HENAN ZHONGTIAN ELECTRIC EQUIPMENTS GROUP CO., LTD河南中天电气装备集团有限公司Add: East of No. 13 Latitude Road Dongcheng Industry Zone Xuchang, HenanTEL: 0086374-5192636 FAX: 00863745192668 干式铁芯电抗器安装、操作和维护 河南中天电气装备集团有限公司本手册适用于额定容量1200KV及以下、电压等级35KV以下环氧浇注干式铁芯电抗器的安装和使用.1. 产品特点串联电抗器与高压并联电容器组相串联，通常安装在500KV、220KV、110KV等变电站的低压回路中。具有补偿电网无功功率、提高系统功率因数和输电能力以及抑制谐波、减少电网电压波形畸变、限制电容器组的开关合闸涌流等众多功能。并联电抗器，通常用于高压并联补偿回路，可以限制远距离输电线路上轻载或者空载时的电压升高，补偿线路的容性充电电流，提高功率因数。电抗器可节约能源，提高电力系统的稳定性和可靠性。该产品在先进的干式变压器的设计技术、工艺技术上融合了电抗器专有浇注工艺和噪音控制技术，引进生产设备及检验设备进行产品设计、生产和检验。该产品具有绝缘强度好、局放小、机械强度高、节能、体积小、重量轻、防潮、阻燃、噪音低、过载能力强、可靠性高、漏磁少等优点，可广泛应用于输变电系统、电气铁道、冶金、石化等领域，特别是安装距离有限和具有特殊防火要求的城网变电站、地下变电站以及对电磁干扰有特别要求的微机控制站等场所，更能充分发挥其体积小、阻燃和漏磁少的优越性。2. 产品型号说明3. 执行标准GB10229-88 电抗器JB/T10775-2007 6KV-35KV级干式并联电抗器技术参数和要求JB5346-1998 串联电抗器DL462-92 高压并联电容器用串联电抗器订货技术条件IEC289-88 Reactors4. 使用条件4.1安装地点：户内4.2冷却方式：空气自冷（AN）或强迫风冷（AF）4.3防护等级：外壳防护等级有IPOO、IP20、IP23等型式。IP20可以防止直径不小于12.5mm 的固体异物进入壳体；IP23除具有IP20的防护功能外，还可以防止与垂直面在60度范 围内的水淋入。同时，我们还可以按照用户的要求防护等级制造外壳。4.4环境温度：-10-+40,。若环境温度高于40，按相关标准和有关规定做适当的定额调整。4.5海拔高度：不超过1000m。若海拔超过1000m，按相关标准和有关规定做适当的定额调整。4.6绝缘等级：F级4.7本产品一般为户内式，应安装在场地清洁通风良好和具有合适的大气条件的户内场所。如果电抗器安装在地下室或开关柜等空间受限制的地方时，应该有足够的通风，一般按每1KW损耗（空载损耗|+负载损耗）需约4/min风量选取。5. 使用条件4.1安装地点：户内4.2冷却方式：空气自冷（AN）或强迫风冷（AF）4.3防护等级：外壳防护等级有IPOO、IP20、IP23等型式。IP20可以防止直径不小于12.5mm 的固体异物进入壳体；IP23除具有IP20的防护功能外，还可以防止与垂直面在60度范 围内的水淋入。同时，我们还可以按照用户的要求防护等级制造外壳。4.4环境温度：-10-+40,。若环境温度高于40，按相关标准和有关规定做适当的定额调整。4.5海拔高度：不超过1000m。若海拔超过1000m，按相关标准和有关规定做适当的定额调整。4.6绝缘等级：F级4.7本产品一般为户内式，应安装在场地清洁通风良好和具有合适的大气条件的户内场所。如果电抗器安装在地下室或开关柜等空间受限制的地方时，应该有足够的通风，一般按每1KW损耗（空载损耗|+负载损耗）需约4/min风量选取。1. 产品装卸5.1装卸设备可采用起重机、吊车、铲车或叉车等起吊设备，严禁铲车碰到电抗器器身及底部的铁心。5.2装卸时应严格遵守国家有关装卸规程，平衡起吊，小心轻放，保证人身和设备安全。主体包装箱四角下方（滑木倒角处附近）喷有起吊符号标志，起吊时，应在包装箱四下角垫木处挂钢丝绳（如图1）；如果没有包装箱或电抗器从包装箱中吊出时，应同时使用器身上的所有吊环起吊（如图2）.5.3所有的钢丝绳和吊钩应能承受吊运整体质量的要求，起吊钢丝绳之间的夹角不得大于60度。2. 产品运输6.1产品运输过程中必须保持正常的直立状态。6.2产品可用火车、轮船、汽车或飞机等交通工具进行运输。装运产品的车厢、船舱和货仓等需保持清洁，无气体或液体污染物，不要与腐蚀性的物品放在一起。6.3产品装车情况必须符合运输规程中的要求，并将产品放牢固，在运输过程中不允许有摇晃碰撞和滑移的现象以免造成意外事故。6.4无包装的电抗器，附带的零件、配套件及出厂文件等另装成箱，与电抗器一起发运。6.5无包装箱的产品通过底座夹件、吊环、地脚等处与运输工具固定，不得绑拉线圈绝缘子、垫块、引线等易损件，以防拉坏产品。6.6产品运输过程中，其倾斜度不得大于30度。6.7产品卸下时不得堆码，同时下面要用方木等物件垫好，垫高不小于100mm。3. 检查验收 用户收到电抗器后，应立即进行检查7.1检查产品的铭牌与订货合同是否相符，如产品型号、额定容量、额定电压、电抗率等。7.2检查出厂文件是否齐全7.3检查包装箱内零部件和附件是否与装箱单相符7.4检查产品在运输过程中有无损伤，产品零部件、附件是否损伤或移位，接线是否松动、断裂，绝缘是否有破损，是否有脏物或异物等。7.5产品开箱检查完毕，如不立即投入运行，应妥善保存或重新包装好，以防损伤丢失7.6如果发现产品包装或本体严重损坏，请立即通知浙江广天变压器有限公司，保护好产品直到问题得以解决。4. 仓储保管8.1需仓储保管的产品，不应拆除包装，如因验收需拆包装，验收完毕后恢复包装。8.2对需长期仓储的产品，必须在库房存放，库房应清洁、干燥，不应同时储存活性化学药品。8.3所有产品不许堆码8.4短期户外放置的产品不应拆除包装，要用方木等物品垫好，垫高不小于100mm，并应防潮、防雨、防受损害或破坏。8.5仓储最低温度：-10.5. 产品安装9.1安装前应认真阅读本说明书，产品铭牌和产品外形尺寸图，了解产品重量、安装要求、方法等内容，准备好相应的起吊设备和工具。9.2本产品安装时，一般离开墙壁和其障碍物500mm,相应电抗器之间应有500mm的距离。应保证良好通风。 9.3一般情况下，电抗器可直接放置在使用场地，安装检查完毕即可投入运行。对于防震和其他特殊要求的情况，安装电抗器的地基应埋置螺栓，螺栓位置应参照电抗器外形尺寸图，使之与电抗器安装孔相应，通过埋地螺栓把电抗器固定，螺母紧固后应采取防松措施。9.4将电抗器底座上的接地螺栓与接地螺母排可靠连接。9.5将电抗器的出线端子与系统母线排相连接，连接线应有一定的弹性余地。6. 运行前的检查10.1检查电抗器相序是否与电网相序一致。10.2检查所有紧固件，连接件是否松动，并重新紧固一次。10.3检查运输时拆下的零部件是否重新安装妥当，并检查电抗器是否有异物存在，如有过多的灰尘，须按12.2条清理。10.4（串联电抗器具有在1.35倍频率额定电流下长期运行的能力，但在通常情况下，串联电抗器长期运行电流最好在1.35倍额定电流以内。）7. 运行前的试验11.1测量绕组的直流电阻11.2测量绕组电抗值11.3检查电抗器箱体和铁心是否已永久性接地。11.4线圈绝缘电阻的测试，一般情况下（温度20-30，湿度90%）： 线圈-地300M（10KV） 仪表：2500V 兆欧表线圈-地1000M（35KV） 仪表：2500V 兆欧表在比较潮湿的环境下，电抗器的绝缘电阻值会有所下降。一般的，若每1000V额定电压，在其绝缘电阻值不小于2M（一分钟25时的度数），就会满足运行要求。当不满足上述条件或电抗器遭受异常潮湿发生凝露现象（无论其绝缘电阻如何），在其进行耐压试验或投入运行前，必须进行干燥处理。处理方法视现场条件而定，最常用的方法是用电炉或红外线灯（或其他加热工具）烘烤，加热体距绕组半米左右并保持电抗器周围的环境温度在60-80，直至满足上述条件。11.5铁心绝缘电阻的测试，一般情况下（温度20-30，湿度90%）： 铁心-夹件及地5M 仪表：2500V 兆欧表穿心螺杆-铁心及地5M 仪表：2500V 兆欧表同样，在比较潮湿的环境下，此值会下降，只要其阻值0.1M即可运行。一般可通过干燥处理，使其达到要求。11.6外施工频耐压试验，试验电压为出厂试验电压的85%。12.电抗器的维护 为了保证电抗器能正常运行，需对它进行定期检查和维护。12.1一般在干燥清洁场所，每年或更长一点时间进行一次维护检查，在其他场合，例如可能会有灰尘或化学烟雾污染的空气进入时，每三至六个月进行一次维护检查。12.2检查时，如发现有过多的灰尘聚集，则必须清除，以保证空气流通和防止绝缘击穿，特别注意清洁变压器的绝缘子、绝缘垫块等处，并使用干燥的压缩空气（2-5个大气压）吹净通风气道中的灰尘。12.3检查紧固件、连接件是否松动，导电零件或其他零部件有无生锈、腐蚀的痕迹，还要观察绝缘表面有无爬电痕迹和碳化现象，必要时应采取相应的措施进行处理。12.4电抗器运行若干年（建议5年）后，可按11.4条和11.5条进行绝缘电阻的测试来判断电抗器能否继续运行，一般无需进行其他测试。8. 安全注意事项13.1电抗器安装完毕投入运行前，对无外壳的电抗器，应在电抗器的周围1.5米以外安装隔离栅栏并在醒目处设置安全警告标志，以避免意外事故发生。13.2电抗器投入运行以后，严禁触摸电抗器本体，以免事故发生。13.3电抗器的试验、安装、维护必须由有资格的专业人员承担。HENAN ZHONGTIAN ELECTRIC EQUIPMENTS GROUP CO., LTD河南中天电气装备集团有限公司Add: East of No. 13 Latitude Road Dongcheng Industry Zone Xuchang, HenanTEL: 0086374-5192636 FAX: 00863745192668 Dry Type Iron Core ReactorInstallation, Operation and MaintenanceInstruction ManualHenan Zhongtian Electric Equipments CO.,LTDThis manual applies to the installation of epoxy cast dry-type iron core reactor with the rated capacity below1200KV and the voltage class below35KV.1. Product Features Series reactor and high voltage shunt capacitor bank are connected in series, usually installed in the low voltage circuit of 500KV, 220KV, 110KV substation. It can compensate grid reactive power, improve system power factor and transmission capacity, and harmonic suppression to reduce the grid voltage waveform distortion, limit the switch switching current of capacitor bank and many other functions . Shunt reactors, normally used for high voltage shunt compensation loop can limit the light load or no-load voltage increases on the long-distance transmission lines and the capacitive charging current of the compensation line , improve the power factor. The reactor can save energy and improve the stability and reliability of the power system.The production applies to exclusive teeming and noise control technology.based on the advanced technology of dry-type transformer,Introducing production equipment and testing equipment to the design, production and testing of production. Using Condition4.1 Installation Site:Indoor4.2Cooling Method:AN/AF4.3 Protection Class:We have the shell of protection class IP00、IP20、IP23.etc.the IP20can prevent foreign matter whose diameter not less than 12.5mm from entering into the shell and IP23 can also prevent water whole angle to vertical line is less than 60from drenching into the shell.meanwhile,we can produce the shell according to the protection class requirements of customers.4.4Ambient temperature: -10 - +40 ,. If the ambient temperature is above 40, appropriate norm adjustment. Will be done according to the relevant standards and the relevant provisions.4.5Altitude: less than 1000m. If the altitude above 1000m,appropriate norm adjustment. Will be done according to the relevant standards and the relevant provisions.4.6Insulating Class:F4.7The products are generally for indoor type, should be installed in the the indoor spaces that clean、ventilated and with the right atmospheric conditions . If the reactor is installed in the basement or restricted places like switchgear , adequate ventilation is necessary.Usually every 1KW losses (no-load loss + load loss) need air volume about 4/min.5.Handling of products5.1Cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment can be used as handling equipment, forklifts crashes the body and the bottom of the reactor core is strictly prohibit.Handling should be strictly abide by relevant state handling procedures, balanced lifting, handle with care to ensure the safety of persons and equipment, the bottom of the four corners of main crates sprayed with Lifting symbols (near sliding wooden chamfer ),hanging wire rope on the skid of the four bottom corners when lifting (Figure 1). If no crates or reactors lifted out in the box, all the rings should be used to lift (Figure 2).5.3All wire rope and hook should be able to withstand the lifting of the overall quality ,and the angle between the lifting wire ropes shall not be greater than 60.6. Product Transportation6.1The product must be maintained in the normal upright position during transport6.2The products can be transported by trains, ships, automobiles or aircraft. Compartment, cabin and warehouses to shipping the products need to be kept clean, no gas or liquid pollutants, and do not put together with corrosive materials.6.3The product entrucking condition must conform to the requirements of the Transportation Regulation, and the product should be put firmly, shaking collision and slip phenomenon are not allowed during transport to prevent accidents.6.4Reactor without packaging,the incidental parts、accessories and factory file loaded into container, shipped together with the reactor.6.5Product without packing fixed with conveyance by the base clamps 、rings、foot etc. coil insulators, pads, leads, and other wearing parts shall not be tied and pull.6.6During transport, the inclination of the production can not greater than 30.6.7The product can not be stacked when unload,and the underneath should be cushioned with square wood or other objects.the height is not less than 100mm.7. Inspection and acceptance The reactor should be checked immediately after received.7.1 Checking whether the nameplate corresponds to order contract t, such as the product model, rated capacity, rated voltage, reactance rate.7.2Checking if the factory files are complete7.3Checking if the parts and accessories are correspond to the packing list.7.4Check the product for any damage during transportation , inspect the product spare parts and accessories for any damage or shift,whether the connection is loose or fracture, see if there is any insulation breakage , whether there is any dirt or foreign body, etc7.5After open-package inspection,the production should be properly preserved or re-packing if it not immediately put into operation, so as to prevent damage loss.7.6Serious damage if you find the product packaging or ontology, please immediately inform the Zhe Jiang Guangtian transformer limited, protecting the product until the issue is resolved.8.Warehousing8.1Products required storage , should not remove packaging, if need to remove the packaging, the packaging should be recovered after inspection.8.2Products need long-term storage , must be kept in the warehouse, warehouse should be clean, dry, no active chemicals should be stored .8.3 All the products can not be stacked.8.4 Products outdoor placed for short term should not remove packaging, cushioned with square wood or other objects, the height is not less than 100mm, and should be moisture-proof, waterproof, prevent damage or destruction.8.5Warehouse minimum temperature: -10 .9. Product Installation9.1Before installation read this manual carefully, product nameplate and the dimension drawings of the product , understanding product weight, installation requirements, methods, and other contents, prepare the corresponding lifting equipment and tools.9.2When the product is installed, 500mm away from the walls and the obstructions, 500mm between the corresponding reactor.,ensure good ventilation.9.3Under normal circumstances, the reactor can be placed directly on the site and put into operation after installation and inspection,.For shock-proof and other special requirements,Foundation to installation the reactor should be embedded bolts, the bolt position should reference reactors dimension drawing and corresponds with mounting holes ,fixing the reactor by buried bolt, some measures should be taken to prevent the loosing of nut after tightening.9.4Connecting the earth bolt with earth nut of the reactor base firmly.9.5Connecting the outlet terminals with system busbars of the reactor，connecting line should keep some flexibility leeway.10. Check before running10.1Check whether the reactor phase sequence fits the grid phase sequence 10.2Check all fasteners and whether the connectors are loose,re-tighten if they are loose.10.3Checking if the accessories removed are re-installed properly and if there is foreign matter,if there is too much dust,clean it according manul12.210.4(series reactor is capable of long-running when the frequency of 1.35 times the rated current, Under normal circumstances，the current long-running preferably less than 1.35 times the rated current.)11. Usually, when each 1000V rated voltage, the insulation resistance value is not less than 2M (the degree in one minute at 25 C ), will meet the operational requirements.When the above conditions are not met or condensation phenomenon occurs in reactors when the environment is humidity.(Whatever the value of the insulation resistance is.)before the pressure test or put into operation, it must be dried.
