RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE DRIVER驾驶员工作守则1. The driver is required to own the legal and effective driving license. Be strict with the traffic rules and guarantee the safe driving .驾驶员必须具备并在工作中随身携带合法有效的驾驶执照。严格遵守交通法规确保安全驾驶。2. The driver should complete the work assigned by the leaders without any other attached demand. Driver should not drive the vehicle without the agreement from the related leader or leave or lend the vehicle to other people to drive.驾驶员应无条件完成领导指派的任务。未经相关领导许可，驾驶员不得将车交给他人驾驶。3. The driver should not discuss the companys business with other people.驾驶员不得和外人随意谈论公司相关事宜。4. The driver is required to pay attention to the personal sanitary and keep the clothes clean. If the driver is sick, tell the related leader and ask the sickness off. We dont support the driver drives when he is ill. 驾驶员应注意个人卫生，穿着整洁。如有生病，向相关领导书面形式请病假。单位不鼓励驾驶员带病驾驶。5. Keep the cellphone on work for 24 hours. If the driver doesnt take the cellphone and cause to delay the business and work, the SINOMACH has the right to terminate the employment at any time! The driver is not suggested to use the phone during the driving.保持手机24小时开机。如果驾驶员不带手机造成工作延误，公司有权在任何时间终止劳动合同。开车过程中不得使用手机，必须要接打电话时，需得到乘坐人员的许可后将车停靠路边使用手机。6. The driver should be warm and respectable to all the company staff and guests, and provide the considerable service to them.驾驶员应对公司所有人员和外来人员热情，尊重，提供可靠服务。7. The driver should examine the vehicles certifications. If you find out some problems such as insurance and yearly examination, remind the related leaders in time.驾驶员应检查车辆相关证件。如发现保险或年检到期，应及时汇报相关领导。8. If the traffic accident happens when the driver drives, report it to the related leaders as earlier as possible. Do not deal with the problem privately or conceal the truth. Otherwise the driver should take responsibility for all the related results and legal liability.如发生交通事故，驾驶员应立即报告相关领导。不得私自解决问题或掩盖事实。否则驾驶员将承担一切相关后果和法律责任。9. The driver should also abide by the other rules and regulations required by company.驾驶员同时应遵守公司其他规章制度。10.
