QC /T 633-2000ForewordThis standard is made according to the current national and industrial standards related to coach seats by combining and revising GB/T 13057-91 (Dimensions for Coach Drivers Seat), GB/T 13058-91 (Technical Conditions for Coach Drivers Seat), GB/T 13059-91 (Dimensions for Coach Passengers Seat) and GB/T 13060-91 (Technical Conditions for Coach Passengers Seat) in compliance with the requirements of cleanup and rectification and new standard system for coaches. In revising this standard, the application scope is modified to cover the drivers seat and passengers seat of M2 and M3 type coaches. Some technical terms are also modified and supplemented including seat height, seat cushion angle, backrest height as well as angle between back and seat cushion. Besides, according to QC/T47-1992 (Technical Terms of Automotive Seat), the original terms “drivers seat” and “adjusting device” are replaced by “driving seat” and “adjuster”. Seat angles and some lengths shall be measured with three dimensional H point machine. To follow the new trend of coaches and seat technology, the air permeability of protective surface material are raised from 0.04m3/m2s to 0.2m3/m2s, and new requirements are put forward for the adjusting torque and adjusting force of seat adjuster. This standard shall take the place of GB/T13057-91, GB/T13058-91, GB/T 13059-91, GB/T 13060-91 as from its effective date. This standard is proposed by State Bureau of Machine-Building Industry. This standard is put under centralized management by National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee.Institutes involved in developing this standard: Jiangsu Transportation Research Institute, Chongqing Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications and Yangzhou Coach Seat Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Yaxing Motor Coach Group.Main drafters: Jin Mingxin, Chen Yanhua, Xu Nianyuan, Li Feng, Li Tao and Yi Deyin.2China Automotive Industry StandardCoach SeatsSubstitute for: GB/T13057-91GB/T 13058-91GB/T 13059-91GB/T 13060-911 ScopeThis standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storing and transportation of coach seats. The standard applies to the driving seats and passengers seats of M2 and M3 type coaches, and is not applicable to the foldable seats and mobile seats of these types of coaches.2 Quoted StandardsAs quoted by this standard, the clauses of the following documents have become the clauses of this standard.
