝色(Ral 5019)。 9.0External Protection of Underground Piping地下管道的外防腐 9.1 High Built Coal Tar Epoxy paints shall be applied as per attached table F.按附表F使用环氧煤沥青涂料。 9.2 The steel surface preparation shall be up to Sa2.5 or St3.钢表面处理应达到 Sa2.5级或St3级。 9.3 The total dry film thickness of paints shall be not less than 0.7 mm. The width of ring and space between two rings is defined on sec. 12.3.不锈钢管道的基本色泽是通过位于每一设备初始部位的、在阀的每一侧的并当管道改变方向时的两个圆环来涂漆的。圆环的宽度及两圆环之间的距离在12.3节中定义。For insulated pipe line, basic tint is located as stainless steel pipe.对于保温管线,基本色泽的涂漆如不锈钢管线。12.2 Identification Tint标识色泽For carbon steel pipe, a color ring ( according with fluid painting code ) is coated on basic tint on start of pipe near each equipment, on each side of valve and when pipe is changing of direction. The width of space between two rings is defined on sec. 12.3.对于碳钢管,色环(相当于流体油漆代码)是通过位于每一设备初始部位的、在阀的每一侧的并当管道改变方向时的基本色泽来涂漆的。圆环之间的距离在12.3节中定义。For stainless steel pipe and insulated pipe, a color ring is located between two rings basic tint. Size 尺寸DN OF PIPE管道直径 (DN)WIDTH OF RING 圆环的宽度 (mm)MINIMUM SPACE BETWEEN RINGS圆环之间最小距离L1L2DN 5050 2001002004005010020010 m15 m20 m13.0 Identification for Equipment设备的标识13.1Equipment shall be IDENTIFIED with numbers or letters as designated by THE OWNER.设备的标识由业主来命名书写符号或字母。13.2The numbers/letters shall be painted in a color which contrasts sharply with the base color of the equipment.符号或字母的颜色应与设备的底色有很大的反差。13.3Pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and other vessels shall be identified in two places. Piping shall be identified at connections to pumps, at main junctions, manifolds, culverts and at battery limits. Over 3.05m 大于 3.05m 36 90014.0 Additional Specifications附加说明It is not necessary to paint on the surface of galvanised steel in principle. But for galvanized steel presenting damages exposing the steel, shall be repaired prior touch up by cleaning the damaged surface by mechanical wire brushing to St3.
