And one of the subjects, learning and knowing of whichcan help you to be competitive at the human resources market, is foreign language. The more foreign languages you know the better. 对每一个人未来的成功而言，教育是最重要的因素之一。一个人应该总是努力学习。在人力资源市场，对英语这门学科的了解和学习能帮助你参与激烈的竞争，你外语学的越好，你参与市场竞争的成功率就越高Nowadays English became the language of the world and it became a compulsory subject to be learnt in every school. But not every student has interest in learning English, so a teacher has to motivate and interest students in learning it. That is why, I suppose, English lessons always have to be very interesting. 现在英语变成了国际语言，每个学校，英语都成了必修课。可是并不是每个学生都对学习英语感兴趣，因此，在学习英语方面，一个老师不得不激发学生学习的兴趣。我认为，那就是英语课总是非常有趣的原因吧。 As we all know, the way of teaching foreign language in every country is different and conditions in which a teacher has to work are not the same as well. So, here I want to say a few words about teaching English in China: what difficulties have I met with, what suggestions do I have in order to make teaching and studying English in China easier and more effective. 众所周知，每一个国家，教英语的方法是不同的，同时一位教师工作面对的条件也是不一样的。因此，在这儿，关于中国的英语教学，我想说几句话：我所遇到的困难和所做的建议，目的都是为了让中国的英语教学和学习，变得更加容易，更加有效。First of all, I want to say that it is not really easy for a foreigner to teach in a class that has from 80 to 90 students. It is really hard to do, and It was shocking for me when I came. As I think, this number of students doesnt allow children to get all the information which they could get during a lesson. 首先，我想说，对一个外国人而言，在一个拥有80到90个学生的班级里上英语课真的不容易。它真的很难做好，当我来到这的时候，我很震惊。我想，在课堂上，这个数目的学生，得不到他们该在课堂上得到的学习信息。The second thing, that I think it is not really good, is that there are very good and backward (in knowing English) pupils in every class. So, while good students work during the class, backward students are sleeping or talking. Conversely, good students get bored while the teacher waits for response from a weak student So, in our country this problem is solved like this. During every English lesson we divide every class into 3 groups (since our classes have about 30 students, we have about 10 students in each group), in every group there are gathered students with approximate identical skills and knowledge in English. Every student passes a test so that teachers could understand in which group to put him or her. Our country specialists believe that learning of foreign language can be really effective only in groups of 10 or less people. If there are 10 or less students in every group, a teacher has an opportunity to ask every student during the class, and every student has an opportunity to talk during the class. 第二，我认为这种状况不好，每个班内，在英语方面，都有非常优秀的学生和后进生。因此，当优秀的学生在班内认真听课时，后进生却正在睡觉或者说话。相反，当老师正在等待后进生回答问题时，优秀的学生却感觉有点厌倦。因此，在我们国家这个问题是这样被解决的。每一节课上，我们把都把每个班级分成三组（因为我们的班级大约有30名学生，所以每组内大约有10个人）每组内，每个学生都选择在英语方面知识技能相似的学生。老师为了能确定把他/她放在哪一组合适，每个学生都要通过一个测试。我们国家的专家们相信：在10个或更少人数的组内学习外语真的会更有效 。每个组内，如果只有10个或更少的人，那么在课堂上，每个学生都有谈话的机会。And third, what I think is very useful for children is if they will be able to watch and listen to more American and English music and movies in the original. With the help of these, children can become more interested in western culture and English language particularly. And it is just very good for every student to be surrounded by only English language even 10 minutes a week.第三，我认为，孩子们如果能多看美式或英式原版电影和听原版音乐，那对学英语是非常有用的。在这些媒体的帮助下，孩子们对西方的文化和英语语言，就会变得特别感兴趣。哪怕一周只有10分钟的学英语氛围，对每个学生的英语学习来说也是有帮助的。In conclusion, I want to say that I see every teacher in China as a very responsible specialist who is eager to teach. And even though I may not have big experience yet, all the teachers always showed great respect to me!
