This plan is based on correlative document of production management department, according toMooring and sea trial test scheduleand correlative test procedure. This plan is used as programmatic document and basis during the sea trial of L0025. 当船舶基本完工,以及所有试航所需的系统的试验和调试完成后,进行正式的海上试航。所有的设备包括锚、舵、救生、消防、污水、压载和航行通信系统等都要满足航行的需要。本次试航的计划要提供给船东和船级社的驻厂办公室。试航的试验项目要按照本大纲执行。船厂QC 部门应作好试验记录。试验完成后船厂整理出的试验报告将作为交船资料的完工文件。When the ship is substantially completed, official sea trials should be carried out with all systems tested and adjusted and ready for such trials.All the equipments condition including anchor, rudder and life saving, fire fighting, bilge, ballast, navigational communication system etc. are to be compliance with the requirement of seaworthiness. The schedule of sea trial to be supplied to Owner and Societys site offices. And the tests in sea trial to be carried out according with this Procedure.During tests the record will be made by QC Department of the Yard. After trial finished, the tests reports to be prepared by Yard and submitted as items as the finished document of delivery of the vessel. 二 试航项目-总体性能Sea Trail Items-Performance1 测速试验Speed Trail测速试验是利用四次往返航行测定主机在四个分别为50%、75%、85%及100% SMCR的功率下的主机转速、轴功率以及相对应的航速,试验速度用DGPS记录。1.1 测试条件1.1.1 天气状况及海况测速试验的天气条件要求风力尽可能不大于蒲氏4级,并考虑船厂的建造进度。要求水深大于8倍船舶平均吃水。1.1.2 船舶状况测速试验在试航压载吃水下进行,允许小尾倾,主机功率分别设为约50%、75%、85%及100%SMCR。1.1.3 试验准备测速试验之前,船舶的首吃水/平均吃水/尾吃水,海水比重和水温,气温,风向角要经过船厂和船东代表的测量和记录。测速航程包括助航距离和测量距离,测速航向根据记录风向设定为逆风和顺风。为了得到一个稳定的测量速度,助航距离和测量距离分别不能小于2.0海里。1.2 测速试验测速试验在试验条件被确认后进行。总共进行四次往返测量,每个主机功率包括一次往返,主机四个功率点见表1 表1序号主机负荷输出功率(KW)转速(r/min)试航压载吃水(首吃水约5.5米,尾吃水约7米)150%SMCR abt.5130 abt.87.3275%SMCR abt.7695 abt.100.4385%SMCR abt.8721 abt.104.44100%SMCR abt.10260 abt.110.2注:如果在主机已经达到100%SMCR而螺旋桨未达到110.2RPM,以主机功率达到100%SMCR为准。在测速过程中,船舶航向偏离不超过2度,操舵舵角不大于5度。1.3测量在每个往返中,用DGPS测量船舶速度,用轴马力测试工具测量轴马力及其转速。1.4 试验结果测速结果要进行修正,根据由Taniguchi and Tamura发表的“ 关于船舶测速结果的风阻修正的一种新方法”修正至没有风和潮流时的航速。压载吃水下测出的速度和轴功率应与船模试验结果比较,以此作为检验设计吃水下的速度和功率的基础。其换算方法如下:Vfa=Vft(Vba/Vbt) Vfa实船计算所得设计吃水下的服务速度 Vft 船模试验所得设计吃水下的服务速度 Vba试航所得的压载吃水下的速度 Vbt.船模试验所得压载吃水下的速度修正结果要提供给船东签署。The speed trial to be carried out to determine corresponding values of speed, RPM and BHP by four double runs, namely at 50%, 75%, 85% and 100% of SMCR of the main engine. The trial speed shall be measured by DGPS.1.1 Test condition1.1.1 Weather and sea conditionThe speed trial to be carried out in weather condition with wind not over 4 Beaufort scale as far as practicable and possible for the Yards building schedule. The depth of water is no less than eight (8) times of the ships mean draft.1.1.2 Ship conditionThe speed trial to be carried out on the trial ballast draft, a small deflection of trim may be acceptable, and the main engine power set in four points about 50%, 75%, 85% and 100% of SMCR respectively. 1.1.3 Test preparationPrior to speed trial, the vessels drafts at fore/amidships/aft, the specific gravity and temperature of sea water, air temperature, wind direction to be measured and recorded by Yard together with Owners Supervisor in test area. The course of speed trial to be with auxiliary navigating and measuring distances, and the course direction is headwind/downwind according the recorded wind direction. In order to achieve a steady speed in speed measuring, the voyage distance of auxiliary navigating and measuring are not less than 2.0 nm.1.2 Speed trialThe speed trial to begin after the trial condition confirmed. Total four double runs to be carried out, one double run (To and fro) for one main engine power. The speed and BHP of the ballast condition shall be comparing to the ship model result, this will be the base of certifying the speed and BHP of the design draft condition. The transform method shall be act as follow: Vfa=Vft(Vba/Vbt) VfaThe calculated design draft service speed for the full scale ship Vft.The design draft service speed obtained from the model test VbaThe ballast speed obtained from the sea trial Vbt.The ballast speed obtained from the model testThe corrected results to be submitted to Owner for signing.2 操纵性试验 Maneuvering Test操纵性试验在试航压载吃水下进行(可接受小尾倾)。试验要求在风力不超过蒲氏5级,水深大于4倍船舶平均吃水,记录好风向和风速。2.1紧急倒车试验主机在约85%SMCR下前进时,当航速及航向稳定后,下令停车,倒车时应按照螺旋桨厂家建议操作。由GPS测定从下令停车至计程仪显示速度为0时的滑行距离、滑行时间和航向角偏差值。2.2惯性试验本试验在全速前进(约85%SMCR)和半速前进时进行,当航速及航向稳定后,下令停车。由GPS测定从下令停车至计程仪显示速度为5kn时的滑行距离、滑行时间和航向角偏差值。2.3 回转试验1)本试验在全速前进(约85%SMCR)和半速前进时进行,当航速及航向稳定后,利用小舵角操作保持船舶直线航行。2)当船舶航向及航速稳定约3分钟后,开启DGPS,发令“左(右)舵35o”,直到船舶航向角变化值达到540o。该次试验结束。3)利用DGPS绘制回转圈图,回转圈图应包含在试航报告中。4)左右各做一次。The maneuvering test to be carried out under trial ballast draft (small stern trim may be acceptable).The test to be carried out at smooth tidal current and with wind force not more than Beaufort 5 and the depth is more than 4 times average draft of the vessel .Record the wind direction and speed.2.1 Crash stop astern testThe vessel runs at full ahead speed (abt. 85%SMCR), when the ship speed and course stable, give an order to crash stop. The crash stop operation will follow the recommendation of propulsion Maker.Stopping distance, stopping time and changing of course angle are to be measured by DGPS from the time of stop order given to the vessel stopping (speed 0 is shown on the log). 2.2 Stopping test The test to be performed at full ahead speed (abt. 85%SMCR) and half speed, when the ship speed and course stable, give an order to stop. The stop operation will follow the recommendation of propulsion Maker.Stopping distance, stopping time and changing of course angle to be measured by DGPS from M/E stopping to the vessel speed falls to 5 knots (shown on the log).2.3 Turning circle test 1) The test to be performed at full ahead speed (abt.85%SMCR) and half speed, when the ship speed and course stable, straight course to be holded by small rudder angle operating. 2) Start the DGPS recorder when the vessel runs at a constant speed about 3 minutes, and give an order to move the rudder hard over (35P & S respectively) , after the vessel has already sailing over a degree about 540, one test is finished. 3) The sailing track of vessel to be recorded by DGPS, and the track drawing to be supplied in Trial Report.4) The test to be carried for both sides.Appendix 1: Speed trial record Table 测速记录表Ship name: Testing date: 船名 试验日期Measured information before speed trial: 测速前记录资料Aft draft 尾吃水Sea water density海水密度Fore draft 首吃水Sea water temperature海水温度Midship draft 船舯吃水 Wind speed风速Displacement 排水量Wind direction风向Speed Trial Record Table 测速记录表Run No. 航次12345678Course dir. And at each M/E load condition, the M/E output and revolution shall be measured and calculated by torsion meter.04) Data to be recordedInstruments equipped in the control room is to be measured once at each M/E output run and local instruments and M/E cylinder maximum pressure to be measured once at the time of 100%SMCR. The following data in C/R are to be obtained at each run. Load indicator T/C revolution Scavenging air pressure2 柴油/燃油转换试验D.O. F.O. Change Over Test船舶在出港口后及进港前作本试验,柴油/燃油的盲板法兰要关闭,以免燃柴油混合。Carry out this test after leaving port and before entering port.Close the blind flange of D.O./F.O. so that they cant be mixed.2.1 船舶驶出港口区域方可进行本试验,本试验目的是确认主机柴油/重油转换的正常操作。当船舶离开港口时,将主机由柴油运行转换为燃油运行:This test cant be carried out until leaving port area.将燃油日用柜的燃油加热到温控阀设定的温度90。The intention of this test is to verify the normal operation of M/E D.O./Heavy Oil changeover.Run the M/E with F.O. instead of D.O. when the vessel leave port.主机正常运行。The M/E runs normally.打开加热管路上蒸汽阀对系统中的燃油进行加热,燃油粘度应该保持在15cst和10cst之间。Heat the F.O. up by opening the steam valve of heating pipeline ,and keep the viscosity between 15cst and 10cst.打开燃油日用柜的出口阀,将转换阀的位置转换到燃油位置。Open the outlet valve of F.O. SERV. TK. ,and turn the changeover valve to F.O. .打开加热管路上蒸汽阀对系统中的燃油进行加热,燃油粘度应该保持在15cst和10cst之间。Heat the F.O. up by opening the steam valve of heating pipeline ,and keep the viscosity between 15cst and 10cst.当燃油的粘度保持稳定后,可以将主机负荷慢慢增加到正常工作负荷。Increase the M/E load to the normal working load gradually when the F.O. viscosity keeps steady.2.2 在返回港口前,将燃油转换为柴油:Change F.O. to D.O. before entering port:将主机正常运行。The M/E runs normally.转换阀的位置从燃油转换到柴油位置。Turn the changeover valve from F.O. to D.O. .在转换后,主机必须持续运行1小时以上确保系统管路和主机完全在柴油运行下工作。The M/E must keep running over 1h to make sure that the pipeline and M/E work with D.O. totally after changeover.2.3 辅机柴油/重油转换试验Changeover test of A/E D.O./Heave Oil操纵燃油进/出口手动转换阀,确认功能正常。操作方法参照主机柴油/重油转换试验。在下列情况下,必须转换成柴油:Operate the F.O. inlet/outlet manual changeover valve,and make sure the function is normal.The operation procedure refers to the changeover test of M/E D.O./Heavy Oil. D.O. must be used in the following situation:(1) 长期停车前 Before stopping M/E for a long time.(2) 燃油系统停车检修前 Before stopping M/E to check the F.O. system.3 耐航试验及燃油消耗量试验Endurance and Fuel Oil Consumption Test3.1 耐航行试验Endurance Test(1) 耐航试验在正常的主机输出功率下进行,该试验使用重燃油进行4小时。试验中,进行每步60分钟的主机和辅机燃油消耗量记录(燃油流量计读数)。每间隔15分钟。(2) 根据船厂惯例,耐航试验时,主机负荷可逐步增加,如下表:主机功率M/E output主机转速M/E(rpm)轴马力Rated brake horse power(kw)试验时间Test time(hrs)备注Remarks25% MCR*66.125651/250% MCR*83.35130175% MCR*95.47695285% MCR*99.587214100% MCR*105102601/2*考虑螺旋桨裕度,转速相应提高。(3) 燃油品质化验抽2份1000ml用于航行试验的燃油样品,船厂、船东各一份,做燃油品质化验报告。(4) 为主机服务的各设备进行交替使用,使用时间各约占1/2的时间。(1) Endurance test shall be conducted for a period of 4 hours by using heavy fuel oil. During the test, minutes fuel oil consumption record by reading the flow meter is to be carried out.(FOR M/E and A/E ).
