关于个人仪表和行为规范The Dress Codes and Personal Grooming Policiesl 政策目的Objective为了树立良好的企业形象,营造良好的企业风气,提高工作效率和效益。严明公司的纪律及规章制度,以确保员工能在优雅的工作环境内工作。These policies are enacted in order to establish a good image and create a good culture for the company as an enterprise, improve efficiency and profit, assert the discipline and the policies of the company, and to ensure a decent working environment for all the employees.l 政策内容Content公司倡导员工穿着应大方、得体,时刻保持服装整洁,态度热情,举止得体,仪表端庄,适合于工作场所。It is advocated by the company that the employee should be dressed up neat, clean, and decent at all times, cherish a warm attitude, maintain good manners, and keep up a dignified appearance suitable for the workplace.一、Personal Appearance 个人仪表1 仪表端庄、举止得体。工作时精神饱满,充满活力,避免行动懒散。Employees should be dressed up neat, clean, and decent at all times. Look smart, not sloppy.2 头发:须经常清洗,保持清洁,长度适当。不得留奇异发型,不得染怪异颜色。女员工(除办公室人员)长发必须扎起或盘起,避免刘海遮住眼睛;男员工不准留长发,发长不超过耳根处,不可剃光头。Hair: Keeping hair clean and be of proper length. Odd hair color and style are not allowed. For females (except office females), long hair should be tied up or coiled up and avoid bangs covering eyes; for males, hair is short enough not reaching the end of ear and shouldnt be shaved bald.3 指甲:要经常修整,不能太长。女员工指甲不准修饰过于夸张,男员工不得留长指甲。Fingernails: Often clip fingernails and keep a proper length. No bizarre color for women and no long fingernails for men.4 胡须:不可太长,要经常修剪,不能蓄络腮胡须。 Beard and Moustache: Should be regularly shaved and kept at reasonable length. No keeping whiskers for men. 5 口腔:避免在办公室吃有特殊气味的食物,注意个人卫生,勤刷牙洗澡换衣。Mouth: Avoid eating food with pungent smell in office. Pay attention to personal hygiene: brushing teeth, bathing and changing clothes regularly. 6 化妆:适当修饰,不浓妆艳抹。Make-up: Apply cosmetics appropriately. Do not wear heavy makeup.7 配饰:员工上班期间应佩戴员工识别卡,将有照片一面外露用公司统一发放的卡带佩带。Ornament: The identification card must be worn and the surface with photo is out. The company-required card belt should be used.二、Personal Dress 个人着装1 裙子:女员工不可穿吊带裙和超短裙,裙子不得短于膝盖上10CM。Skirt:Do not wear suspender and mini skirt and the skirt should be no shorter than 10CM above the knee.2 上衣:不得穿吊带衫、背心和圆领T恤,办公室男员工必须将Polo衫和衬衫扎在裤子里。Top: No suspender tops, sleeveless vests and round-neck T-shirts. For office male personnel, Polo and shirts must be tucked inside trousers. 3 裤子:在办公室工作的员工和管理层不得穿牛仔裤,着工作服上班的工人和生产管理人员可以穿牛仔裤。所有人员不得穿迷彩裤(保安除外),不得穿长度不足以盖住脚踝的裤子。Trousers: No jeans for office personnel and management. People working on the production floor (including management) can wear jeans if they are wearing a Wanvog uniform. No army uniforms (except security guards) for staff. The length of trousers must reach ones ankles.4 鞋子:不得穿拖鞋(包括凉拖鞋),工人不允许穿鞋跟高于4CM的高跟鞋。Shoes: Do not wear slippers and sandals. Workers should wear less than 4cm high-heeled shoes. 5 穿着:工人上班应穿工作服,工作服不得私自更改,车间女员工不允许穿裙子,办公室人员只能穿蓝色的工作服。Dress: Workers wear uniform at working time, and the uniform should not be changed at will. Female workers should not wear skirts. Office personnel only can wear blue uniform. 三、Personal Behavior 个人言行1. 工作中保持举止得体,步态轻盈,精神饱满,充满活力,避免衣着不整,行动懒散。Maintain good working posture, walk briskly and keep good working momentum; do not carry sloppy appearance, avoid slack sitting, standing and walking appearance.2. 注重文明礼貌,语言简明得体,微笑接听电话,音量以不影响同事为宜,铃响二声应接电话,如果本人不在座位上,其他同事应在电话铃响三声后代替接电话。 Keep good manners in behavior, use succinct and decent language when speaking. Receive phone calls with smile, with the voice within acceptable range. Answer the call within two rings. If the user of the phone is not at the seat, the workmate s
