宝钢技术2012年第一期宝钢经济型油套管接头产品开发及应用王琍,罗蒙(宝山钢铁股份有限公司研究院,上海201900)摘要:油套管接头的性能是油套管管柱重要质量指标之一,其选用条件是根据油气田工况条件,采用API扣型和特殊螺纹扣型。对于低压低产气井,选用API扣型不能保证气密封性能,选用特殊螺纹扣型价格贵、成本高,因此,没有合适的扣型选用。宝钢根据油田低压低产气井工况条件,设计开发了经济型油套管产品,产品通过全尺寸实物性能试验,其上扣完整性、密封完整性、结构完整性达到了产品设计要求,并在油田完成了下井试验,产品满足了油田实际工况的要求,实现了实用性和经济性的统一。关键词:油套管; 接头; 气井中图分类号:TP391文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0716(2012)01-0001-05doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0716.2012.01.001Development and application of Baosteels economical oiltubing and casing connectionsWANG Li and LUO Meng(Research Institute, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201900, China)Abstract:Performance of oil tubing and casing connections is one of the most important quality indicators for the column of oil tubing and casing. Based on the well condition, API series connections and special thread connections are preferred in general. However, for those gas wells with low yield and low pressure, there is almost no proper connection that can be used. The API series connections are poor in gas sealing, and the special thread ones are too expensive. Based on the working conditions of those gas wells, Baosteel has designed and developed an economical connection, which has been qualified in a full scale test in laboratory. Its integrity in make up, sealing and structure has reached the design requirements. And the product has gone through all the application tests in the oil field. As it can meet the needs of the oil fields, it has realized the unity of practicality and economic efficiency.Key words:tubing and casing; connection; gas wellGH4169合金VIM+PESR+VAR三联冶炼工艺及其冶金质量陈国胜1,刘丰军2,王庆增2,王资兴1,魏志刚1(宝山钢铁股份有限公司 1.研究院,上海201900; 2.特钢事业部,上海200940)摘要:介绍了GH4169合金 508锭的VIM+PESR+VAR三联工艺及其冶金效果和实物质量。结果表明,较之VIM+VAR双联工艺浇铸的电极,三联工艺PESR制作的电极由于没有缩孔、组织致密、纯洁度高,VAR冶炼的工艺稳定性显著提高,且VAR过程中掉块的几率大幅度降低,因而,宏观缺陷的出现率大幅度下降。同时由于PESR良好的脱硫、去氧作用,三联工艺成品锭硫、氧含量显著下降,热塑性也明显改善。此外,纯洁度的提高,势必导致氮化物、碳化物形成核心减少,加之工艺参数稳定性的提高,三联工艺成品材中碳化物分布的均匀性也有所改善。关键词:GH4169合金; VIM; PESR; VAR中图分类号:TF14文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0716(2012)01-0006-05doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0716.2012.01.002Metallurgical quality of GH4169 alloy by theVIM+PESR+VAR triad smelting processCHEN Guosheng1, LIU Fengjun2, WANG Qingzeng2, WANG Zixing1 and WEI Zhigang1(1.Research Institute, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201900, China;2.Special Steel Business Unit, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200940, China)Abstract:The metallurgical effect and product quality of GH4169 alloy ( 508 mm ingot) by the VIM+PESR+VAR triad smelting process were introduced. The results show that compared with the casting electrode by the VIM+VAR duplex smelting process, the PESR electrode by the triad smelting process is compact in structure and very pure and has no shrinkage, therefore, the VAR process stability has been significantly improved. Moreover, the probability of the falling particles has been greatly reduced, which leads to great reduction in the occurrence probability of macroscopic defects. Meanwhile, as the PESR functions well in desulphurization and deoxygenation, the contents of sulphur and oxygen in finished ingots by the triad smelting process have been notably lowered and the ingots thermoplasticity has been obviously improved. Furthermore, as the purity has been increased, it inevitably leads to the reduction of the nucleation of nitrides and carbides. The results show that when the temperature was at 1 060 or 1 120 and the deformation amount ranged from 10% to 60%, no signs of crack initiation or crack propagation were found. With the increase in deformation amount, the microcracking and microporosity would decrease or narrow in the initial cast microstructurere. When at the same deforming temperature, the dynamic recrystallization ratio would sharply increase with the increase in the deformation amount. It is difficult to control the alloy ingots composition uniformity because there are lots of adding elements and some easy segregation elements, like Fe and Cr in it. TC18 titanium alloys segregation problem can be solved by taking the following measures, such as controlling the quality of raw materials, improving burden distribution and way of pressing electrodes, adjusting the smelting process and ensuring the precision of equipment. With the improvement of the process, uniformity of the electrodes and the depth of the melting pool were well controlled, which finally ensured the alloy ingots composition uniformity achieved good effect.Key words:burden distribution; smelting process; segregationTC6钛合金的热塑性变形行为研究秦桂红(宝山钢铁股份有限公司特钢事业部,上海200940)摘要:采用热模拟试验机对TC6钛合金轧制态试样进行了不同温度和不同应变速率的应力应变试验,研究TC6钛合金的高温变形行为。试验结果表明,TC6钛合金在相同的温度下,应变速率越小,热塑性越好,越容易变形;应变速率对TC6钛合金热塑性的影响还与温度有很大的关系,温度越低,热塑性受应变速率的影响越明显。800900时,TC6钛合金热塑性受温度影响较大,变形温度越低,热塑性越差;900以上时,几乎不受变形温度和应变速率的影响。TC6钛合金在920950,应变速率1.0 s-1时具有良好的热塑性和很好的热加工性能。关键词:TC6钛合金; 热塑性; 变形行为中图分类号:TG146.2+3文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0716(2012)01-0020-03doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0716.2012.01.005Research on TC6 titanium alloys thermoplastic deformation behaviorQIN Guihong(Special Steel Business Unit, Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200940, China)Abstract:The test on TC6 titanium alloys stress strain property was conducted at different temperatures and different strain rates with a thermo simulation machine. The results show that at the same temperature, the lower the strain rate is, the better the alloys thermoplasticity is and the easier it deforms. The effect of the strain rate on the alloys thermoplasticity has more to do with temperature: the lower the temperature is, the more obviously the thermoplasticity is affected by the strain rate. When it is between 800 and 900, the TC6 titanium alloys thermoplasticity is affected by temperature greatly: the lower the temperature is, the poorer the thermoplasticity will be. When it is over 900, the alloys thermoplasticity almost has nothing to do with the deformation temperature and strain rate. The a-T and Pcm-T curves were tested at different temperatures. The results show that the duplex structure of the nanocrystalline alloy would be affected at different temperatures and would generate some difference in variety. So at different temperatures the alloys permeability and core loss characteristics are different. Through measuring and analyzing its magnetic property parameters, the relationship between the new high permeability FeCuNbCrVSiB nanocrystalline alloys structure and magnetic properties was explored from the view of the microstructure and closely related macroscopic magnetic properties of the nanocrystalline alloy. As the secondary hardening mechanism was used to design its composition and a variety of strong carbide elements and a lot of Co refining M2X phase were added to it, the steel had high strength, high hardness, high plasticity and high toughness when it was tempered at an appropriate temperature. It also has found a wide application prospect in the aerospace area. This paper aims to study the effect of the heat treatment regime on the microstructure and properties of the new high strength stainless steel and tries to find out an appropriate heat treatment regime to make the steel possess a good match between its strength and toughness. It will provide experimental foundations for the further research and application of the steel.Key words:high strength steel; heat treatment regime; mechanical property分析与研究磁场搅拌方式对Sn-11%Sb合金凝固组织与偏析的影响侯晓光1,2,刘俊江1(1.宝山钢铁股份有限公司,上海200431; 2.东北大学,辽宁沈阳110004)摘要:中心偏析是钢连铸坯的常见缺陷,严重影响了产品的质量。电磁搅拌是对金属凝固过程进行控制、改善连铸坯质量的有效手段,旋转磁场电磁搅拌在钢的连铸过程中已得到广泛的应用,但螺旋磁场电磁搅拌的研究鲜见报道。以低熔点合金模拟钢的凝固过程,对采用不同电磁搅拌方式改善中心偏析缺陷的效果进行了模拟对比试验。研究了螺旋磁场电磁搅拌和旋转磁场电磁搅拌对Sn-11%Sb二元合金凝固组织的影响,并与常规条件下的凝固组织进行对比。试验结果表明,在相同电磁搅拌参数下,螺旋磁场电磁搅拌比旋转磁场电磁搅拌更能减小铸锭上下部成分之间的差异,细化晶粒,更好地促进铸锭成分均匀化效果。关键词:螺旋磁场; 旋转磁场; 晶粒细化; SnSb合金; 偏析中图分类号:TG146.1+4文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0716(2012)01-0031-05doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0716.2012.01.008Effect of electromagnetic stirring methods on the solidificationstructure and segregation of Sn-11%Sb binary alloyHOU Xiaoguang1,2 and LIU Junjiang1(1.Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200431, China;2.Northeastern University, Shenyang 110004, Liaoning, China)Abstract:Center segregation is a kind of common defect in steel billets, which seriously affect the product quality. Electromagnetic stirring, which is one of the effective methods for controlling the metal solidification process, has been widely used in the continuous casting process. However, the research on spiral magnetic stirring was seldom reported. In this paper, effects of electromagnetic stirring methods on overcoming these defects are studied by simulating the solidification process of continuous casting steel with low melting alloys. Effects of different magnetic fields of electromagnetic stirring on solidification of Sn-11%Sb binary alloy have been studied and compared with this alloy in conventional conditions. The results show that, compared with the rotating magnetic field of electromagnetic stirring, the spiral magnetic field of electromagnetic stirring is more effective in decreasing the component difference between the upper and lower parts of the ingot, and it is more effective in refining grains and composition homogenization with the same electromagnetic stirring parameters.Key words:spiral magnetic field; rotating magnetic field; grain refinement; Sn-Sb alloy; segregation高强韧性海洋平台用E550钢板生产工艺研究胡聆,王鹏建(宝山钢铁股份有限公司制造管理部,上海201900)摘要:介绍了E550钢板的主要生产工艺和技术难点,通过理论分析设计了E550的成分体系,采用Thermal Calc和经验公式,获得了其热力学相图和相变点温度等热力学数据。根据E550的热力学特性,设计了两阶段轧制工艺,精轧的终轧温度控制在再结晶温度附近,利用奥氏体再结晶充分细化晶粒。淬火奥氏体化温度选择为920,回火温度设计为630,利用碳化物的析出强化效果和缺陷密度变化的位错强化获得良好的强韧性匹配。50 mm厚钢板的淬火态1/4厚度处的微观组织为马氏体,中心的组织为马氏体和少量贝氏体的混合物。回火热处理后,马氏体板条界面减少,碳化物在马氏体板条界面析出,钢板1/4到中心的组织均匀化。30和50 mm厚E550钢板的力学性能达到了船级社标准要求,并有较大的富裕量。热输入能量为15和50 kJ/cm焊接后,钢板具有良好的强度性能,熔合线和热影响区的冲击功较高。关键词:E550海洋平台钢; 成分设计; 控制轧制; 淬火+回火中图分类号:TG335.11文献标志码:B文章编号:1008-0716(2012)01-0036-07doi:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0716.2012.01.009Research on production process of high strength andtoughness E550 steel plate for offshore platformsHU Ling and WANG Pengjian(Products & Technique Management Department,Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Shanghai 201900, China)Abstract:The main processes and technical difficulties in production of the E550 plate were introduced. The E550 composition system was designed through theoretical analysis. Some thermodynamics data, such as the thermodynamic phase diagram and the temperature at the phase transformation point were worked out by the Thermal Calc and experiential formula. Based on the E550s thermodynamic properties, a two stage rolling process was designed. In order to fully refine grains by austenite recrystallization, the final finishing rolling temperature was controlled to be close to the recrystallization temperature. The austenitizing and quenching temperature was selected to be 920 and the tempering temperature to be 630. A good match of strength and toughness has been gained through making use of the carbide precipitation and the defect density of dislocation. The microstructure is martensite at 1/4 of the thickness and martensite mixed with a small amount of bainite at the center of the 50 mm quenched steel plate. After tempering, the martensite lath interface was reduced, the carbide precipitated at the martensite lath interface, and the structure of the plate was homogenized in the area from the place at 1/4 of the thickness to the center. The mechanical properties of the E550 steel plates (30 and 50 mm thick) reached the classification society standards and had a certain amount of surplus capacity. This paper analysed the formation mechanism of flaws and advanced some preventive countermeasures in terms of raw materials, heat treatment technics and grinding parameters.
