保安部规定和程序题目：溺水事件处理规定和程序规定和程序编号：CRI - SE 007页数：5 / 4准备：保安部经理日期：2003-6-1批准：总经理日期：2003-6-1传达致：各部门生效日期：2003-6-1定义 Objective目的To establish a standard rescuing procedure in the event of drowning occur to prevent loss of life.制订标准救援程序以便发生泳池溺水时挽救生命.Scope 适用范围1.Drowning in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi.泳池或漩流浴池溺水.2.Drowning in the bathtub浴盆内溺水3.Drowning in the water compartment.储水池内溺水.规定Rescue procedure抢救措施1.Rescue at swimming pool/Jacuzzi泳池/漩流浴池1.1 Notify pool attendance and at the same time try to rescue the drowning person by using life saving apparatus provided at the pool side.通知泳池救生员, 同时用池边的救生设备抢救落水者.1.2 After pulling out the casualties out of the pool check whether he/she is still conscious and breathing.将溺水者救上岸后检查他是否呼吸.1.3 Cover his body with blanket to comfort him/her, if he/she is still conscious, try to talk to him/her. If he/she is unconscious call the Security and Duty Manager to send First Aid Team immediately.用毛毯将他盖好安慰他, 如他还有知觉尽量跟他说话. 如他失去知觉则尽快 呼叫保安和值班经理并立即派急救小组到场.1.4 Only qualified First Aider are allowed to treat casualties with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).持有资格证书的急救员才能对溺水者进行人工呼吸.1.5 The Duty Manager to call for Ambulance and send the casualties to Hospital immediately.值班经理呼叫救护车立即送溺水者去医院.1.6 If the drowning happens during office hour call for in house Doctor to attend tothe casualties immediately.如果溺水发生在正常上班时间, 立即叫酒店医生处理.1.7 If the casualties is conscious let him/her decide whether or not to go to hospital or he/she wants Doctor to come .If the casualties is unconscious then the Duty Manager and Executive on Duty will decide whether to call for Doctor or send to Hospital.如果溺水者处于清醒状态, 则由他自行决定是否去医院或叫医生前来.如溺水者失去知觉, 则由值班经理和酒店行政总值班决定是否送医院或叫医生前来. 1.8 It is the responsibilities of the Duty Manager to inform General Manager or E.A.M immediately.由值班经理负责通知总经理或副总经理.2.Rescue at bathtub浴盆溺水救护2.1Drain out the water in the bathtub and call Security and Front Office immediately.将浴盆内的水放空并立即呼叫保安和前台.2.2If the casualties is still conscious check whether he/she is drunk, heart attack, fainted or being attack by somebody.如果溺水者仍然清醒, 则检查他是否醉酒, 突发心脏病,昏倒或遭到袭击.2.3If the casualties is unconscious and not breathing and there is sign of being attack by people ,do not touch anything until the First Aid Team arrive with the Security and Duty Manager.如果溺水者神智不清而且现场又有溺水者被攻击的迹象, 切勿动任何物品,等待急救队和保安经理的到来.2.4Call for Ambulance and send casualties to Hospital. If casualties found dead notify the Police immediately.呼叫救护车将溺水者送往医院. 如果溺水者已死亡则立即通知当地公安部门.2.5Duty Manager to inform General Manager or E.A.M immediately. 值班经理通知总经理或副总经理.3.Rescuing drowning in the water storage compartment.储水池溺水救护3.1This is referring to the water storage area whereby drowning can happen to the Engineering staff or contractor while doing inspection or maintenance in the storage compartment.此项指工程部员工或承包商进行储水池检查或维修时发生的事件.3.2Inform Security ,Duty Manager and Chief Engineer immediately.立即通知值班经理和总工程师.3.3Call for help and try to rescue the drowning person but do not attempt to do the rescue alone.呼叫其他人前来营救溺水者, 切不可试图单独营救.3.4Security to send First Aid team immediately and the HEAT team to rescue the victim.保安部派急救小组和紧急行动小组立即前来.3.5Duty Manager will call for ambulance and send casualties to Hospital immediately.值班经理打电话叫救护车送溺水者去医院.3.6Duty Manager to inf
