Status状态1 Top former components 顶网成型器元件1.1 General description概述l The top former consists of an upward dewatering device placed on a flat table of Fourdrinier type equipped with a counter-wire destined to:l 安置在长网纸机网案上,由纸幅顶面脱水元件所构成的顶网成型器,装配有一张顶网,其目的: -Drain the water from the top surface of the sheet从纸页表面脱水 -Improve the sheet formation and the 2-sideness改善纸页成型及两面差 -Improve the print quality 改善印刷质量 -Improve the bulk of the sheet改善纸页厚度 -Improve the drainage 改善脱水l Hence allowing to decrease the headbox consistency and/or to increase the dryness at the suction couch roll outlet, resulting in a highter production rate of the paper machine.l 提高上网浓度和湿纸幅出真空伏辊的干度,所以可以提高纸机的生产车速。1.CIVB(1a-1b-1c)vacuum compartments 弧形倒置真空箱2.Lead-in box导入箱3.Transfer box 转移箱4.Frame 机架5.Tensionner 张紧器6.Guide 校正器7.Lowering system of inlet roll 导入辊降低系统8.Auto-slice 自动刮水板(撇水刮刀)9.Counter blades 倒置刮水板10.Uhle box 水雾收集器11.Hp shower高压喷淋水12. During the erection, the adjustment is made to give a perfect tangency of the wire with regard to the inlet and the CIVB. It is done by screw and shims.位于长网底下。安装时,通过调节螺丝、垫片使网部与入口、CIVB能够完全相切。l The curved box is composed of two vacuum compartments and fitted with blades. The position of the Nip between the two wires with regard to the autoslice defines the time of forced drainage of the sheet water and consequently has an influence on the formation and the orientation of the sheet fibers.弧形箱由两个真空室组成,并装有刮水板。自动刮水板两网间压区的位置,决定了纸页强制脱水的时间并影响纸页的成型及纸页纤维的定向。l The applied vacuum level is low.提供的真空度较低。 1.2.2 Lead-in roll (22) 导入辊l The lead-in roll can be lowered or raised while machine is running. The position of the roll is given by an index and a graduated scale. 机器运行时,导入辊可升高或降低。导入辊位置可通过指针和刻度尺得出。1.2.3 Auto-slice assembly (8) 自动调节刮水板l The autoslice is the first element of the CIVB, and has a compartment to recover the water by skimming from the inside of the top former wire. The side glass is equipped with an internal shower to keep it clean.自动调节刮水板是CIVB的首要部件,其有一隔室收集从顶网内部脱出的水分。端面玻璃上安装有内部喷淋水管以保持刮刀的清洁l The water is evacuated by action of the top lip to the CIVB 1st compartment.通过上刮水板唇边缘动作将水撇至成型器的第一个隔室里l A manual operated screw jack moves the lip of the auto-slice. The possible range of the top lip wire gap adjustment is from 9 to 25 mm。真空刮刀的唇刃可以手动操作螺杆调节。上刮刀唇刃的线差调节范围为925mm1.2.4 counter blade assembly (9) 倒置刮水板l Located inside the bottom wire loop, opposite the CIVB, it removes water from the Bottom wire due to the skimming effect of the blades.位于底网回路,与顶网成型器相对,通过刮水板的撇取作用将底网的水分脱除l The pressure pulses created by the blades creates shear forces which help to improve paper formation.刮水板产生的强制剪切力引起压力脉冲,帮助改善纸页成形l Air tubes move the blades to working or retract position气缸动作可以将刮水板进入工作位置或转换到起始位置。l Adjustment of the position of the counter blade assembly box/wire is done at start-up by adjustment screws.在启动前,可以通过调节螺杆来调节刮水板元件、真空箱/网的相对位置1.2.5 CIVB (1) 弧形倒置真空箱l The inverted curve vacuum box has 3 chambers with progressive vacuum to remove the water of the top side of the sheet. It improved the fines and fillers distribution on the z-direction of the sheet and reduces the 2-sideness.弧形真空吸水箱有3个真空度逐渐升高的隔室以便脱除纸页顶面的水分。它可以改善细小颗粒和纤维在纸页z向上的分布及减少两面差l Chambers are equipped with tending side windows for visual operator assessment of the water level.真空室装有观察窗以便操作员估定液位。l Adjustable deckles allow to adjust the CIVB to the sheet edges.可调节定边装置允许CIVB到纸页边缘。l The water collected in the chambers of the CIVB moves towards an air/water separator assembly located on drive side.CIVB的真空室将收集的水分转移到传动侧的汽水分离器。1.2.6 Transfer box (3) 导出箱Fitted with blades, high vacuum is applied to ensure that the sheet follows the bottom wire at the exit of the top former. During the erection, the adjustment should give a perfect tangency of the wire with regare to the CIVB and the outlet is done by screws and shims.安装有刮水板,其高真空度可以确保纸页经过顶网成型器出口后紧贴底网。安装时,通过调节螺丝、垫片使网部与出口、CIVB能够完全相切。1.2.7 uhle box (mist collector(10) 水雾收集器Located inside the top wire loop. 安装在顶网回路内部Clean the top wire unit and remove the spray of the HP shower located on the paper side of the top wire. 清洁顶网和收集安装在顶网贴纸面的高压喷淋水产生的水雾Connected to low vacuum generator. 与低压真空风机连接。2. TOP FORMER DRAINAGE 顶网成型器脱水系统2.1 Top former adjustment 调节The functional adjustments which influence the formation and 2-sidedeness are,影响纸页成形和两面差的功能调节:l The lead-in box (2) vacuum导入箱真空度l The lead-in box (2) wrapping of which is adjusted by the position of the adjustable lead-in roll (22)导入箱的覆盖区域,其可以通过导入辊调节The position of the lead-in roll defines the first contact between the two wires and the length of the lead-in box action. The position of the nip has an influence on the formation and the drainage. If gentle it avoids sheet deformation due to excessive drainage speed slipping due to an excessive compression when the sheet is still too wet.导入辊的位置决定了两张网的第一接触点及导入箱工作的距离面其夹区的位置影响着纸页的成形和脱水。合适的夹区位置可以避免纸页仍旧很湿时,过强的脱水速度和挤压破坏纸页成形。l If the lead-in roll is too high water flung out by centrifugal actions may be reflected back on the bottom wire and the sheet thus giving a cloudy aspect to the sheet.如果导入辊面有过多的水分,在离心力的作用下甩出将可能反溅到底网和纸页上,产生云彩斑l The autoslice (8) 自动调节刮水板 The possible adjustments of the autoslice have no influence on the quantity of removed water but are destined to make easier the passage of the water in the channel into the first compartment by the top former. To make sure that the rising water doesnt compress the air, the first compartment is put under slight depression by means of a fan. If the autoslice lip is too closed with regards to the quantity of water to be removed, part of it cannot be extracted and stay at the lip and rolls in front of the lip. If the lip is too open, the fan doesnt help the water raising since it draws up external air and the water, especially at low speeds, fails back.真空刮刀的调节对脱水量可能没有什么影响,但其可以使进入隔室收集槽脱水通道更顺畅。为确保抽吸的水不会压缩空气,第一隔室可通过风机稍稍降低其真空度。就脱水而言,如果真空刮刀口太过靠近,纸页部分水分不能被抽吸走而停留在唇板和导辊上,如果刮刀唇口太开,特别是在机器慢速运行和出现故障时,真空风机不能将纸页水分抽吸起直至其吸入外部空气和水分 l The counter blade position and pressure. (9)倒置刮水板的位置和压力l Drainage rate due to the vacuum level in the two boxes of the inverted curved vacuum box (1). This is the factor which has the most effect. The CIVB subject the sheet, which is already strongly squeezed between the two wires, to an unbroken succession of pressure peaks at the bottom and suction peaks to the top. For a good formation, the dry line should be at the beginning of the third suction chamber.脱水速率取决于倒置弧形真空箱里两个隔室的真空度,这一因素影响很大。真空箱使在两网间受挤压的纸页受到底网和顶网连续不断的挤压和抽吸作用。为了得到好的纸页成形,水线应该在第三个抽吸室前端出现。l The top former wire drive speed (16.)顶网驱动速度 2.2 Drainage sequence 脱水过程l The bottom and top wires make a convergence compressing the stock layer of the forming sheet.顶网与底网让将要成形的浆层受到集中的挤压l One part of the water inside of the forming sheet comes up to the top side of it to pass inside the top former wire.即将成形的纸页内部部分水分从顶面渗出进入顶网中l In the First compartment the water is exhausted by the vacuum through the channel resulting from the movable autoslice lip and the top former wire.可移动真空刮刀唇口和顶网的作用将第一隔室内的水分通过真空抽吸进入接水槽内l The 2nd and 3rd compartments work in the same way as classic vacuoil boxes, i.e. that the water is exhausted through inclined foils. They create a series of pressure and vacuum peaks. This action is made to remove the water from the sheet and to strengthen the fiber to fiber bonding.第二和第三隔室工作原理与经典的瓦库伯箱相似,例如,水分是通过斜箔来抽吸的。它们将产生连续的压力和真空峰值。这些作用将使纸页水分脱除并使纤维与纤维搭接紧固(增强纤维粘合程度)3. Top former control panel控制面板The push-buttons, switches and instruments necessary for the functioning and the control of the top former are assembled on the control desk(delivered by customer)顶网成型器运行和控制的必要按钮、开关、仪表被安装在控制台上(由客户提供)The controls can be diveded in :generals control/ doctors control /guide and tensionner control/ Top former vacuum control/ Top former drive control/ Top Top Former functioning 顶网成型器运行5.1 Top former drive functioning 运行驱动 The drives of the top former work on “speed mode” 顶网成型器驱动处于“速度模式”The load is only in indication The push buttons start/stop top former can only be use in maintenance mode. In production mode, the top former start with the fourdrinier order. 启动/关闭按钮仅在维护模式下使用。生产模式下,顶网成型器以纸机命令启动。 The controls of the function raising are interlocked for security, with the controls of the fourdrinier table and the approach flow.为了安全成型器提升控制应该与纸机网部及上浆相联锁 The top former diameter drive roll should be entered in the drive system in case of diameter change.顶网成型器传动辊直径须进入到传动系统以防直径发生变化。5.2. Starting of the top former 启动 The top former and the fourdrinier table are started together synchronized after doing the respective procedure for each installation.在做了各自安装步骤后,成型器与纸机网部一起同步启动 In particular, the following conditions should be checked.特别注意以下情况的检查n The fourdriner and the top former should not be in cantilever成型器与纸机网部不处于悬臂状态n Not in maintenance mode不是在维护模式中Dont run the wires without water lubrication.在无水润滑的情况下,请勿运行导网At start-up prepare the fourdrinier table following the usual procedure, then proceed with the top former.网部启动准备遵照以下顺序操作,之后顶网会在程序控制下自行启动l INITIAL CONDITIONS : Wires speed=0; top former in retracted position, air pressure above 3 bars; drive ready; no fault sensors; no fault motors, not in maintenance mode初始状态:网速= 0 ;成型器处于起始位置;气压大于3bar;驱动信号准备;传感器无故障;电机无故障;不在维护模式中l Use hoses to put water on the wire. Clean the edges.用软管将水喷洒成形网,清洁网边l Put the Hp showers oscillations in auto. (82)将高压和低压喷淋水摆动打到“自动”l Put LP and HP showers in auto (80) (84)高压/低压喷淋自动运行l Open wire edge lubricaiton (manual)手动开启网边润滑水l Enter the top wire tension set point (25)将顶网张紧度调节至设定点l Put the stretcher roll in auto. (24)将舒展辊按钮打至“自动”l Put the doctors on the wire rolls
