Lesson2 Step1 Revision Ask several students to present a speech about friends as a revision. Step 2 Pre-reading Present the students a picture to illustrate the situation on a lonely island. Ask them to list three items in the box and ask them to give the reasons using the sentences listed on page3. Step 3 Reading 8 / 16 Before asking the students to read the text, first give the students a brief introduction about Tom Hanks, his films and the film Cast Away.
