If there is dereliction of duty, violation of company rules and regulations, or fail to meet requirements of job, Party A shall have the right to dismiss the agreement.5、由于自身身体原因所造成的病亡及自然生老病死等，甲方不负赔偿责任，可视情况给予一定抚恤、救济等安抚费用。5.
