Coal is considered as the original materials to set up a new nitrogen-fertilizer joint device with an annual output of 320,000-ton synthetic ammonia and 560,000-ton urea. The total duration of this project is 39 months.越南宁平化肥厂项目现场距河内市区约90公里。现场北侧有一条河(DAY RIVER),现场距宁福港(Ninh Phuc Port)1.5公里左右,宁福港为越南国际港。现场西侧有一条正在修建的公路与国家主干道相连,预计2010年修好通车。现场内的施工用电以及生活用水为宁平省工业园区提供。The distance between Vietnam Fine Coal Base Fertilizer Project site and the urban area in Hanoi is about 90 kilometers. The River (DAY RIVER) is located in the north and the site is about 1.5 kilometers away with the Hong Kong Ningfu (Ninh Phuc Port). Ningfu port is an international port. There is a highway on the west side of the site, it is connected with national main road. it is expected to complete and be open to traffic in 2010. The electricity and water for construction on site are provided by the Ninh Binh Industrial Park.项目组成:Components1)生产装置:煤气化装置、净化装置、合成氨装置、尿素装置Production device: coal gasification device, purification devices, ammonia device and urea devices2)公用工程:热电站、空分、脱盐水、循环水、污水处理、火炬等Public works: Thermal power plants, Spacedivision, demineralized water, recycled water, sewage treatment, torch, etc.3)辅助生产设施:全厂总图、仓库、码头设施、原水取水泵站等Auxiliary production facilities: general layout, warehouses, port facilities, raw water intake pumping station, etc. 现场的分层碾压区和真空堆载区结束后需做静载试验,要求分层碾压以后的地基承载力达到50kpa,真空联合堆载区结束后的地基承载力达到120-130kpa.Static load test shall be applied as soon as finishing the areas of layer wise compaction and vacuumizing surcharge ,The soil bearing capacity is reached to 50kpa after layer wise compaction ,and reached to 120-130kpa after vacuumizing surcharge.2、 试验仪器、方法、原理 Test equipment, methods, and principles2.1、试验仪器设备 Test Equipment主要试验仪器设备见表2。 The main test equipments are in Table 1. 表1 Table 1序号Serial number仪器、设备名称 name of Apparatus, equipment 数量Amount型号规格 Model and specifications编号 No.标定有效期 valid Calibration 1千斤顶 Jack1台Set QW-505332-CNG-0182009-9-192百分表 Dial Indicator2只0-50mm5-3132、5-26692009-9-13精密压力表 Precision pressure gauge1只YJ-1502007-8-24682009-10-244钢制承压板 Steel pressure-bearing plate 1块Piece 0.5m2-2.2、检测方法、原理:Test methods and principles(1) 本次试验采用慢速维持荷载法,安装时,在压板底面铺设2cm中粗砂找平,以试验点位为中心,在其上安装承压板、千斤顶、钢梁,并对中。This test adopts slow-loading method , medium sand with 1-2cm thickness is applied to make the ground even when setting device,then taking the test point as centre to install load bearing plate,jack,girder steel and align them.(2) 以千斤顶为中心,将荷载对准放好,使荷重的中心尽量与压板中心重合。Taking the jack as centre,and level load to make the centres of load and bearing plate in line.(3) 安装基准梁和百分表。堆载法示意图如下(100kPa时采用汽车装砂子作荷载):Install the base beam and dial indicator.Loading illustrator as belows(truck carrying sand should be applied for loading as reaching 100kPa)2.3 、检测方法 Detection method2.3.1、加载方式Loading method现场试验采用慢速维持荷载法采用手动加压千斤顶逐级加载,加载级数根据地层承载力的不同有所调整。按2倍地基承载力加载,则分层碾压后试验需加载到100kpa以上,分10级;真空堆载后的试验需加载到240kpa以上,分10级加载。Adopt slow-loading method and manual jack for graduate loading, the loading increment is adjusted based on the bearing capacity of different layers.Loading with 2 times of soil bearing capacity,it means that the test when finishing layer wise compaction should load to over100kPa, and over 240kPa when vacuumizing surcharge is ended ,with being divided by 10 grades to load.静载荷试验加载分级 Degrades of static load test 级数degrades123456789分层碾压分级荷载Divided load of layer-wise compaction(kPa)2030405060708090100真空堆载分级荷载Divided load of vacummizing surcharge(kPa)5075100125150175200225250备注:第一级按2倍分级荷载加载。Remark:The first grade is loaded according to 2 times of subgrade loading.2.3.2荷载及沉降测量 Load and settlement measurement2.3.2.1、荷载值通过压力表测量;Measure the loading value by pressure gauge;2.3.2.2 地层沉降则通过对称正向布置于承压板的百分表测量,百分表均用磁性表座固定,基准梁在独立的基准桩上安装。 The layer settlement is measured by the Dial symmetrically arranged on pressure-bearing board, and the Dial is fixed by magnetic table, the reference beam is installed on the independent reference pile.2.3.3慢速维持荷载法试验步骤: Steps of Slow-loading test method:2.3.3.1每级荷载施加后按时间5、5、10、10、15、15min测读承压板沉降量,以后每隔30min测读一次。 Measurement of settlement: after each load increment, measure the settlements at intervals of 5,5,10,10,15,15 min, and then measure the settlements at an interval of 30 min.2.3.3.2沉降相对稳定标准:当连续二小时内每小时沉降量小于等于0.1mm,即可加下一级荷载。Relatively Stability standard: if the settlement of each hour is less than 0.1mm in two continual hours, we can conduct next load test.2.3.4终止加载条件:Terminating load qualification当出现下列情况之一时,可终止试验: When one of the following phenomenon appears, loading shall be terminated.(1) 、沉降急剧增大,土被挤出或承压板周围出现明显的隆起; The settlement increased sharply, the soil around bearing plate been squeezed out obviously;(2) 、承压板的累计沉降量已大于其宽度或直径的6%; The cumulative settlement has been greater than the width or 6% of diameter;(3)、本级荷载的沉降量大于前级荷载沉降量的5倍,荷载与沉降曲线出现明显的陡降;The settlement at this load level is five times greater than the previous settlement, and there is a significant drop on P-s cueve;(4) 、在本级荷载下24小时的沉降速率不能达到相对稳定标准;The settlement cant stabilize within 24 hours under the action of load;(5)已达到压重平台的最大重量。当满足前三种情况之一时,其对应的前一级荷载定为极限荷载。When meet one of the first conditions, the former load is regarded as limited load correspondly.3.各区静载试验分布 Distribution of each area static load test分层碾压区试验分布表 Test distribution of storied rolling zone区号area No. 项目itemABCDEFGHIJKL载荷试验(组)Load test (group)真空联合堆载区试验分布表Test distribution of vacuumizing surcharge zone区号area No. 项目itemABCDEFGHIJ载荷试验(组)Load test (group)1 01 1 01 1 00
